"hi y/n" Nat smiled sitting down next to me on the bed "hi" I looked up "can you tell me what happened?" she smiled "oh sure, so I got there and he was going in, so I waited for him to come back out. when he did I followed him into an ally, we had a snarky conversation and he shot at me 3 times, I blocked 2 but one hit me. I threw him against the wall and took him to the police." I finished my story she smiled "so you were a badass" she chuckled " a badass who got shot, yeah" I smiled

a few weeks later we were hanging out laying on the floor of our bedroom "I wonder-" I started "don't" Nat interrupted "but-" "nope" "I-" "stop" "ugh" "shh"

" ice cream buffet! ice cream buffet! yaaaay!" I chanted skipping to the kitchen with Nat walking behind me "you are such a child" she chuckled. we got to the kitchen and made huge Sundays

we were in the bedroom talking when I got a wave of sadness "what's wrong?" Nat looked at me when my smile dropped "I don't know" I frowned "ok well lets think happy thoughts" she smiled "ok"
