I woke up sweating I had the nightmare again I pulled my knees up to my chest and cried, I Recognized what was happening it was a panic attack I have had them before suddenly I looked up to see Nat sitting next to me. "y/n? hey are you ok?" she asked concerned "I-I'm o-ok" I said between tears "let me help" she told me she was only trying to help but I snapped "I have dealt with this before Nat, just get out" I said angerly while sobbing "alright" she responded softly standing up to leave

I didn't go back to sleep after that. around 6:00 I was mad at myself for snapping at Nat, she was only trying to help. I went to the training room to practice, after a bit I went to shower and change. I went back down to the kitchen to get some water. "hey y/n?" it was tony "yeah?" "what do you want for lunch?" he turned to me "I don't know, I'm not hungry" "but I didn't see you eat breakfast?" "well I don't know" I said as I walked out

I went to Nat's room to apologize. I knocked the door opened and I just stood there staring "earth to y/n! are you ok?" she waved a hand in my face "oh uh yeah, I wanted to apologize" I looked down at my feet "y/n, its fine you were upset" she smiled "it's not! Nat its not fine, I shouldn't have snapped at you like that- I'm sorry, I had no right." I told her not able to look her in the eyes "I forgive you" she shrugged smiling leaning against the door way "ok" I smile "are you ok now?" she asked tilting her head "yeah, I'm ok"
