Short N sweet
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Y/n sat there at the base as she admired the bots as they walked in from the hall, she mentally sighed as she stood up and walked over to the rail, leaning against it as Optimus walked in but trotted down the stairs while Miko was attempting to persuade Bulkhead into letting her go with on their mission
"Please, bulkhead??"
"No, Miko."
"Come on, Miko it's safer here." Y/n said as she grabbed the punk rock Japanese girl's arm and pulled her towards the stairs as she glared at y/n and yanked her arm away
"Y/n is correct, it is much safer here and it will be where you stay." Optimus said looking at said human
Y/n looked up as he looked towards his team, plus one. So Miko walked up the stairs to Jack and Raf.
Optimus started giving out orders but y/n stood there and watched them, she watched as the Titans agreed and nodded with his plans before he gave the order to roll out, Ratchet activated the groundbridge and they transformed to their vehicle forms before driving through. Leaving y/n with the 3 teenagers and autobot medic and wrecker. The teens had busied themselves already. While Ratchet tapped at the keyboard and opened the comm-links
Wheeljack was more or less visiting, due to his last encounter with the cons and left him wounded, Optimus and Bulkhead advised him to stay to heal so, he begrudgingly did so.
He walked down the hall to the training room so y/n followed out of boredom. The door whirred open but he hadn't noticed as he wielded his katanas and did certain tricks with them, he went to swing with his left but let out a cry as his katana clashed on the floor, he grabbed his arm and growled "Slag... Those insecticons." His grip tightened on his other katana as he growled but his mask slid back from his face as he placed his katana in its sheath
"Banged you up pretty bad, didn't they?" Y/n asked making her presence known
He glanced back "Really? I hadn't noticed.." He grunted as he picked up his other katana and slid it back "How long have you been standing there?"
"Long enough.. But I could tell before you were in pain." She said as she approached him "How you favored leaning on your right side and keeping your arms folded when really.. You were tending to your wound. Kneading the wires and untwisting them." She explained
He grunted but smirked a little "You got a good eye, kid.. But not as good as me."
She slightly raised a brow "How so?"
"Your eyes.. They follow us almost in a hypnotized way. Hazy even.. And I knew directly where you're lookin.. Which leads me to ask, why?"
"The hips.. Here on earth we have a saying 'Hips don't lie'. It's just a... habit of mine. Most of you walk with such grace, it's... Nice. To watch."
"I also noticed you look at me more than the others.. Why's that?" He asked
Y/n looked up at him but softly shrugged "Don't get to see you that often."
He scoffed "Or maybe.. You like what you see." He smirked a little
She looked at him with a mixed expression but shook her head "No.."
"You don't just stare at someone with lust.."
Y/n blinked as his smirk grew a little "You like me."
She frowned as he chuckled "It's nothing to be ashamed of.. I don't blame you." He said glancing at his good arm
"I show general concern and that's by watching all the members of the Autobots even if it happens to include you." She said "This is why it's hard to talk to you, you think I'm flirting." She muttered as she turned and started to walk out but he stepped infront of her making her stop and look up
His smirk was gone as he looked at y/n "Who said you were the one flirting?" He asked cocking a optic ridge
Y/n didn't understand as she looked at him confused "what?"
He sighed but sat down "Being injured an all, it can get lonely in the hammer and I've been thinking."
"So?"
"You think I'm blind, y/n.. I can see there's more than 'general concern'." He pointed before his holoform appeared and approached her "You're a real difficult femme, you know that?" He wrapped his arms around y/n before dipping her down and landing a kiss on her lips.
Out of reflex she wrapped her arm around his neck and the other hooked around his side to hold on but his grip was firm.
He brought her back up as she stared at him almost bewildered
"I knew you weren't flirting so I was because I knew how you felt but knew you wouldn't do anything about it because you're stubborn." He said as his knuckle gently raked her face in a playful manner "Stubborn femme.. But you're my stubborn femme." He said leaned down and gently brushing his lips on hers to get her to cooperate, she took a moment but leaned in and kissed him back
"About time..." She said playfully and ran her fingers through his hair
He scooped up her legs and held her bridal style so she wrapped her arms around his neck
The Fiasco
When you’ve seen as many catastrophes as I have, “disaster” becomes a relative term. Us perpetual kidnap victims get to hang our heads while waiting for the tights-wearing crowd to arrive. We'll meet Alice, a psychopath with personality problems whose out to make babies or disembowel me. I'm never sure. We'll watch me fail at being a glorified field trip supervisor for a powered collage. There's a whole host of other heroes and villains along the way. At the end of this story about me and those suffering my presence, I'll end the world. Because that's the logical last step. Life of a Core
After a disembodied voice had told him he was what amounted to an exceptionally talented rock, it had been hard to not let it go to his non-existent head. Until, random chance had decided to give him a square kick in the minerals. Which had in turn forced him to fend for himself in an unknown land, all while he attempted to make sense of his place in the world. Truthfully though, all he had really wanted to do from the start had been to bury himself a hundred feet below the ground and be left to his own devices. Yet, for one reason or another, nobody ever seemed willing to leave the dungeon-building core alone long enough to actually make one. Each chapter will average around two to three thousand words, the release schedule is still a WIP but you should expect the first six chapters to be released over the next six days. This is planned out as a dungeon building fiction, but don't expect it right off the bat! The story is a depiction of the everyday adventures (alongside an overarching plot) of what I imagine a dungeon core would experience when thrust into a random environment where everything and everyone tried to covet or eat him. I also really enjoy reading the comments and reviews people leave and would love to get some reader involvement with the story itself, likely through polls at the end of each chapter. I hope you enjoy my story! (If you feel like some of the characters seem familiar, you may have read some older work I wrote a while back under a different account. If you happen to be one of my old readers and recognize the similarities, I'm happy to have you back!)
