[Lennox POV]
I remember... no.
The day my son appeared was.. no..
The day a strange basket appeared on my doorstep.. yes.. it was a cold winter night as I curled up on the couch wrapped in blankets watching a movie called Christmas Vacation. The cat got zapped as a sound of various rapid knocks plus the push of my door bell ran through the house, I jumped 50 feet but got up "I'm coming!" I walked to my front door I didn't bother looking through the tiny window above and just opened it up but glanced around a moment "Hello..?" I seen enough horror movies to know I should just slam the door shut and lock it but I didn't, my eyes casted down to a basket and frowned "What the..?" I picked it up and brought it in, against everything I ever seen in movies, it could of been filled with bombs or something but I brought it in and I closed the door, I set it down on the kitchen table, it seemed more like a bunch of blankets as I continued to pull blanket after blanket until.. I touched something cold and jerked my hand from the basket as I heard a whimper but frowned and pulled the blanket off to see a baby. It was just sleeping, I blinked to make sure it was real as I seen the chest rise and fall and frowned "someone left a baby out in the cold??" I growled but looked at it as it shifted, it didn't look any older than a couple of days.. someone left me this baby, in my heart i knew i' d have to take care of it given my kindhearted nature but when he opened his dark blue eyes like the usual newborn baby, I fell in love and adopted him as my own 'Taking care of a baby is a huge responsibility!' My parents tried to reason with me but I didn't care.

Then I met my girlfriend, who soon became my wife, she fell in love with my adopted son who I named y/n, and soon we were having a daughter of our own. Years went by and my son was now grown, into a perfect young man, he was turning 11 and as promised I told him I would take him to my work, where he would be someday, he wanted to be a lieutenant like me
"I wanna be like you, dad!" y/n exclaimed each time I told him about my adventures
He was excited but I was concerned, I knew it was about the autobots, I was worried he would freak out, I was worried that he might tell someone, his friends at school maybe, so I sat him down and explained to him there were people, much different from us who i worked with and that he couldn't judge them right away and they were secret friends. He couldn't tell anyone, not even his mom, but he seemed to understand.
"Son, this, is NEST. This is where I work." I said as I walked in with him, I was greeted by many of the soldiers as he seemed really calm about everything.
Then Mirage walked by as he waved at me "good evenin, colonel.", "good evening, Dino" I said but held my breath
"Dad.." y/n ran up beside me and grabbed my arm "was that a secret friend?"
"Yes.."
"He was HUGE!" He said with a smile "What is he though..?" He said glancing back at Mirage and pausing
"He's a robot. But they have feelings just like us so you still have to be nice." I said placing my hand on his head "they also have names.. that was Dino." I said as I guided him forward
"Whoa, He's gotten really big." Epps walked over to me and placed his hand on y/n's head and rubbed
Y/n looked at me as i chuckled "Yes he has.. y/N, this is Epps, you probably don't remember him, do you?"

"No.." he said looking at Epps
"Aw, man. Me and your old man go back, we were new recruits together. I remember I got to see you, he told me he had a son and I didn't believe him till I saw you, whenever he needed a babysitter guess who he called." He smirked
"You?"
"Thats right little man. Wow, just.. wow look at that hair, you could barely grow out any before.." he said gently pulling his hair to see the full length "damn.. time sure does fly, this is why I won't have kids, you're making me feel old already.."
Y/N smiled and looked at me but then looked behind me as i looked back to see Bumblebee as he walked up behind me and stood there before crouching down "Hey, hey, hey, who's this?" He asked as he pointed at my son
"Hey, Bumblebee, this is y/n, my son." I told him
"How you doin' lil' man?" His voice changed as he gently poked my son with his pointer digit
He stared at him before smiling "I'm good, how are you?"
"I'm mighty fine, you're a good lookin lil fella ain't ya?"
I could tell he got flustered when he glanced away and at me as I chuckled and pat his head
"This is Bumblebee, He means well."
Bumblebee proceeded to wink at my son and make a fist towards him "We good?"
Y/n looked at me confused
"He wants a fist bump." I said gesturing towards Bumblebee
I seen the realization in his eyes when he looked back at Bumblebee and made a fist of his own before bumping it with some force behind it
"Ahhh!" A cry came from Bumblebee as he grabbed his wrist playfully and stood up
It gave my son a heart attack but I laughed anyway "it's ok, it's ok." I said grabbing his shoulders
"I'm messing with you, you're alright." Bumblebee said gently waving his hand "O-P wanted to speak with you, he sent me to find you" he pointed at me
I looked at y/n and glanced back to see Epps had left and sighed "Bumblebee, could you-"
"Say no more cap, I got him." Bumblebee nodded
"Thanks." I said "hey, try not to overwhelm him, alright?"
He saluted me as I walked off but I glance back to see him holding my son in his hand and walking off
When I returned an hour latet I seen a few autobots gathered around my son and Bumblebee, by that I mean I seen Ironhide, Dino and Ratchet.
"Dad! Dad!" I seen Y/n as he had a huge grin on his face as I chuckled
"Hey, bud. You having fun?"
"Yes, you're secret friends are awesome!" He exclaimed
Bumblebee gently dismissed him "aw, shucks."
He grinned but looked at me "I wanna come here more often!"
I looked at the autobots as I looked at him "uh.. I gotta think about that one."
"He'd make a fine soldier around here one day." Ratchet said
I looked at him to see the happiness and excitement in his eyes and sighed "I'll.. make arrangements for you to visit."
"AWESOME!"
I left my son in the autobots care for the day but something told me he would be alright.
By the end of the day I seen him in Bumblebee's hand, sleeping.
"He's had a fun day but He's down for the count." Epps said looking up at them
I smiled an took him from Bumblebee and proceeded to head home.
He woke up halfway through the drive and told me all about the things him and Bumblebee did, like Annoying Ratchet.. I could tell him and Bee had some sort of connection and I didn't want to ruin it so I arranged for him to visit on some days but only for a little bit but they always found something to do.
It was the start of a new relationship.

I Need Time
An action, adventure, mystery and strategy story about a strong male lead. Author note: First time author, good amount of buffer chapters (over 50k words) so I will not drop this book anytime soon. This book will mostly be from the perspective of the MC. On average +5k words will be published per week. I have not chosen some of the genres and tags as I do not wish to give away parts of the story. I added the content warning tags as there will come a time for profanities, gore and maybe "traumatising" content. Though, in my opinion the content will be mild if not light. *****SPOILER*****SPOILER***** Synopsis: A college ICT student transmigrates to another world filled with magic and learns magic from a dragon. MC uses modern knowledge to develop magitech technology. MC starts his adventure using the technology he develops! Saving princesses, fighting hidden criminal organizations, learning how horribly medieval peasants live, reasoning with uneducated narrow minded people, investigating the nature of magic and searching for gods... Story review: A fantasy/sci-fi story filled with some common cliches yet presents somewhat original ideas and a few unexpected twists & turns here and there. This novel also explores a few of the commonly ignored topics concerning medieval fantasy like hygiene, culture, education(ignorance, narrow mindedness) and the fact that everybody is short because magical crops cost too much. Modern knowledge in such a setting can often times revolutionize the world if the protagonist is not an idiot or weak willed or thinks something stupid like he should not intervene in a society that systematically practices unequality of opportunity, slavery and other nasty things, of course sometimes the protagonist can be just unlucky by being enslaved, etc. In our case we are granted a protagonist who had an initial stroke of luck, learning magic from a dragon instead of struggling for years without it or randomly dieing. After that his luck goes down the drain. It is arguable whether the princess is a good stroke of luck or not, I digress. Anyway the challenges the protagonist must face will grow and no more luck or helping hands. After gaining enough power and security the protagonist will change the world for the better or at least give it a stronge push onto the right track. He will make a lot of lives better but things are never so simple and there is much more to this world than meets the eye... Missing genres & tags: Fantasy, Sci-fi, Magic. *****SPOILER*****SPOILER*****
