"Doctor. Doctor!" June snapped as she eyed Ratchet while he observed the entrance room, they had quite a few gazes from the pharmacist and a few patients as June pushed Ratchet along in his new form
"Miss Darby, please!" He shifted and looked at her as they stopped, she folded her arms looking at the older gentleman
"Ratchet, remember your background?"
"Of course, I'm a transfer Doctor from.. Europe." He muttered as he glanced away
"That's right, try not to talk to the other doctors about your background, ask me questions otherwise they might think you don't know what you're doing."
"I don't! Miss Darby my studies in the human anatomy and medicine are very low."
"But you know enough to patch up a major wound?"
"Of course." He scoffed, insulted at her manner of speech as she rolled her eyes
"Well then you'll be fine! You're only patching up flesh wounds. Clean up the patient, clean the open wound, stitch them up and prescribe medicine for the pain, we've been over this." She said about to enter a patients room
"Ep, ep, ep." He blocked her path "And if I give them the wrong medicine?"
"You have your assistant and I'll be checking every prescription you fill out today, you'll be fine, Ratchet." She reached up and kissed his cheek before walking in when he stepped aside as he heard her from the other side "Hello, sir how's it going today?"
He just sighed and walked into the ER as a young man rushed towards him "Doctor, We need an emergency clean up in room 103."
"I'm on it, what's the wound?"
"It's bad, a microwave blew up at a party and his side has skin missing, 2nd degree burns."

"I see, I'll be right down."
He nodded and walked off, speaking to the receptionist as he snatched another clipboard and walked into a different room
Ratchet took a breath as he walked into the room to see a young man laying there as his face was a dark red, a woman by his side as he squeezed her hand and the bed rail.
His shirt was burnt and so was his skin as he burned off a few layers of skin, he looked over at Ratchet as he started to gather supplies "This may hurt but you must already know that.." He muttered as he started to calm the sizzling skin.
10 hours later he seen June in the lounge as she smiled "How's it going, Ratchet?"
"It's alright.. I've treated 3 glass wounds, 2 burn wounds and some sort of bear trap.."
"Bear trap?" She cocked a brow
"Children were messing around." He explained
she nodded in understanding but looked over the older man in his white jacket.
"What?" He asked as he noticed her staring
"Nothing. Just the white jacket you're wearing, I know it's standards for all doctors but you make it a fashion trend." She chuckled
"my jacket?" He glanced at her but somewhat understood what she meant "perhaps I should wear it more often."
"maybe you should, Doctor."

This is not a crunchy LitRPG and gradually becomes more of a character driven story that just happens to have a main character with LitRPG abilities. There will be a variety of powers/abilities that are explored later in the setting involving magic systems and other technological advancements. The first 10 chapters were written with satirical undertones, but begin to develop more into its own entity after that.

Au sujet de la fiction, il y aura peut-être un harem, mais que des femmes ! Pourquoi ? Pourquoi pas. Je ne me sens juste pas à l'aise d'écrire sur un homme faisant l'amour à mon personnage. Et oui, il y aura des citrons, mais pas de suite. Aussi, le texte sera très cru. Si jamais, pour une quelconque raison, un des personnages voit un pénis, j'écrirais clairement que c'est un pénis. De même pour la femme.
