《Taken》Chapter 50

2 months later...
I felt like I was going to be sick.
I ran to the bathroom and threw up the contents of my stomach, not able to hold anything down on this day. It wasn't the first time either that it happened. I never was usually like this but I guess today just had that effect on me.
Lia came running in holding her blue dress in her hands so she wouldn't trip on it. She dropped it as soon as she was beside me and grabbed a hold of my hair gently, pulling it back so it wouldn't be ruined.
"It's alright, it's alright, just let it out. It's okay to be nervous, I understand. Trust me, I know. But think on the bright side, after today, it will all be over. Think of the future you have ahead of you. You have a wonderful man who loves you and wants to marry you and a little boy who wants to be part of a complete family and call you mom."
Adam and I recently adopted Liam legally after going through all the paperwork. It took awhile but we finally did it. Telling them we were getting married within the next two months helped our case a lot. We were waiting until today to tell him he was offcially ours.
"I know," I replied when I was done and slumped against the toilet. Lia took her hands away from my hair and looked up at her. The little baby bump visible through her dress. "It's just that I always imagined a smaller wedding, not a big one with the entire pack there."
Lia smiled softly, "I know, but it is tradition and naturally everyone will want to see their alpha and luna get married."
"I know," I repeated, "I just wish it was smaller. Thinking of all those people make me nervous. It's different when I have to be up front for pack meetings, I can handle that, but this, I don't know. This whole day just has my stomach twisted up in knots."
"It's normal to be nervous, I would be too if it was my wedding, which it was but it definitely was no where near like yours." Lia and Dylan had gotten married earlier last month with only close family and friends. It was definitely not as extravagant as mine is. "Just think of Adam, okay?" She continued, "he'll be there for you no matter what. Now, just breathe."
I did as she instructed, taking deep breaths in and out until I finally felt like I wasn't going to be sick anymore. "Thank you," I said softly and relaxed for a moment with my eyes closed.
My bliss didn't last long however because sharp clapping noises were being made and I heard Lia say. "Alright, now get up. We don't have much time before the wedding. We need to finish you up and get you out of here. We haven't got all day."
My eyes popped open at this and she pulled me up off the ground and back into the room to get me ready. My hair was still in great shape according to Lia but she just touched up my make up before I slipped into my gown. It was an a-line dress with long sleeves. There was a dip in front of my dress but was covered with mesh. The mesh also covered my arms with lace swirls covering parts of it. The lace also covered the top of my dress completely and dipped down farther until it was trails down my dress. It was very beautiful.

A veil of the same design of my arms came up and covered my head. Yet, my blood red hair stood out, making it pop and draw more attention to it. "You look beautiful. Absolutely stunning. Adam's not going to be able to control himself when he sees you. Just wait until he gets his hands on you for the first time tonight. I bet he's a wild one in bed living up to the name of an Alpha. And think, he's also had to control himself all this time he's been with you because you wait until you're married. I bet all that frustration will be let out tonight, it's been building up for awhile after all and werewolves want to mate with their mate right away."
My face had turned a bright red at this point and it looked like she was going to say more as I covered my face. "Please, no. Stop."
But Lia didn't stop, she had to get one more thing in. "And with that back with only the mesh covering it and that dip you have there? You'll be teasing him all day and night. I'm sure after the first round he'll have his way with you however he pleases."
"Oh my Lia! Stop!" I said my face now a deep scarlet, "since when did you talk so dirty?"
Lia smiled, "it's my hormones of course." She the scowled, "and Dylan's being careful ever since he found out about the baby. He's too sweet and gentle now and it's frustrating. I think I'm going to go mad if he doesn't step it up."
I laughed lightly at this, "maybe you should mention it to him."
"I have!" she groaned, "but he doesn't want to hurt the baby he says!"
"Well then threaten him. Tell him if he doesn't step it up, he won't get any at all and he has to wait at least a month after the baby is born."
"Genius!" Lia beamed. "Why didn't I think of that? He wouldn't be able to survive four more months of absolutely nothing. Now, let's get out there and get this wedding on the road."
We left the cabin we were at which was a bridal cabin. It was used by all brides going to be married the next day which was another tradition in the pack. Apparently everyone used it before getting married. Males weren't allowed within a two mile radius. If they did venture in, the wedding was postponed every one day they came and they wouldn't be allowed to see their mate until the wedding. Even if they did get through the barrier, they would never be able to see their bride because when it came to a mile radius around the house, a spell was put in place that only allowed girls to pass and the males to be transported back to outside the barrier. This was in curiosity of my future mother in law.
I avoided the snow on the ground as I made my way to the car and took a seat in the back. It was nice and warm in here unlike outside. It was December after all and snow covered the ground. Lia got in the front and drove. We passed the barrier through the gate which was a stone wall twenty feet high. She then continued driving until we reached our destination which was a church.
I didn't know they had a church on their property but they did and it could hold every pack member and then some. It was used for multiple things like gatherings and other packs coming. They just sometime quickly replaced a few items to make it a conference center instead. I don't know, they do some weird things. But they worshiped the moon goddess here mostly. It was built amazingly, kind of looking like a small castle.

We rushed inside and met up with a couple other bridesmaids. They were people I grew close with while I was here. Anne, the girl who gave me advice about Liam when I first asked her and Marcy, the girl who was serving me when Adam first kidnapped me. I had apologized for hitting her with the shower head when I tried escaping. From there, we became friends. I was happy to know she didn't hold it against me because she didn't believe in what Adam had done was right at the time so she understood. Now we were close friends.
My mom was there in the room as well who looked like she had been crying. "Oh honey, you look so beautiful. I didn't imagine this day would come so soon but I'm so happy for you." She looked like she wanted a hug but she didn't dare touch me in fear of ruining my make up and dress. I knew I would start crying too if she did hug me so I refrained myself from hugging her.
"Everyone else is already sitting," she told me. All of my family had come too, but Adam had spelled them if they saw anything unusual they were to forget it immediately. They couldn't know about the supernatural world after all, even my parents.
"So, you ready?" Lia asked me as she came and stood next to me. Lia was my maid of honor and she was doing a good job at keeping me in line so far.
I nodded slowly as I took another deep breath. "Yes, I am."
"Okay," I heard my mother say, "I'll see you in a bit." She sniffled again before disappearing. Slowly everyone else did too and I followed after them to be met at the door by my dad. Everyone went down the aisle and the doors shut so it was just me and my dad for a moment. He looked like he had been crying too.
"My little girl's all grown up. You did good, you chose the right man, I can tell. He's going to make you very happy, I know that for sure, along with the kid you guys adopted. I just can't believe you're getting married."
"Don't cry dad, please."
"I won't," he sniffled, "it's just hard giving you away."
"I know, and I love you, remember that."
"I love you too pumpkin, now let's go." He offered his arm and I took it. The doors then opened and I saw everyone stand up. I walked does the aisle with my father, keeping my eyes on Adam who looked handsome in his suit. He didn't take his eyes off of me either and I saw his eyes darken with desire. When my father let go of me and handed me off to Adam, I gave my dad a hug before putting my free hand in Adam's and giving my blue, white, and shades of pink flowers off to Lia to hold.
I stood next to Adam as the ceremony began.
He whispered to me, "there is no word to describe how beautiful you are. You are my scarlet rose."
I blushed lightly at his words and ignored most of the ceremony until I couldn't no more. We exchanged our vows. Adam's were absolutely beautiful, I don't think I could ever top his. We then exchanged rings. Liam was our little ring bearer and he too looked quite dashing in suit.
After it all, he finally announced, well, the magic words. "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Adam folded back the veil as he said, "I love you. More than anything. I could not live this life without you." Before I could reply, he did something unexpected, he grabbed me around the waist and dipped me. It was all I could do to find a grip around his neck and I let out a little yelp of surprise. Some people laughed at this but that all faded when he kissed me and I melted into him. It was earth shattering to say the least. People awed and some guys even let out a whoop at this.
When the kiss ended, he made sure I was standing on my feet balanced because I was a bit dazed. We then walked back through the doors while everyone was clapping and outside where we got into a limo and drove back to the pack house where the reception was being held.
The reception and food was great and lasted well into the night. Around two hours in after we ate and everyone was dancing waiting for desert to show up in the next few minutes, Lia appeared by my side with a satisfied grin on her face.
"What's got you so happy?" I asked her curiously tilting my head and taking a sip of my water.
"Oh nothing," she said slyly, "it's just that I took your advice and Dylan stepped up his game a whole lot in the bathroom not to long ago."
I choked on my water but she didn't stop there. She added, "now I think it's time you get a little taste of what you'll be getting tonight."
She stood up and pulled me with her. "I think it's time for the garter removal. Come with me." She took me to an empty room close by and pulled up my dress around my leg, helping me tie it around my leg. I was nervous. I didn't know we were actually going to do this but I guess we were. "There," she patted garter which was very high up on my thigh and gleam was in her eye. She allowed me to drop the dress and we walked back to the room. She then announced to everyone. "It is time for the garter removal!"
People became excited and turned to watch as Lia pushed me down on a chair facing away from everyone and Adam emerged from the crowd behind me. He walked in front of me and gave me a loving smile but didn't say anything.
"So? What shall it be? Hands or teeth?"
"Teeth!" people shouted.
"You heard them! Teeth it is. But you can use your hands only in the beginning."
With that, Adam got down on his hands and knees and disappeared under my dress. I was blushing terribly and was glad I was facing away from the crowd. I felt as Adam finally found the opening layer with my legs in it and slowly he crawled up it, leaving a trail of kisses in his wake.
I shivered and slowly scooted toward the edge. Lia tied it so high up I could see Adam's head under the dress. I even had to spread my legs apart a little bit in order for him to get the garter off. I felt him blowing his breath lightly when he got up there and he slowly kissed me through my underwear. I shivered as I felt desire pool through me and he kissed me one more time before grabbing the garter with his teeth and pulling it off of my leg slowly.
It was then off my leg and Adam appeared not long later. I sat straight up and people clapped. I glared at Lia afterward but all she did was smirk back at me. She knew I enjoyed it even if I didn't want to admit it.
It was around eleven when we left and the party was still going on. Some people with kids had left but not many and some who did returned to party. We went in a different direction than the tree house. It was to the new house Adam had built for us. It was big, there was ten bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. I never imagined living in a house this big but he built one for me and he even built a section about some trees especially for Liam to live in and have a smaller room in that room for a bedroom. I never imagined something like that but I thought it was sweet how he did that for Liam. There was even a pool in the backyard and the house was connected to a stable so Storm was close by.
He lifted me up in his arms bridal style and carried me into the house up to our master bedroom and finally fully mated.
