>> A fresh feeling engulfed over me. A bed so soft and fluffy, my body feels like floating. Furry sensation lurked on my head and warm blanket wrapped.
Rays of sunshine hits on my face, as a soft voice called out to me. “...ter... Master... Master...” A familiar voice heeded on my ears. My eyes slowly open, seeing an unfamiliar place surrounds.
A canopy bed; an odd room filled with candelabras.
“Hmmmm?” I mumbled. “Good morning, Master.” Standing before me is a familiar face. “...Uhm...” I utter. “It’s me, Alecto.”
The woman spoke, as she sits at the edge of the bed to look at me. “Get up. It’s morning.” She called. I reluctantly get up and sit on the bed while rubbing my eyes.
“Good morning, Master!” a chirp greeting erupts. “Kroni here will help you prepare for another day.”
Kroni, who carries folded clothes smiles at me. “Good morning, Master. How’re you feeling?” another one greeted. “Eisheth is here to assist you on you as well.”
“Uhm, huh?” I utter and look at the three girls. “You guys?” I asked. I know them since the time I arrived here, but why are they here?
“Master, it’s morning. You shouldn’t stay for too long on the bed.” Aeshma, standing beside my bed added. “Huh? Ms. Aeshma?” I called. It has been a whole day... huh?
Eh? A whole day? “...Huh?”
“What’s the matter, Master?” Alecto asked. It’s just been a day since I arrived here. And a lot of awful things happened. “Am I already dead?”
“No, you’re not. You’ve just passed out last night due to the demonic possession.” Eisheth replied quickly. “Huh...” I tepidly mumbled. Wait—-eh!?
“What...?” I grunted. The three girls looked at each other and gazes back at me. “Worry not, Master.” Aeshma taps my shoulders. “You’re safe now.”
What? How should I be safe if that happens?! It’s dreadful to remember what happened. The sudden memory happened last night... “It’s a human flesh...”

That taunts my stomach to churn out. I feel nauseated just by remembering it. “Master, are you alright?” Alecto called as she grabs my arm.
With just her touch, the dread feeling rushes through my body. “DON’T TOUCH ME!” I quickly brushed off her hand away from me.
Everyone got stunned from what I said. My body starts trembling from what happened last night. I can’t just stay here any longer. I want to go home.
I do not belong here; I’m a mortal. I want to go home... but how?
“....We’re sorry for not protecting you, Master.”
In an eerie silence, Alecto mumbled. “Huh?”
“We said we’re on guard to keep you safe, but we failed to be by your side when you needed us the most.”
Eisheth and Kroni, as well as Aeshma avoided their eyes on me. “We never thought this will happen; we let our guard down and let you through.”
“If we were known it will happen, we may act before you engulfed on a horrifying thought.”
Alecto, her voice full of remorse delivered those statement. “If we just be more extra careful, you should enjoy the banquet.”
“I am fully aware that I will never be welcome here, anyway.”
I rebut. Their eyes then gaze back at me right that moment. “...You should know that from the start. A mortal like me will never be like you.”
My hands crumped the blanket covering me. “I don’t see any reason to stay here. So please, let me go back to my world.”
Ah... that’s right, it’s all I want to say. After all the things happened, there’s no way for me to stay here. I don’t want here.
I don’t need to be here. I don’t see myself fitting to live here with demons and getting along with them. There’s no way I can live here. There’s no place for me here.
“We all know that...” Aeshma cracks the silence. “We all know, because us demons were been despised by humans. You mortals are afraid of bizarre creatures.”

Kroni and Eisheth nods to agree on Aeshma’s thoughts. “We all have been the same thought as you. You’re a mortal that has been despising us because of our differences.”
Aeshma then walks towards the window and opens it. A gentle gust of wind caresses my cheek. “Yet, you’re still here... alive and kicking like anyone else.”
Under the brimming morning sun, she turns to me and shows a warm smile. “Despite of you being a mortal, and us meeting you from yesterday, we all know you’re imposing no harm to us.”
She’s dazzling; her silhouette lures my view. “Master, since the time we met yesterday... We already convinced to serve you as our Master and nothing else.”
Kroni then walks forward me and grabs my hand. She firmly holds it as our eyes meet. “I know you’re still doubting on us, and we won’t blame you for that. But the thing you’re here means that the fate brings you to us.”
I don’t know what to say. I can’t just sway by those words. Though, they say they don’t have any ill intent on me, but how about the others?
I can’t just stay confident just like that. “Plus, you’re our King. Our only King we intend to follow and serve.” Eisheth chides in. “The proof you’re one of us is the red string attaches on you.”
“It is, indeed.” Alecto added. “Despite of us have peculiar looks, you didn’t get scared off. You didn’t intend to run away from us, or even do harm. You’re different.”
“I... I don’t know what to say, but you can’t just be giddy up to me, you know? I... I don’t intend to hurt you all but still...”
My teeth grits from the next thing I want to say. “I am afraid that it will happen again. You guys are kind, and starts warming up on me despite of us meeting yesterday.”
“Master...” Kroni utters. “It’s our work to look after you. And what happened last night is a lesson for us to keep an eye on you at all times.” Alecto replied.
“That will never happen ever again. We swear to you, Master.” Eisheth sincerely rebut.
“Indeed. You are our King, and making you safe is our topmost priority as your servant.” Aeshma added.
These four servants, they’re dedicated on their duty to protect me, a nobody. I don’t understand, why do they need to take an extra mile for me?
“Us servants might be selfish; we won’t let that thing happen to you again. Please use us to your disposition, whenever you see us fit in. We’re oblige to follow your command, Master.”
With a position in this world where I don’t belong, these girls sure are something. I never thought this will happen to me in my entire existence.
Aeshma, Kroni, Eisheth, and Alecto, they’re too good for a person like me. Asking something I never done before despite of our differences.
This is really a hassle, indeed. Right now, all I need is to make a way to go back in my world. Might be, these girls know how? I don’t like taking risk, but there’s no other way.
“All right.” I speak. The four girls then look at me. “I will do as you say. I, Justine Hernandez, will use you all at my disposition. You have no right to say ‘no’ to me.”
The girls then look at each other and turns to me. They then synchronously bow. “As you wish, my Master.”
That’s right; since I can’t rely on my own self right now, all I need is to make this opportunity be of use. If it means to be cunning, or played dirty, or means to take over the rule of this world, I will do it for the sake of my goal: to go back to my world.

Transposition
Please note: the Sexual Content tag is there due to a single brief plot-relevant scene, which has a warning at the beginning. For other details, read the full description below. Rating breakdown, since that should be public info: 5 x 5*, 2 x 4.5*, 1 x 0.5* During a blackout, a frail and ragged old woman stops to ask for a glass of water from a backyard barbecue party. Given a good supper instead, she looks around the group, and tells them, "Be who and what you truly are." Days later, seven of the people from the barbecue find themselves drawn into a trap laid by a pair of wizards and their accomplices, who kidnap them into a bubble reality. All seven, who have known each other all their lives, are informed that they are not in fact entirely human: they have active fae blood, due to a series of conditions culminating with the blessing of the elderly fae woman. The transformation into fae form comes as a shock: all seven, whether originally female or male, find themselves now unreasonably beautiful women. More urgent even than that, though, is their captivity. Getting back to the real world is a higher priority than this metamorphosis that rapidly begins to feel natural... but this is only the first step, as the diverse types of fae blood they carry begin to surface. With no resources except themselves, how can they escape this prison? If they succeed, how can they possibly reclaim their lives? Just how many other faelings have been kidnapped, anyway, and what happened to them? And is there a way to make sure that their captors never put anyone else through this? Back in the real world, Kayla, who learned long ago to trust her gut instincts, is absolutely certain that something is very wrong. The pattern in the list of missing friends is easy to spot, but makes no sense at all. Then a young woman turns up at the backyard gate who knows more than she should, and even though her explanation makes even less sense, every instinct tells Kayla that Riley is her only way to get them back. If they're not quite what they were, well, that's a bridge to cross later... Just a little note: I'm a big believer in endings that are upbeat but not candy-coated, and not a fan of grim-and-gritty or of glamorized violence. These are adults in a difficult situation. However, no one gets raped, and the physical violence is, all things considered, fairly minimal. There is some harassment, sexual and otherwise, and also some mild restraint and mild verbal abuse. Complicating factors are generally wizardly or fae in nature. If I need to warn you about gender in this being all over the map, some of it reality-based rather than fantasy-based, highly diverse sexuality, or that there is (especially later) some indirect fetish/BDSM imagery and honest character discussion, then you probably should just avoid everything I write. :-) Also available on Scribble Hub.
