Severus watched you from across the library. You were talking quietly to your friend. He has looked at you originally because of that but now he was looking at your beauty.

"(y/n) Severus is looking at you again"

You catch his eyes and he looks down quickly.

You giggle slightly.

"You think he's cute?" your friend asked.

"I don't know" you say, going red.

"It's obvious" she chided

"He only likes Lilly" you said sadly.

"Not what I see" your friend said. "He looks at you all the time. Look again"

You looked over. Severus was looking at you again, his head resting on his hand, staring at you longingly.

You look away going red.

"Come on let's go and get some lunch" your friend said.

"I might wait a bit" you said.

She laughed and walked out.

You looked at Severus again and got up, sitting next to him.

"Hey" he said quietly.

"Hi Severus" you said. "You got your book the wrong way round"

"Oh" he said and quickly turned it around.

You sat in silence for a time until you noticed he was just looking at your study.

You smiled and looked at him. "You want to go to lunch?" you ask

"Sure" he stuttered and smiled slightly.
