It was odd, waking up again without Severus, you where used to his warm gentle arms wrapped around you and your head resting underneath his chin. You missed his gentle breathing and his protective hugs.
You get dressed and walk down to the great Hall, extra tables and chairs had been added for the Triwizard tournament was this year.
You sit next to Professor McGonagall. She smiled at you.
"How has your summer been?" she asks brightly.
"It had been good thanks," you say "I have always wanted to take part in the Triwizard tournament" you confess "Though it will be exciting to watch it"
"Yes" McGonagall said "The Triwizard Tournament is always a joy and the Yule ball the highlight. Will you be going with anyone?" she asks
You stutter, unsure how to answer.
"(y/n)" you hear from next to you, Severus had sat next to you, he had a warm smile on his face.
"Hello" you smile. "How did you sleep?"
"Hm, it was okay" he said "But" he took your hand from be "I missed you with me" he whispered.
You blush and giggle slightly as he let's go of your hand and goes back to his breakfast.
The feast had been and gone. You walked with Snape to his office. Leaving the crowds he quickly grabbed your hand and kissed it before dragging you to his office. Kissing you deeply he pushes open the door.
"Severus!" you here. Immediately he let's go of you.
"What are you doing Alistor?" a very angry Severus asked.
"it's an Auror's privilege," Moddy said laughing "To search a convicted death eater's office" he laughed.
Snape stared daggers at Moody while you stand awkwardly behind him.
"Well, your office is clean. For now" Moddy laughed as Severus stare.

Moody looked at you "Keep away from him." he said before walking off.
You look up at Snape who was seething in anger. He looked down at you frustrated.
"I'm sorry" you whisper, holding Snape's hands, "It was inappropriate of Alistair"
Severus hummed in annoyance and looked down at you sighing, he rubbed his eyes and yawned. Opening the door to his room he laid down. You sat in the bed and slipped under the covers with him. You felt two strong arms wrap around you and you are dragged backwards, feeling Snape's body pressed against you.
Severus became very warty over the past few weeks, he kept on being stopped by Karkaroff who insisted on talking to him about the dark mark becoming stronger.
You had just taught (y/hh) fourth-year students how to dance which was mostly a difficult task as they seemed not to care or where embarrassed.
Walking back to your office you sigh and sit down, resting your head on your desk you hear your door open and a hand on your shoulder. Looking up you see Severus.
"I...." he mumbles. "I..."
You look at him confused.
"The Yule ball is..." he scratched his head.
"Yes, I will go with you do the Yule Ball," you say.
Severus's face brightened.
