Hunter groaned as he woke up, "Please never let me drink that much ever again, sweetheart... Sweetheart?"

I heard him all right, I just didn't want to answer him.

"Sweetheart? Shit, I need an aspirin."

I heard Hunter walk towards what I assumed was the kitchen while I stared blankly at the wall before me in my room. It was only a matter of time before he'd come find me in here.

"There's my girl." Hunter walked in wrapping his arms around me.

I scoffed.

"And now?" Hunter spun me around so he could look at me.

He leaned in for a kiss but I pulled back, "You still smell like alcohol."

"It's not that bad." Hunter shrugged.

"You got shit faced on our four month anniversary."

He sighed and ran a hand down his face, "It's just that I hadn't had a drink in a while and the guys wanted to go out and have some fun."

"Sure, go out with the guys while I sit at home waiting for you so you could take me on that date you promised." I was using my sarcastic voice with Hunter.

Hunter shut his eyes, "I forgot."

"I know. And since when do you need to drink to have fun?" Hunter knew how much I was against drinking since my drink had been spiked a few months ago and what had happened with my sister.

"That's not what I meant." Hunter was getting frustrated with me, "Why the fuck do you even care about our 'four month anniversary' anyway?

"Don't swear at me. And I care because maybe that's a pretty big milestone for our relationship?"

"Oh so you've become one of those girls now?"

"Care to elaborate?" I crossed my arms.

"The little 'Oh my gosh. We've been together for a few months, let's celebrate for the sake of it'."

"Well you celebrated our one and a half month anniversary?" I retorted.

Hunter scoffed, "That was different. You've just become one of those clingy girlfriends."

"Clingy?" My voice was getting louder, "If you think that's me, you don't know me as well as you thought."

"Well you won't even tell me about your fucking sister so how am I supposed to really know who you are!?"

"Can you stop swearing!" His comment about my sister disgusted me, I pretended to ignore it for now.

I saw him squint in pain from the hangover and my loud voice.

"And that's low Hunter, even for you," Hunter turned around to leave, "Oh and next time you wanna cheat on me, don't do it when my friends are there."

"What?" He quickly faced me again, "What are you talking about?"

"Yeah. Cass, remember her? She told me she saw you with some other girl."

"She's lying. I would never - " Hunter looked offended.

"Can you even remember? The way you came stumbling in here last night... I don't think you'd be able to." I didn't get an answer which made me worried, "Hunter?" I managed to choke out.

He shook his head. And that's all I needed to know.

"I'm actually not surprised. I just thought it would have come sooner considering your bad boy reputation and all." I spat.

Hunter no longer looked offended, it was a mixture of confusion, anger and hurt, "I might not remember but I'm a bad boy not a cheater."

"I thought bad boys were cheaters."

Hunter laughed sinisterly, "You also thought that bad boys couldn't be virgins but look where we are!"

And with that he left, slamming my door. I heard the apartment door slam a few minutes afterwards.

"Em?" I heard Sky's voice through the door.

"Come in!" I called out.

"Oh Em. Are you okay? I assumed something happened when Hunter came storming into my apartment. I left immediately to come find you."

My best friend embraced me in a tight hug and I stood there getting angrier by the minute which caused tears to swell up.

"It is a big deal, right?"

"What?" Sky held me by my shoulders to look at me.

"Four months?"

"Oh my gosh yes! Has it already been that long?"

"Clearly not long enough for Hunter to care."

"Oh Em, I saw him at the club last night, I just didn't know it was your anniversary other wise I would have sent him straight home."

That made me laugh darkly, "So I suppose you saw him cheat on me then?"

"WHAT!?" Skylar jumped up and stared at me.

"I told you if a guy ever cheated on me, I dump him there and then. You saw what happened to Jake."

"So you broke up with him?" Skylar sat down again.

"No. He said something about Jaimie that made me forget about that rule."

"What did he say?" Skylar was frowning.

"He first said something about me being one of the girls who just want to celebrate "for the sake of it" so I told him if he thought that was like me that he didn't know me. Then he decides to tell me he doesn't know me because I haven't told him about my sister. Which he has been telling me the whole time to "take my time" so that I'll be able tell him when I'm comfortable. And what happened to my sister isn't who I am."

"I know it isn't who you are right now but it definitely made you into the woman you've become. I don't know what else to say. But who told you about him cheating on you?"

"Remember Cass? The girl I have all the same classes with?"

Skylar was deep in thought, "Grinder? She wasn't there last night."

"She wasn't? So how did she know?"

"I knew something we suspicious about her. Remember Hunter's birthday party? And before we went to the amusement park?"

"I don't - I can't believe it. I accused him and he might possibly be innocent. I'm still not forgiving him so easily though about what he said about my sister and for standing me up. But right now Cassidy had a lot to answer to. I'm calling her." I picked up my phone but before dialing Cass, Sky stopped me.

"She'll never admit what she did. Let me put my acting to the test."

"Well then she's definitely not going to confess." I teased Sky and she elbowed me before picking up her phone and dialing Cass.

"Hey, Cassidy? How are you?"

"Yeah. No, I'm good." Sky answered.

"Did you hear what happened to Hunter and Emilia?" I motioned for Skylar to put the phone on loud speaker.

"What happened?" Cass' voice crackled through the phone, feigning concern.

"Well apparently they broke up." Sky lied.

"Oh my gosh what did she do?" I gave Sky the why-is-it-my-fault look at this question.

"It was actually Hunter. I heard he cheated on her?"

"Okay so it's actually a really funny story. I don't know if you're still friends with Emilia - "

"I'm not." Sky interrupted her and I stared at her. Her response was shaking her head and sending me a blow kiss.

"Oh why? Did something happen?"

"Let's just say we had a fight." Skylar's acting was actually good. I was convinced we fought and even tried to remember when this happened before realizing that Skylar had made up a story.

"Oh. Sorry about that. But at least I can tell you what happened now without Emilia finding out. So basically, I've been flirting with Hunter and I think he flirts back," Lie. "But he just can't usually do it because Emilia is always by him." Another lie. "So when I saw he was drunk I decided to mess with him. We didn't actually kiss. But I just wanted Emilia to believe it because I heard she dumped this other guy cause he cheated on her," How did she know about Jake? Sky's face showed me that she was thinking the same thing, "Well anyway Hunter was so drunk I knew he wouldn't remember so I just told Emilia and let her do the rest. I can't believing they're breaking up!?"

"I know, right? Now you can have Hunter to yourself." I glared at Sky then grabbed the phone from her.

"Enjoy the lonely life you jealous bitch. Hunter and I are still together!" And I ended the call.

I don't like Cass :| Please tell me you feel the same way? Like why? Why would she do that? I mean I know I wrote this but she's just ridiculous. I don't think I'll ever do a confrontational scene between the two of them because that happens too often and you don't always get that closure you need. Anyway, let's hope everything gets better.
