"Got it?" Daryl asks.
Sakiko nods dutifully and Daryl pulls the door closed, locking it once more.
"Now, you," Daryl tells her.
Sakiko kneels on the floor, picking up her knife and wire hanger. Situating both inside the door's lock, she struggles for a couple seconds before the lock pops open. Standing up straight, she turns the knob and opens the door, looking up to Daryl.
"Nice one," Daryl pats her shoulder.
Sakiko scrunches her nose, pulling the door shut and locking it again, "Again."
As she kneels once more, Daryl sighs, "That's five times already. I think you got it."
"It wasn't perfect," she comments, picking her knife tip into the lock.
"Since when did you try and be perfect at anything? You got it, you ain't gotta do it perfect."
"Nanami could be stuck in a locked room," she shrugs, "Maybe you. Maybe me. I need to be perfect at it."
Shoving the now unlocked door open again, Sakiko takes a deep breath.
"See? You got it," Daryl supports.
He reaches out to pat her shoulder, missing narrowly as Sakiko closes the door and drops back down.
"Again," she repeats.

Michonne grunts as she tugs Nanami up higher until he finds his footing and shoves himself up onto the roof to stand alongside her.
Reaching to her bag, Michonne pulls out the pair of binoculars and peers over the dark town they stood over. Nanami kneels to the bag of weapons Andrea had given him, pulling out a rifle and holding it up so he could look through the scope.
"They're passing by," Michonne investigates, watching the herd below them walk by.
Nanami nods, setting the gun back down quietly and sitting crisscrossed. Michonne follows, hanging her legs over the edge of the roof they occupied. Nanami grabs one of the waters, taking a sip before passing it to Michonne who does the same.

In the dark of the night, the herd below doesn't notice the pair that lingered above their undead eyes- the two in question keep quiet to avoid the recognition.
Feeling a sting on his cheek, Nanami flinches and rubs the spot, checking his hand to see nothing there. Michonne watches before nudging his arm and holding her hand out. Nanami's eyes widen as he spots the sight of snowflakes falling onto Michonne's hand in the moonlight.
Instinctively, Nanami reaches his own hand out, a small glimmer of a smile spreading on his lips when the snowflakes begin to fall to his palm.
--
Sakiko shivers, Ryan scooting closer to her and pulling the blanket over them.
"Just a little longer.. We shouldn't burn more gas," Glenn advises, rubbing his hands over the vent letting out heat in the parked car.
"Five more minutes," Beth begs through chattering teeth.
Sakiko's eyes drift to the outside scenery and her jaw locks. The snow reminded her of the days from before.. Those cold days outside of stores waiting on Shinsuke's 'work' to finish.
And Nanami loved the snow.
Closing her eyes, Sakiko forces the thoughts out of her head and burrows into Ryan's side.

The Last Watcher
The Abyss Watchers. Once fully dedicated to hunting the Abyss, now cursed to fight their own members forever. One day though, while they are attacked by a mysterious warrior, a single Abyss Watcher is suddenly pulled through a tear in reality, transported to a new world. A world with a strange thing called a leveling system. Current update schedule: Tuesday 10:00 PM NZT Idea I had of an Abyss Watcher from Dark Souls 3 being transported into a LitRPG world. You don't have to know any of the lore from Dark Souls to understand this, however if you want to know more about the lore just google it or something, I can't stop you But it's not like it will be very useful in this story as I plan to not be focused on Dark Souls Lore. As a side note for those reading this while it is ongoing, I will occasionally go back to previous chapters and sometimes add certain elements to the skills and leveling. Not to worry though as I will tell you as to what I have edited in the authors notes, so be sure to pay attention to those when they appear as they may contain information required for continued understanding. Also, if you decide to drop this book then please leave a comment on the chapter you stopped on and tell me what made you stop.
