I walked into the room, holding parker in my arms. "Alright. We'll just draw some blood and test it. So if you would roll your sleeve up." Dr Addison said. I rolled the sleeve up and she cleaned the area. Then she stuck the needle in and started taking my blood. Parker whined when he saw what was happening. "Shh baby. Mommy's just getting some blood taken. Its no big deal." I said softly. He looked at me and I smiled. He smiled too and dr Addison took the needle out. She kept some gauze there and put some stretchy bandage on it. "You know me so well." I said when I saw the bandage was purple. She smiled. "Alright. So I'll just take these to the lab and I'll call you when I get the results." She smiled. "Thank you." I smiled. I picked Parker up and placed him on my hip. I walked out of the building and to my car. Then I drove home. Chandler was laying in the bed. "How'd it go?" He asked. I told him I was just getting some blood drawn for a check up. "It went okay. I think parker is scared of needles tho. He kept whining and whimpering while it was happening." I said. "That's my boy. I won't let needles near you without me around." He said to Parker. I laid down in bed and cuddled up to chandler. Parker was on his chest so I cuddled into his side. "I'm tired." I said. "How much did they take?" He asked. "Four of those tubes." I said. "Ouch. Go to sleep babe. I'll be here when you wake up." He said. "Last time you said that, you weren't there when I woke up." I said. "I had to pee. I'm sorry." He said. "I know. I'm just teasing." I said tiredly. I closed my eyes and slowly fell asleep.

3 days later.

I was out at the store with Parker when my phone rang. "Hello?" I said. "Hello ms brown. I have the results of your blood test." Dr Addison said. "What are they?" I asked. "You are pregnant. Congratulations." She said. "Awesome! Thank you!" I smiled. "No problem. I can't wait to meet baby number two." She said. "Alright. I'll see you next month dr Addison. Thank you." I said. "No problem. See you next month." She said then hung up. I went to the baby clothes and found the perfect one. It was a white onesie that said, 'I'm going to be a big brother.' The word 'big' had three different shades if blue. 'B' was a regular blue. 'I' was a light blue. 'G' was a darker blue. I put it in the buggy then finished my shopping. I went up to the register and the guy scanned my items. "Expecting?" He asked, holding up the onesie. I nodded with a smile. "Lucky kids. They have a beautiful mom." He smiled. "Oh thank you." I said. "No problem." He said. I quickly paid for the items then loaded them into the buggy. I walked out and over to my car. I put the bags in the trunk and put parker in his seat in the back. Then I got in the front and drove home. When I got there, I noticed Chandler's car wasn't here. I quickly got everything inside and picked parker up. I placed him on my hip then called chandler. "Hello baby girl." He said. "When are you gonna be home?" I asked. "In about 25 minutes. Why?" He asked. "Because I miss you." I pouted. "I miss you too babe. I'll be there soon." He chuckled. "Okay. I love you." I said. "I love you too. Bye baby." He said. "Bye." I hung up and grabbed the bag with parkers onesie. I went to his nursery and quickly changed his diaper and put the onesie on him. I slipped some black sweatpants on him and some socks then his shoes. I put his jacket on him and zipped it up then heard chandlers car pull up. I picked parker up and walked down to the living room. I sat down on the couch just as he walked in. "Hey babe." He kissed me. "Hi." I smiled. My heart was beating out of my chest. "You okay? You look nervous." He said/asked. "I'm fine. But can you take his jacket off? Its a little warm in here." I said. He nodded and picked parker up from the floor and unzipped his jacket. He took it off then looked at the onesie. I held my breath. "This is cute." He said. "Do you know what it means?" I asked. "Ashley. I've known you were pregnant since your birthday." He said. "What? How? I didn't even know." I said. "Because of what you told me to get you. You always craved McDonalds fries while you were pregnant with him. And when you had to get a 'check up'. You got one last month." He said. "It could've been a monthly check up." I defended. "So your not pregnant?" He asked. "No I am." I said. "Awesome." He smiled. He walked over and kissed my lips. "Can't wait. I hope its a girl this time. You got a mamas boy, I want a daddy's girl." He said. "I have a feeling its a girl." I smiled. He smiled back and kissed me again. Then we walked up to our room. We sat on the bed while Chandler held parker. I turned on the TV and we watched movies until we fell asleep.
