Project Looking Glass: Freelancer
When a game can set you up for life, a man with a talent for analysis gambles his future for a new lease on life. While traveling on the colony ship Pioneer Michael Wolfe and many others are logged into Project Looking Glass, a fully immersive Virtual Reality MMORPG set on the world they are traveling to. At the end of the journey all players will be permitted to keep the land they hold in the game as their homestead for the new colony. Michael Wolfe must put away the books of myth and folklore and push himself to his limit to achieve the start to his new life. Updates will come by chapter as I write them, so don't count on a solid release schedule (though I will try for a few chapters each week). Edit advice is always welcome, but please keep it polite. ((Cover is just a working cover until I can get some decent artwork)) Be advised that I am currently focusing on Hero's Call. Project Freelancer will continue/be rewritten in parts when I have finished the story arc I intend for Hero's Call.

For hundreds of years the galaxy was kept in order due to the diligent work of The Council, the number one authority in the whole galaxy, and their appointed guardian of the galaxy, The Chosen One. The Chosen One was the face of order and justice in the galaxy and was the head over all the galactic military forces, answering only to The Council themselves. But after a rebel enemy force known as the Doomaki rise to power, they overtake The Chosen One and his military forces, known as The Peacekeepers. One final battle leaves The Peacekeepers outnumbered and The Chosen One is overtaken and presumed dead. Just when it seems the galaxy might fall to the evil reign of the Doomaki, they disappear without a trace. With the thread of the Doomaki gone, the crippled galaxy begins to try and rebuild and find a new Chosen One to lead them and prepare for whatever new threats may come. Tyfoon, the Chosen One's only child, was born during the battle that his father disappeared in, and the ensuing battle left him without a mother as well, dying soon after childbirth. 18 years from that night pass and Tyfoon is ready to follow in his father's footsteps and serve The Council, perhaps to be The Chosen One when he is ready. But this plan is cut short when the Doomaki resurface and threaten everything dear to Tyfoon. Tyfoon must rise up and finish the task his father failed: defeat the Doomaki once and for all.

Trying being the key word because as soon as Hayato was in [K.O] he and every other player online were ‘transported' into [Kismet] by a religious cult that wanted to try and enter virtual reality.After reading the rest of what 10 year old me had written: i had came to a conclusion that it had too many plotholes, unexplained important information and a lack in character behaiviour so i have re-written the entire story and so a lot of things have changed compared to the first one i have posted.
