Or, at least, so they thought. Peeling back the veil of time, The Empire of Sol has uncovered vestiges of a secret genetic program on the far flung planet of Hod. The advent of the Empire’s ancient enemy could upset the careful balance of power throughout in the Sol System. When Hod is invaded by the Empire, Andros Aeton is pressed into their service and his people are held hostage. Unbeknownst to him, factions within the Empire vie to use him to their own ends. He must claim his heritage if he has any hope of escaping the clutches of the forces that seek to use him." This is a work in progress. Meet Ian. Ian is an IT consultant who accepted a supposedly impossible job for an incredible amount of money. However, he quickly learns why his colleagues avoided that gig like the plague. Ian now hates his job, and wants to be fired to get severance pay. However, things don’t go as planned when he downloads MERTICORE, a mysterious program that popped out of nowhere. After that, the life of Ian has changed drastically. Gone are the days of drinking bad coffee while staring at a screen. His days are now filled with magic, fighting weird creatures and even weirder people. Let’s not even mention the comrades he collects along the way, which are more often than not worse than the (numerous) enemies he makes as he bumbles through alternate dimensions. There’s also a disturbing number of laundromats for some reason. Release Schedule: One or two long(2.5k+ words) chapters per week, maybe more depending on real life.

A World In Motion
The world is great and so much remains shrouded in darkness. We can stand on the shoreline and see the outline far in the distance but too often we fail to grasp what goes on. We limit ourself to our immediate surrounding and claim our small piece of land to be the center of it all. A king meets his end so it falls upon the son to wield the power of the crown. What if things were different? What can i do to facility such changes? With a need for something the newly raised king embarks on a journey to find out just what is possible in this world, his world. Historical fiction - The world has the same principal rules as our own but from the perspective of culture/technology/and more its different. Multiple Lead Characters - With time more characters will become relevant so you will experience this world from different vantage points but it's all connected and with purpose. Drama - True depth to a story rests in the arms of character you grow to love or hate, their humanity. Drama is an inevitable feature of humanity so if i succeed in creating fictional humans then drama will surely follow. Action - Place one human in the same room as another and you'll eventually witness action. Action with all the blood and pain associated will it is a natural extension of the human experience.
