Later that night, it was calm and peaceful as they all gazed at stars...until Simba let out a huge burp.
"Whoa. Nice one, Simba," Timon told him.
"Thanks," Simba said.
Y/N shook her head while remarking, "It's gotta be a guy thing."
"We've heard you burp louder than that," Timon pointed out.
"Yeah," Simba and Pumbaa agreed.
"And you all heard it. Great," Y/N muttered.
Simba chuckled before stating, "Man, I'm stuffed."
"Me too. I ate like a pig," Pumbaa commented.
"Pumbaa - you are a pig," Simba reminded.
"Oh. Right," Pumbaa remembered.
They all then sighed in content and continued gazing at the stars until a thought crossed Pumbaa's mind.
"Timon? Y/N?" Pumbaa asked.
"Yeah?" Timon and Y/N answered.
"Ever wonder what those sparkly dots are up there?" Pumbaa wondered.
"Pumbaa, we don't wonder; we know," Timon said.
"Oh. What are they?" Pumbaa asked.
"They're fireflies. Fireflies that, uh, got stuck up on that big bluish-black thing," Timon answered.
"Oh. Gee. I always thought that they were balls of gas burning billions of miles away," Pumbaa replied.
"Pumbaa, with you, everything's gas," Timon pointed out.
"Well, to be honest, Pumbaa's thought makes more sense because how could fireflies get stuck up there? They'd just keep going on and on. And they move around a lot, so getting stuck isn't likely to happen," Y/N explained.
"Agree to disagree," Timon said.
"Simba, what do you think?" Pumbaa asked.
"Well, I don't know..." Simba shrugged.
The other three practically pleaded to hear what he thought they were.
"Pleeeease?" Pumbaa begged.
"Give," Timon remarked.
"We really wanna know," Y/N went on.
"Well, somebody once told me that the great kings of the past are up there, watching over us," Simba explained.

"Really?" Pumbaa wondered.
"You mean a bunch of royal dead guys are watching us?" Timon asked.
He and Pumbaa then started laughing while Y/N didn't and Simba did a little.
"Who told you something like that? What mook made that up?" Timon asked as he and Pumbaa continued laughing.
"Yeah. Pretty dumb, huh?" Simba chuckled weakly.
"Aw, you're killing me, Simba," Timon said as they calmed down.
But the way Simba looked up in the sky told Y/N that someone close from his past said that to him. He then got up and went to a nearby ledge, the guys a little confused.
"Was it something I said?" Timon asked.
Simba looked back up in the sky before plopping down on some flowers, sending them into the air.
"Well, I'm gonna go get some shut eye," Timon said.
"Me too," Pumbaa agreed.
"You two go ahead. We'll catch up," Y/N told him.
They nodded and headed back. She approached Simba, who sighed.
"I'm fine. Really, Y/N," he assured.
"The way you took their laughter at what you said would say otherwise," she pointed out.
Simba slightly looked at her before sitting up and saying, "My father told me about the great kings of the past watching over us."
"I figured it was someone from your past you were close to. I sometimes think that there is someone watching out for everyone and everything, but never admit it. I'd be called crazy," Y/N replied.
"You think Timon will?" he guessed.
"Yeah," she nodded.
"Well, he didn't seem to laugh at you when you agreed with Pumbaa of what the dots were," Simba pointed out.
"True," Y/N pointed out then added, "But they both shouldn't have laughed at what you had to say about what they were. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion."
He smiled before telling her, "Thanks, Y/I."
"You're welcome," she nodded then mentioned, "We better get some shut eye."
He agreed and she climbed up on his back before they headed back to their sleeping spot.
