《Lion King 1 1/2 (Timon X Y/N)》Chapter 21: Accidental Advice

The next night, Timon and Pumbaa turned in early as Y/N took Simba to get something to eat.
"Are you usually a midnight snacker?" Y/N asked.
"Not really. I'm still getting used to a bug diet. Back home, a whole zebra could keep me filled for a while," Simba answered.
"Makes sense," she said as they got to a little clearing of grubs, then she wondered, "And I know Timon said to put your past behind you, but if you don't mind me asking, do you have anyone special in your life?"
"Well, before I left, I had my best friend, Nala. We were inseparable. The major domo, Zazu, even told us we were betrothed to each other, grossing us out," he said as he got a couple of bugs.
"So you and your best friend were supposed to get married when you got older," Y/N guessed.
"Pretty much. At least you know what 'betrothed' means," Simba commented, ate a bug, then asked, "What about you?"
"What about me?" she wondered.
"Isn't there someone you were promised to?" he clarified.
"Well, not promised to. I have feelings for someone and he returned them, but due to some issues back at our old home, we agreed to stay friends for now," Y/N explained, getting her own bugs.
"Is it Timon?" Simba asked with a light smirk.
She nearly choked on her grub she was eating before looking at the lion cub.
"H-How'd you know?" she asked.
"You're the only meerkats here and from what I've seen, you two are close like how Nala and I were," he answered.
Y/N sighed and said, "Okay. Yes. It is Timon. Like I said, we already told each other how we felt, but because the rest of the clan besides myself and his mom don't like him, he thinks they would look down on me for liking him, but I don't care about that."

"Well, I can't really give you any advice, but I can say there shouldn't be anything holding either of you back with that being the case," Simba said before eating another bug.
"Try telling him that," she commented.
"You could. Just do it when you think it's right," he replied before heading back to his spot.
YN seemed to think about what he said before sighing and heading to bed when the movie paused.
"You sure he wasn't giving you advice?" Timon asked with a slight chuckle.
"Very funny," Y/N chuckled, lightly nudging him.
"I can't believe you two didn't get together sooner than you did," Pumbaa commented.
"I know. I can't believe it either," Y/N smirked at her boyfriend.
"Okay. I get it," Timon remarked.
Y/N and Pumbaa laughed while hoof/fist bumping at that.
"Let's just get back to it," Timon said.
"Okay," Y/N giggled before kissing his cheek.
He blushed before resuming the movie.

The Lions of Dawrtaine
Hallon Nilsdotter was born in 1268 and trained in the magics of the shamans of old Sweden. Now, in 1924, she hunts for the Calamity, a prophesied disaster. Along with her spirit allies and the young scientist Milo Rabbit, Hallon forces open a tear in the boundary of their universe to travel to another. An old war has ruined this land, breaking its weather systems, and a new war is brewing between the Untainted and those who show strange mutations. On the run after being identified as abnormal, Hallon and Milo must navigate this new world of machine guns, gas attacks, and fallen spirits. All the while, the Calamity looms over them. ----- The book is complete at 46 chapters, although I may revisit with short stories in the future.
8 197Trickster's Tale
Be careful when demanding reparations from gods. They rarely own up to their mistakes. Due to a goddess's shortsighted error, Perry finds himself transported to a distant Universe with new proportions and a different identity. Instead of cowering before the deity, he demands she opens a portal home or provides reparations for him and his bereaved family. Unfortunately, standing up for himself doesn't earn Perry respect. Instead, she curses him with cowardice, limiting his combat and magical potential. Little does the goddess know that nothing can stand in the way of Perry's sheer will. If brute strength and arcane might won't get him the justice he desires, wit and creativity will. Perry's first target? A goblin shaman. Then, the world. And so begins, the bard's ballad. Trickster's Tale (Book 1): Is That A Lute In Your Pocket will release on Kindle Unlimited on the 10th of May.Due to KU's exclusivity rules, I've had to take most of book 1 down.Book 1 Bard's Ballad takes place in the same extended Universe as my other story, The Houndsman. It's set on a distant 'disk', though. As a result, the magic system is unique in comparison and has a harder LitRPG system. While the story utilises stats, it doesn't take them seriously and occasionally makes fun of regular LitRPG mechanics.
8 438System Help?
The System comes to Earth - and brings an apocalypse like no other. For this is not a System that breaks technology, and replaces it with magic: Nothing that friendly. It is a Broken system, a fine example of how something intended for good can becoming a plague upon the universe. Turning anyone into a monster. Being lucky in many ways, Jonathan and his coworkers find themselves the last hope of humanity.. Oops? No pressure.
8 124Caged within the Ravencourt
A short and pain-filled life was all that Melissa was given, and it wasn't until falling asleep for the last time that she was finally given something more. Waking up in a healthy and young body, and faced with an unfamiliar culture and even more inexplicable sights, Melissa had to adapt to her life new as Kalie, the third Princess of the Shattered Isles of Cerith. It didn't take long for Kalie to realize that even though she finds herself in a strange world, she may just be one of the strangest parts of it. As Kalie comes to terms with her bizarre new life, she finds herself set in the sights of the powerful new king of a far off land. Eventually finding herself taken away to be Caged within the Ravencourt. This story is world spanning, and slow to start. It's my intention to build up towards the epic story I'm hoping to tell. Don’t expect over the top powers, just smart characters using magic interestingly. And, like my other stories, the focus is on the characters themselves, less so the world they’re in. Enjoy!
8 200My never ending cycle of Life and Death

8 199New World to Experience
YGGDRASIL was ending, and Apoc was hoping to see the game as it ends. And fortunately, he did. But he was transported into a world that is back in the past, yet seemingly not the same world, and coincidentally in an island that was cut off from the mainlands. What should he do? Find a way back home? Or stay and change the flow of time? A little note here; this story is a bit rushed. Considered that it is old and I have little time to revise the story whole. But unless you dont mind it and decided to just read it for the sakes out of it, then be my guest... Not in a offending way obviously.
