《{WICKED GAMES} Mitsuya x Fem!Reader》forty eight

Somehow it's already here, and you can't believe that it is. It felt like only days since Mitsuya proposed but now here you are rushing around in your wedding gown turned bridesmaid dress turned back to wedding gown while being chased by Yuzuha.
"Taka-chan can't see you in your dress, Y/N! Stop running away from me!" she shouts.
"He's already seen it!" you shout back. "He did make it for god's sake!"
"That's really not the point, Y/N," she sings. "It's bad luck on wedding day!"
Although you really don't want to give in to Yuzuha's insistence, you end up running out of breath way sooner than you thought you would.
"Woah, tired already? You okay?" she asks without having to catch her breath.
"Shut up, I'm stressed," you grumble. "Is there any chocolate around here... or something with sugar?"
"Chocolate? You shouldn't eat anything super messy in that dress..."
"It's called stress eating, Yuzuha," you groan as you spin around and happen to find Hakkai with a chocolate bar in his hand.
"Thanks," you sigh as he half-willingly hands it over. "You're a lifesaver," you mumble before devouring the whole thing in two bites.
"So, uh, what were we doing anyway?" you ask quietly as you look around the room for anything to jog your memory.
"I don't know but you're about to walk down the aisle so let's go worry about that instead!" Yuzuha sighs as she links her arm with yours. You nod and allow her to walk off with you.
At the end of the aisle, Yuzuha leaves alongside the rest of the procession. Then, when it's just you left, you can't help but feel a bit faint. Perhaps it's a sugar crash from all the candy and chocolate you've been stuffing your mouth with all day long.
You pat your cheeks just hard enough to leave a bit of a sting and take a deep breath in. "Okay, I can do this," you assure yourself as you take your first step. However, as you walk out you see Mitsuya frowning at you from the other end.

Suddenly, you're yanked back and Hakkai looks down angrily at you. "Where the hell are you going without me?" he pouts.
"Oh right," you chuckle awkwardly. "Sorry, got a lot on my mind."
"Are you sure you're okay, Y/N?" he whispers as he links his arm with yours.
"I'm fine," you assure him as you pat his arm gently. "Let's go."
Hakkai shrugs and does as you've asked to walk you down the aisle. As you walk, your brain gets fuzzy again and you wobble a bit towards Hakkai. Luckily, he does a good job at keeping you up straight and not making a big deal out of it for others to notice.
When the two of you get to the end of the aisle, Hakkai sniffles as he holds in the tears swelling up his eyes. "You've been nothing but good to me, my sister, and everyone at Toman, Y/N. On behalf of all of us, we love you."
You, too, begin to fight back tears as you part your lips to respond. "Love you too," you sniff as Hakkai lets go of you.
You then turn around to face Mitsuya who's now thankfully smiling back at you. When his hand reaches out to touch your own, electricity courses through your body like it's the first time he's touching you. You hand Hakkai your bouquet before giving your other hand to Mitsuya.
"Hi," he whispers softly as he rubs soft circles over the tops of your hands with his thumbs.
"Hey," you smile softly.
"You look so beautiful," he comments.
"Yeah, you do a good job with that," you respond, thinking that he's referring to how you look in the gown. But he dismisses your thought with a shake of his head.
"No, you do that all on your own."
Your whole body feels on fire as he speaks, not to mention that it doesn't help to hear Yuzuha and the others cooing behind you.

The ceremony then flies by. You find yourself staring at Mitsuya the entire time, not like you would want to do anything else anyway. Yet to you something feels kind of... odd.
The rings are placed on either of your fingers and the two of you exchange your vows. Just as your lips reach his after he's told to kiss his bride, your legs completely give out and you topple to the floor. The last thing your eyes witness is a sea of people rushing towards you right before everything turns black.
The next thing you know you are back in your dressing room laying down on your sofa with a puke bucket beside you that smells absolutely foul as though it's already been used.
You try to sit up to get away from the stench, but Yuzuha instantly pushes you back down. "Don't get up," she lectures. "You're gonna get yourself even sicker."
"What the hell happened?" you mutter as you rub your head.
"Just stay right here I'm going to get Takashi. Just give me one second, Y/N!" she yells as she runs out of the room.
It's only a few moments later until Mitsuya rushes in with some random woman at his side who looks at you with concern written all over her face.
"Are you alright, Y/N?" Mitsuya asks as he rushes to your side as though the stench of puke doesn't even reach his nose.
"Yeah, I'm fine," you smile tiredly as you reach up to hug him weakly.
"Y/N, this woman's a doctor. I called her the second you passed out and I think she's got something to tell us..."
"Call me Joy," she smiles sweetly as her pink hair bounces behind her. "First I'd like to ask if the two of you were already aware that Y/N is pregnant?"
Instantly your jaw drops to the ground.
"She's what?!" Mitsuya asks as though he thinks he's misheard her.
"She's just a little under four weeks pregnant... Did either of you notice anything like a missed period or-"
"I thought it was just late because of all the stress of the wedding..." you trail off.
"Well, then congratulations you two," she giggles. "You're completely fine, you only passed out because of the mixture of stress and the pregnancy."
Though as she speaks, you hardly pay her any mind as you nervously turn your head to Mitsuya. You've got absolutely no idea what his reaction will be until you look over and see tears rolling down his cheeks.
"Takashi!" you gasp as you jolt to sit up, only to get a stinging headache and lay back down. "Sorry..."
"What are you apologizing for?" he smiles as he shakes his head at you. "I meant what I've been saying all along and in my vows. You can't believe how happy I am to hear this news now. It is seriously unexpected, but an amazing surprise nonetheless!"
You relax, feeling warm inside to know that you didn't ruin the wedding for a disappointing or bad reason. "I love you, Takashi," you say with a sigh as you allow your eyes to flutter closed.
Mitsuya holds your hand tight as he rubs the side of your cheek. "I love you, too, Y/N."
Your eyes open once more to glance up at the soft smile he holds as he looks down at you. A gentle kiss is then placed on your forehead alongside a whisper.
"I love both of you."
I'm not crying, you are!
Thank you for joining me on this crazy ride of a fic.
Forever on my hands and knees for you, Mitsuya.
(On my hands and knees for you, too, of course ;) )

I was Reborn as the Villainess but I will become a Great Sage
Nova Allandis, formerly known as Suna Lee, remembers her previous life and realizes her current life is as the villainess in a fantasy novel she once read. However, as Suna, she was the laziest person with no motivation, possibly attributed to the fact that she didn't go into a major that was her strongest suit. Now that she has a high affinity towards magic and wishes to go into it, will she be able to change her lazy self for the better, or will she go back to being lazy like the villainess in the novel? Can she become a Great Sage and live life happily this time? Note: This is not a "revenge of the villainess" novel, but rather a "rise to fame" novel. A/N: This is just an experimental novel and criticisms are much appreciated, but I'm extremely defensive of my own work and characters. If you are here to put down a novel, please remember, first of all, you are not paying anything to read this, and second of all, authors are humans too.
