You are in the outside pen, grooming Boadicea and enjoying the gentle breeze in the air when a pair of warm large hands slowly smooth around your belly causing you to gasp and drop the grooming brush, a solid chest meets your back as a gentle kiss presses to your shoulder.
"How are my wife and son doing? He breathes against your ear, before pressing another kiss to your neck, his lips linger against your skin and he sighs, contentedly, causing goosebumps to erupt down your spine.
Biting your lip with a smile, you try hard to suppress the beginnings of arousal. Your pregnancy once again playing havoc with your hormones, and Arthur was thoroughly enjoying the benefits of helping you through them.
"Oh, you have decided our unborn child is a boy, have you?" you raise your eyebrow turning to wrap your arms around your husband's neck, he hums positively, enjoying the closeness. "How's the wagon coming along?" You ask.
"Almost finished, it'll be ready for the baby arriving, don't worry. Is the Doc. still coming today?"
"He said he'll be here after dinner."
You had decided that this time you were going to give birth with an actual doctor present, the last time had caused you enough trauma that you wanted to take every precaution you could to deliver this baby, safely and comfortably. Arthur and you did not expect to fall pregnant again, neither of you believed you even could after the mutilation you'd endured birthing Tris, but alas 8 months ago after a particularly steamy moment in the back barn, your unborn baby had been conceived.
8 months earlier
"You have to be quiet sweetheart." Arthur pants, snaking a hand across your mouth to silence your moans.
His hips snap against you, thrusting himself deep inside you and making you whine with ecstasy.
"Fuck you feel so good darlin'." Arthur practically growls into your ear, his free hand and gripping your hip tightly to stay grounded. "So-ugh- goddamn good."
You nip at his hand, biting back the moan as Arthur pushes you over the edge, your orgasm rippling through your body as he continues to pump into you.

"That's it, sweetheart, so good for me." He praises, thrusting deep inside of you and following you over the edge, his arm shoots out and grabs the beam you are bent over, stopping his weight from falling on you as he tried to catch his breath.
"Mommy, Daddy, where are you!?" Tris's voice sing-songs from outside the barn, snapping you both back to reality.
Your stolen moment ending as quickly as it started.
"Shit." Arthur curses, wincing as he pulls out of you, quickly smoothing down your skirt and shaking himself back into his jeans. "How did she find us?"
"She's been spending too much time with her Uncle Charles. He's teaching her to track, I swear."
************************************************************************************
Arthur leans in sighing soulfully against your ear. "Did you know our daughter has betrayed us and become a sheriff? We're going to have to start laying low."
You huff a laugh and drawback to meet his eyes, your fingers threading into the hair at the base of his neck.
"Oh dear, that is a problem, because you have quite the price on your head, Mr. Morgan." You offer him a serious expression despite your growing smile.
"Exactly, I gotta form some new alliances." He lowers himself to press a kiss to your rounded belly. "There's no way a son would turn me into the law."
Giving him a gentle shove, you lift your head and squint over to your daughter who swings her legs happily against the fence she sits upon, a chocolate bar melting in her hand and smeared across her face.
"I see you tried to bribe the sheriff." You sigh.
Arthur flashes you a guilty smile as he straightens, sliding his arm across your back and gently stroking your hip with his thumb.
"I didn't have a choice, she was gonna see that I hang."
"So, she should have, you scoundrel." You joke, squirming away from him when he pinches you lightly.
Pulling you flush against his side again he practically growls into your ear.
"I seem to remember you rather enjoyed me being a scoundrel." He makes sure Tris isn't looking before he nips at your neck, causing your eyes to flutter closed and a barely audible whimper to escape your lips.

"Arthur..." you warn when you see Tris hop from the fence and skip towards your both. Her sticky fingers being licked clean, and she pushes the empty wrapper into her dress pocket.
He straightens with an internal groan of frustration, making a mental note to continue this later when you're both alone.
"Can we go get dinner now?" Tris questions.
"I'm surprised you're still hungry after that." You nod towards the chocolate staining her cheeks as you take her hand and lead her to the house, Arthur following closely behind.
"Not really but Daddy said I'd get in trouble if I didn't eat dinner."
"Is that so?" you glance at Arthur to see him scratch the back of his neck guiltily.
When you enter the dining room you're hit by the delicious smell of cooking, Abigail is already laying out the delicious-looking spread; the dinner a new tradition both of your families had agreed to. Each Sunday you would both sit down together to eat and play games, then later on, once the kids had gone to bed, the four of you would drink (you of course enjoying only tea for the past few months) and reminisce on old times.
"Abigail, this all looks wonderful." You exclaim as you see the variety of dishes.
Tris drops your hand and runs over to sit with Jack, her previous upset towards him apparently forgotten.
"Sure does." Arthur agrees, taking the heavy pot from her to lay it on the table.
"Thanks." She dusts off her apron. "There's still the bread in the kitchen, Y/n do you mind?" she gestures towards the kitchen table.
Nodding you make your way to the kitchen, seeing additional dishes you make yourself useful, bringing in what remaining bowls you could carry. Your hands full with additional food, you curse when you hear the knock at the door, remembering the doctor was due for your check-up. Realizing you couldn't answer the door you call Tris for help, your daughter still learning proper house etiquette.
"Tris sweetheart, can you answer the door please?"
Tris jumps up cheerfully, excited for the opportunity to practice her manners.
"Remember what we practiced!" you call as she skips past you, disappearing down the hall.
Arthur takes the plates from you the minute he sees them in your hands, a playfully scolding look on his face to which you roll your eyes. He had been ridiculously over protective since you both found out you were pregnant again.
"Where is my little sheriff off to?" he questions.
"To answer the door, the Doctor just showed up for my check-up, it shouldn't take too long."
Suddenly, Arthur frowns, his eyes shifting their gaze behind you. You follow his line of sight, turning to see Tris wringing her hands and looking nervous.
"Everything okay Tris?" he asks, his voice full of concern.
"Well, the man at the door wasn't the Doctor so it wasn't like we practiced, I didn't know what I was supposed to do?"
"Who was it?" Arthur asks his concern growing at the unannounced visitor.
You both crouch before her, Arthur taking her hand in his and trying not to scare her with his concern, but the truth was you were all nervous, John and Abigail included as they pause to find out who was at the door. No one but your old gang came to visit, and Tris knew each of them, anyone else had to be someone new. A normally innocent occurrence if you had all not been ex outlaws.
"He said he's, my Uncle." Tris frowns before adding. "But he's scary, I don't want him to be my Uncle."
Arthur and you share a worried glance before he picks her up and holds her close to her chest, soothing her increasing worry before passing her to you to hold.
"I'm going to see who's at the door." He nods to John who pulls his old cattleman from the drawer. "Stay here."
Fingers prickling with anxiety Arthur reaches for the door pulling it open his blood instantly begins to boil at the sickening smile that greets him.
"Hello, cowpoke, cute kid."
"Micah..."
