Sensing movement, I open my eyes to the light. She stirs in signs of awakening, her fingers curls and then soothe, but as she proceeds to turn away she finds a frustrating obstacle and open her lolite eyes the fraction mine close.

My hands in fussy command move with the sole purpose to free my restrained locks. But they immediately withdraw coming upon something unbelievably soft, hair of a very different texture.

I gain clarity of my surroundings slowly and then all of a sudden. There at a distance easy to neglect, the King of the Underworld lay sprawled on my hair.

Felling shocked, was an understatement.

The amber eyes with their magics and tricks were hidden away within thick sets of lashes, his usually close held lips were in the moment parted with smooth jaw lines in ease and tousled hair giving off the sense of a careless beauty.

Carefully I bring my hands over my chest wanting to silence the noisy organ as alarms blare in my mind in fluorescent colors.

Dangerous God - BAD FOR HEART- Move away with caution but FAST!

Trusting my instincts I decide to keep my distance from this being and holding my breath I strain my neck in order to pull the strands spread out like a mattress. But with efforts halfhearted from wishing to leave him undisturbed, it does not budge. When seeing its of no use I give up a little too willingly.

"Hades..." His placid expression stops me and I decide to fall back asleep long enough to have him wake up and move away on his own accord in disdain and disbelief.

But the erratic beats wouldn't let me and I try to notch it down focusing on a particular stard of my hair dancing to the tune of his long drawn breaths.

Still, unfortunately, my eyes wander along the planes of his tranquil face and my heart begins its marathon while my mind threw a tantrum.

In a state off daze my fingers accidentally graze his elbow and I shrink covering my face the next instant.

Stupid arm!

Peaking through a small gap I watch him frown but doesn't wake up fuming.

I eventually relax and as I bring my forelimbs to my sides I notice how curled up he lay, and it surprised me for it differed from his usual stiff and stout sleeping manners, this posture seemingly could be more associated with.....

My amusement comes to a halt realizing how I myself lay in mirroring image, like a feline keeping warm on a winter night.

Sharing the bed like each side of a torn paper, never once did skin meet skin, neither did garments overlap, but warm breaths mingled above tangled locks of ink black and coffee.

Finally I could no longer stay put but before I could make a move to escape his eyes open without the tiredness of sleep to lock on mine.

His brows arch at the expense of my bewilderment.

"What..what are you doing?" I shutter failing at sounding cool.

Not bothering to immediately answer he rolls off gracefully freeing my hair at last.

"It was either me or Zeus." Was all he offers as explanation.

"What do you mean you or Zeus?" I ask in utter shock. "You mean like him here instead of you??"

Content with my sincere disgust towards his brother, Hades slides off heading towards his closet, ruffling hair messier.

"You are in no position to ask questions." With hints of controlled anger he declares and the door shuts close.

What happened to the cat Hades?

I know I have a lot of explanation to give for barging into your territory but could you not have answered my one question of why exactly I owed the pleasure of waking up to a such a grumpy god? Huh?

But nooo, you just had to get angry for reasons unknown and stride into your magical closet having possibly palm sized fairies dressing you up!

And why was I not taken home like before? Was there something more to this.

I take out my frustration on the innocent pillow and somehow get myself to bounce off the edge. But luckily, I levitate inches off the cold floor.

An invisible force holds me up raising my body to the level of the bed and across to it Hades formally dressed in black.

A raven cape with copper feathers cascading the shoulders fell perfectly over an overall dark tunic suit with gold embroidery in asthetic patterns paired with crocade shoes of the same.

In confusion I watch him swipe his index finger left to right and the next moment I begin to scream as my body all on its own moves heading straight for the walls.

"I will answer all your questions." I bargain seeing how I showed no indication of slowing down. " Please don't kill meeeee!!"

But the impact never came only momentarily darkness as I phased through the wa like a ghost into a massive bathroom.

That devil!

I will have my revenge I swore while mildly taking in the extravagant designs with matching units of pristine white.

And soon vengeance becomes second best in the propriety list as my gaze falls on the bathtub and brand new toothpaste and brush.

I draw closer to the tub filled to the brim with warm water scented of jasmines.

My reflection momentarily breaks my joy when upon noticing the set of panda eyes and how one side of my face was rosier than the other from the way I slept. To compliment such beautiful features my hair "elegantly " stuck out in all directions, grant enough to give Einstein a run for his money

Despite myself I laugh till my cheeks stain from tears and humming a soft tune I peel off my clothes that reeked.

Submerging my face I laid relishing the warmth.

It' been a while since I broke down like that and here I was crediting myself for attaining zen in self control forgetting everything when daybreaks.

And now all I feel is embarrassment and and fear, fear that if I were to explain it would all seem silly, something be lightly taken, the fear of no one ever understanding.

Never have I let anyone know other than Nana, but I knew everyone close to me knew how something wasn't right by the worried glances my parents stole the mornings I pretended to wake up early, by the questions of concern of friends noticing how the bags under my eyes never faded or my love for coffee deep into the night.

Izumi was the one who persisted the most in the matter once even threatening to take to the hospital if I didn't come clean but it failed since cried my way out.

During childhood there were no monsters under my bed that I was afraid of, only...me.

Water overflows the borders as I tenderly step out reaching for the towel I never noticed before.

Looking around I see a stack of clothes on the other end and I wonder to myself, how many people did the architect think would bath together, twenty?

I stride over butt-naked feeling suddenly conscious of my nakedness, since there was no door in sight and walls were the likely transport portal.

I grab onto the clothes in a hurry and adorn them in lightening speed.

Stupid Architect!!!

Keeping an eye around I brush admiring how even a bath failed to throw liveliness on my pale face.

I knew I should have gone for the classics. And thrown myself to the bed crying with sobs that sounded like church bells till some kind soul comforts my tormented one, instead I just had to elope, jump into a well, immgrate to another world without a visa and wipe snout all over my childhood crush' shoulder.

Those disney princesses sure know there thing.

Finishing up I came to a stand still infront of the portion of the wall I apparently ghosted through not knowing what to do. For a while I stare at the smooth walls waiting for it develop a hole with a signboard, enter, but it never did.

I felt across the whole westside but it was only...wall, but then as I stepped back cross-armed in contemplation the floor disintegrated and I wail as I fall through.

I was still screaming when I landed without a hiss of pain on a familiar chariot and realizing I was finally safe I shut my mouth glaring up at the evil mastermind casually watching me fume.

Unfazed, he does not offer a word and only stares and I involuntarily pout unable to understand the reason for his anger and turn away taking seat farthest away from him.

As the chariot moves, I steal glances getting nearly caught twice. Occupied in my thoughts I only realise that we were not travelling on the route home only when the scenery was contrastingly different.

"Where are we going?"

"So you have finally decided to speak to me." Hades muse turning back and I let the fact the he was the one giving me the silent treatment slide in curiosity of our destination.

"Mmmm. Where are you taking me??"

My interest in the matter was not hidden and hiding away a smile he turns to the reins "Olympus."

"Aa?"

"Olympus. The Olympus?" I inquire not believing my ears and as he nods my mouth falls open while his shoulder slightly shakes in chuckles.

Olympus, the kingdom of Zeus, the land of the Gods????

I have enough problems already!
