When is writing not fun? When it feels like work. If you ever feel like working on your story is an onerous chore, take a break and go for a walk or play some video games. When you feel excited about your story again, then tackle it with enthusiasm!
When the words flow from your fingertips and time whizzes past like unnoticed birds, you are in The Zone. There's nothing else like it! Don't worry about "good" and "bad" while you are in The Zone. These are subjective terms that don't apply to first drafts. (More on first drafts later.) All there is, in that moment, is your vision, and your story. All you should worry about when you are in The Zone is finishing.
Certain genres may be popular right now, and you might feel inclined to write that vampire story because ooooh who doesn't love a good vampire story? (Trust me, plenty of people don't care for vampires. Like me for instance. Yeah yeah, I know, I'm weird. Remember Chapter 1? You can't please everyone.) Write in the genre YOU enjoy. Write characters that you want to hang out with, or want to read about. Write things that interest YOU.
Stephen King, the author that practically every writer wants to be, does this. He dreams up the weirdest plots, and he doesn't sit around agonizing whether people will like it or not. He just writes it, because his whacked out nightmare compels him to, and he has to stay true to his vision. He writes what he enjoys, and this shows in his work. I personally don't care for any of it (it's so creepy!), but millions of people do. Mr. King doesn't give a crap about little ol' me, and it's not because he's famous now. It's because he's never given a crap about the personal preferences of random people. Remember, you can't please everyone.

Joy is contagious, and your enthusiasm will spread through your work. When the right audience reads it, they'll pick up on that, and that's when you've earned a fan. Not everyone will be a fan, and that's okay. Not everyone likes what you like. I like tapioca pudding, and some people are going to think I'm insane and say it's like eating boogers. All I can do is nod, smile, and keep on shoveling that pudding into my mouth. Because mmmMMMMmmmm. :)

And everything else that's included. It follows the main characters, as they climb to the top of their society. And lose their humanity in the process to become something beyond human. It's settled in the same universe as Until death?. It can be seen as a prequel. But I plan for it to be a stand alone book. Nobody has to read Until death? in order to enjoy Transcendence?. There will be cool chapters, sad chapters, romantic chapters and funny chapters. Of course there will be boring chapters too. I believe that some explanation is necessary in every novel. Though I hope that there will be more funny chapters. How a chapter turns out always depends on my mood.

Richard Adams is something of a talented alchemist. One of the few magical professions that have anything to do with some kind of science. Everything was going swimmingly, until the 'cold night' incident happened. With it being determined as his fault, that such a thing happened. He was promptly exiled until he could return to Eclipse with a new 'discovery' for his field. What he didn't expect; was that he'd run into a strange humanoid monster that could seemingly heal any life threatening wound in a matter of seconds. Certainly this would be what he needs to become a master alchemist. The first step on a multi series journey. Please excuse the earliest chapters and their poor grammer. Ebony Chitin follows Richard Adams, and Mimi on their Journey to understand each other and the world around them. Due the the exploratory nature of such a claim, it will cover many different topics. This was my first attempt at actually writing a story, and because of that I will not edit it. I'd suggest reading the second part as it comes out as most of the things within this book will be recapped. Being summoned into Abyss, Lucien Santosa was full of despair. This world was filled with 2nd class beings where he was only level 0 and couldn’t level up. Taking on endless ‘Paths’ was the only way for him to survive, being wanted by a dark organization. Through uncountable sufferings and tortures, he finally managed to come back to Earth. The system was gone and everything was like a dream to him. However, before Lucien could live a peaceful life, the river of fate began to do its job. “What!? Many high school kids are being summoned to another world?” “Wuxia cultivators started to appear out of nowhere around China!?” “Woah! This time it's the magicians in the western countries!?” Right when he was about to ask what’s wrong with Earth- [Congratulations! Your world, Earth, has connected to Legas! The World Close to Entropy
At year 3021, Akino Kylei, a detective, and Alexa, her adopted daughter, got caught in a huge explosion of unknown origin. The next thing they knew was they woke up in a huge room full of empty ‘seed pods’ looking structures. Much to their surprise, their bodies have turned into something else and the world they knew became deserted ruins covered in alien flora and fauna, with no single human shadow to be found. Investigating further, the detective and her daughter discovered that one million years have passed since the explosion they got caught with, the whole world has turned into a highly radioactive environment, and a strange stationary ‘void’ appeared below the north star Polaris. The two accidentally went into the void, finding themselves in a strange world, and as they begin surveying that world, they saved a demi-wolf named Lyka from some attacking 'knights'. Lyka thanked the two otherworldy humans by going in a pact between them, and so the three embarks on their journey. Lyka guides Akino and Alexa in her world called 'Elyn', becoming adventurers, and resolving many conflicts. They travelled in that world and experiences many things, all the while slowly discovering some vague information about the so-called Institution, a secretive organization from Akino and Alexa's world, and has left considerable amount of evidences of their existence in Elyn, leading to more questions as to what really happened on that day the Earth was wiped-out.

A mysterious organisation is acquiring people. Why do they want them? Who are they? Is there any connection to the questions asked by astrophysics? Where do wrestling stars actually come from? Is cosplay just an excuse? What is the plural of elf? If you are short and bearded do you have to enjoy caves? At least one of these questions will eventually be answered. Any resemblance to a RPG is purely coincidental. No squirrels were harmed in the first few chapters of this story.

Their feelings are conflicting as the two need to sort this out.
