《Ana Petrova |TVD|KM|》𝓘'𝓶 𝓪 𝓶𝓮𝓼𝓼

Groggily waking up on damp flooring, Ana grunted softly. The charcoal-haired vampire didn't dare open her eyes, afraid that it wasn't a dream, and that she really had been kidnapped. However, the feeling of someone's foot jabbing her side forced her to wake up sooner than she'd hoped.
"Ana, right?" A gravelly voice chuckled, and Ana lifted her head from the floor to see a guy with a shaved head and dark eyes. He looked murderous, giving Ana the idea that this was a werewolf.
Mustering every fibre of strength left in her body, Ana pushed her fragile body from the ground, just enough so she could sit against the wall. "Depends. Who's asking?"
"A member of Jules' pack." The guy mused, crouching down so he was eye-level with Ana, and smirking at how docile the vampire was. "Wow, that sure was a high dosage Jules gave you."
"Jules is involved in this? Christ, how many times can a girl get kidnapped in a week? I just want some peace! Is it too much to ask!" Ana exclaimed, more so to herself, brushing her dark hair away from her face and giving the werewolf an unimpressed look.
However, upon looking up, Ana found the cellar she was being held in as quite familiar. Almost too familiar. "Hold on a minute, I know where we are..."
"The Boarding House Cellar?" The guy finished, his eyebrows quirked. "Well, we weren't going to travel miles back to our campsite when we could just deal with you here."
"Deal with me here...? Okay, what the hell is going on? Where's Damon?" Ana demanded, trying to pull herself up, but yelping when the guy shot three wooden bullets towards her, two of them missing but one puncturing her side.
Ana let out a rising grunt as she dug her fingers into her skin, latching onto the small bullet lodged into side and ripping it out on the silent count of three. Those damn bullets.

Chuckling once more, the guy got up from the floor and leaned against the hard stone wall, his arms folded. "You don't need to worry about Damon, the others are dealing with him upstairs. What you have to worry about is what we plan to do with you, once we get the moonstone."
Making an ERR error noise, Ana smirked "Bad luck, you got the wrong Petrova. I'm not the one used in the sacrifice. Well, if you don't need me, you should probably just-"
"We aren't using you for that stupid sacrifice, Ana, oh no." The guy shook his head, his shadowed eyes burning into Ana's petite figure. "Tell me about your father. Your biological one, I mean."
"That's, uh, none of your business." Ana growled defensively, her guard going up once she realised what the guy was doing. He was baiting her, and if he could bait Ana with information about her biological father, it probably meant he knew far more about her than he was letting on.
Smirking with maliciousness etched around his eyes, the werewolf uttered "Oh, I think it's our business, all right. You see, Ana Petrova, your father was a werewolf."
"Yeah, right, and I'm really just a fairy." Ana scoffed, but she felt butterflies in the pit of her stomach when the guy's expression didn't shift.
Continuing, the guy added "It's true. You were a bastard child, right? And your father just happened to be one of our great, great, great ancestors."
"That's impossible." Ana spat in denial, although more so to herself in reassurance. "M-My mother lived in Bulgaria. Your line of descent is from Mystic Falls, not Bulgaria."
"Well, what if I told you that some of our ancestors left Mystic Falls for a while after yet another vampire takeover?" The guy said, an eyebrow quirked as he watched Ana Petrova crumble on the floor, in utter confusion and panic.

Looking up, eyes glistening with unkempt tears, Ana asked "Well, why am I not a werewolf then?"
"Because your werewolf side is made dormant by nature. Once the Sun and the Moon curse is broke, like Klaus, you'll also be a hybrid, with your own bloodline." The guy explained. "And that'll automatically make you the Alpha to our pack, and, well, we can't have that."
"Wait, wait-" Ana went to move to dodge the werewolf's attack, but her breath hitched in her throat when the guy paused, suddenly clutching his side.
His face contorted in agony, the werewolf collapsed to the ground to reveal an amused Elijah behind him, though Elijah's expression immediately dropped when he saw Ana in tears on the ground.
"Ana? Are you alright, dear?" Elijah fretted, stepping forward and crouching in front of the youngest Petrova.
Ana could only nod, her face a pale shade of white and her eyes wide, painstricken. "Yes. Yes, I'm fine, Elijah. Don't worry about me, it's... it's nothing."
Not wanting to push any further, Elijah merely nodded, offering Ana a hand to get up and supporting her as she left the Salvatore Cellar. For the whole journey upstairs Ana didn't utter a word, her mind too busy with thoughts to process a conversation with Elijah too.
So she was really a hybrid?

"There's my favourite Petrova." Damon hummed, led against the sofa with a glass of bourbon in his hand. There was still spots of blood on his shirt, but all of his wounds had healed by now, thanks to the super-healing of being a vampire.
Collapsing on the seat beside Damon, Ana frowned "Ugh, don't. I have had it up to here with werewolves thinking they own this town."
"Did something happen when you were in the cellar?" Damon asked, his forehead creased. "The werewolf didn't, uh, bite you, did he?"
"No, no, nothing like that. Just playing mind games with me, that's all." Ana dismissed, laying her head on Damon's chest and heaving a sigh. She loved the quaint town of Mystic Falls, but between Klaus coming back, Elijah having secret motives and now werewolves running round trying to behead vampires, Ana was beginning to feel tired of the fast-paced life of a Mystic Falls resident.
Humming to himself once more, Damon turned to Ana with a sparkle in his eye. "Honey, I think you need some time away." Ana rolled her eyes momentarily at the stupid nickname, before waving a hand for Damon to continue. "How about I call up Stefan tonight and see if you could stay at the Lakehouse for a while? I'm sure Elena will be glad to see you."
"You're such a sweetheart." Ana cooed, smiling warmly at her boyfriend and sitting up slightly. "I should probably go pack a bag. You know... I might actually miss you, Salvatore."
Damon scoffed, giving Ana one last peck on the lips before adding "Of course you'll miss me. But maybe not being in the centre of the drama might be the best thing for you at the moment. Not having you here might give me a kick in the backside to get these werewolves gone sooner."
"True, true. Well, I'll be down in a few minutes with my bags, and don't worry about driving me, I might just use my speed. I've been needing some fresh air anyway." Ana explained, before rushing up the steps, ready to spend the weekend at the Lakehouse without any drama following behind her.
Ha, if only she knew.
