Athenodora and Sulpicia volturi decided that if their husbands or ex husbands no longer wanted them, then it was time that they went out and explored the new world. They had been in the castle for thousands of years, it was time they got to explore the world for what it was now.
It was time that they looked for their own mates so that they could have their own happiness just like their exs.
Shortly after her graduation she had been sat around with all three of her mates when frantic knocks began to sound from the door. She frowned slightly and stood up and opened the door gently to find a shaking and crying Sabrina, the girl instantly threw herself into her friends arms.
Rose frowned slightly as she guided her into the living room and sat with her as the kings watched her hush her the girl quietly asking what was wrong.
"Sabrina what's wrong" she whispered softly
"Edward told me" she mumbled
"Oh..is that why your crying" rose whispered softly
"I don't know how to love a vampire" she mumbled
Rose smiled softly "neither did I" she whispered softly
"Wait what..you love a vampire" Sabrina mumbled looking up at her only now noticing the three men in the corner
"Ignore those three" she smiled "but yes I know what loving a vampire feels like infact my vampires are the kings of this world" she chuckled softly
"How do you do it" Sabrina whispered
"It's not without difficulty, the fights that can happen can be so much worse with your mate, when you fight with them it feels like a hole is being ripped into your heart, but on the days when you don't fight with your mate the days are the most perfect days imaginable, it can be hard but it's worth it, it's so very worth it Sabrina" she whispered softly
Sabrina looked at her for a second before she smiled and hugged her quickly "you truly know how to talk to someone"
She smiled "that I do, now go and be with Edward" she whispered
Sabrina nodded before she rushed out.
The three kings looked at her and smiled
"You are perfect" caius whispered
She looked at him for a second before she rushed over to him and wrapped her arms awoken him and held him tightly.
Caius froze for a second before he wrapped his arms around her gently.
"I'm so sick of being mad about this, I can't do it anymore, I just want to go back to how it was" she whispered
"It can darling" Aro whispered
"I forgive you. Both of you" she mumbled "trust may not come so quickly but I forgive you"

Aro and caius looked at her before she was instantly in their arms being kissed and hugged tightly. She sighed softly and leaned against them both.
Forgiveness was easy, trust not so much.
Two days later she was packing her bags, she has agreed to go to Italy once she graduated and that was what she was going to do.
She hummed a little and smiled as she watched Marcus pack some of the underwear she hadn't worn yet, she rose her eyebrow slightly "you know if you wanted to see my underwear all you had to do was ask" she giggled
Marcus smirked as he looked at her "is that an offer" he whispered as he slowly walked towards her
She swatted his arm gently "not while your brothers are downstairs" she chuckled
"They'd love to join" he mumbled
She rolled her eyes "shut up" she whispered
She smiled a little as two arms wrapped around her gently "hello Aro" she whispered
"How did you know it was me" he mumbled
"You all smell different" she whispered
"Do we" he whispered
She nodded a little "Marcus smells like old books and rain, you smell like grass and mint and caius smells like smoke and fresh linen" she whispered "I love how you all smell" she smiled as she turned and kissed his cheek gently before she skipped down the stairs.
She walked over to Charlie who stood with a frown on his face "don't worry dad I'm only going for the summer for now" she smiled softly
"I know you are, I can't help but be sad your my daughter" he mumbled
She smiled a little and kissed his cheek "it'll be okay dad we'll talk every day and I'll even bring you back a present"
"You better" he smiled as he hugged his daughter as the kings walked down the stairs each of them carrying a bag of hers
"Let's go darling we have someone we'd like you to meet" Caius mumbled as he walked over to her
She nodded a little as she grabbed his hand, Heidi would be staying in forks with her mate but felix and Dimitri would returning to volterra with them.
She hugged both Heidi and Charlie one last time before she walked out to the car, this time she got into the passenger seat as Aro began to drive.
She hummed a little and grabbed aros hand gently as he drove, it had taken a lot of getting used to be Aro had managed always touch her and not be sucked into her memories, instead all he heard were her thoughts though if he wanted he would see her thoughts.
He kissed her hand gently "of course you'll see your dad again, you are not our prisoner" he mumbled softly

She nodded "I know" she whispered softly as she turned to look out the window
She frowned a little when they pulled into the cullens drive way "not that I'm not happy to see my best friend but why are we here"
"Our friend Eleazar is here, he can see what type of gift you could have when you turn" caius mumbled
She nodded and stepped out of the car and was immediately pulled into a hug by Sabrina "hey" she smiled
"I'm going to miss you while your in Italy" Sabrina mumbled
"I'll miss you too but I'll be one phone call away" she smiled
Sabrina nodded a little and guided her inside where she was pulled into a hug by Carlisle making her chuckle loudly "jeez I'm not dying you know, I'll be back soon" she smiled
"I know but I'll miss you" he mumbled
"And i you carlisle" she whispered
She smiled and walked past carlisle and hummed as three blondes, a brunette and a man stood in the corner of the room
"Roselia these are our cousin the denalis" Carlisle smiled "Tanya, Kate, Irina, Carmen and.."
"Eli" she whispered staring at the man in shock
Eleazar froze the moment he laid eyes on the girl, it had been a very long time since he saw those eyes, the eyes that belonged to a man that had been his best friend. Malcom Monroe had known Eleazar since Malcom was a teenager and ultimately Eleazar was named Roselias god father when she had been born, just how he had been her fathers best man at his wedding to her mother.
Both of them stood staring at each confusing everyone on the room as they frowned "what is happening" Caius whispered
"I can't make sense of their bond" Marcus mumbled
Slowly the two began to walk to each other until they met in the middle and instantly hugged each other
Eleazar gently grabbed her face "how" he mumbled "when you weren't at the funeral I figured they had not found your body" he whispered
She shook her head "I was the only survivor, I watched them die uncle eli" she whispered
"Oh sweet girl" he whispered as he pulled her back to him
"Can someone explain" Dimitri mumbled
Eleazar looked up "she's my god daughter, I had known her father for many years, I was his best man at their wedding and when she was born I was named her godfather" he mumbled as he looked down at the girl he had thought died "when I was told of the crash nobody said anything about Malcolm's daughter I thought she was dead too" he whispered
Everyone nodded as the girl slowly pulled away from her god father and smiled a little "at least now I know why you always look the same" she whispered
"You still look like your father" he smiled
She chuckled softly and was instantly cradled into Marcus' arms making her roll her eyes slightly
"Can you tell us her gift" Caius mumbled
Eleazar nodded a little before he looked down at the girl and let his power wash over her and frowned before he gasped "impossible" he muttered at exactly the same time as Edward
"What is it" Marcus frowned
"The legends" Eleazar mumbled
"What legend" Aro frowned
"The legend of the most powerful vampire to ever roam this earth" Eleazar mumbled "she is the most powerful human on this earth and none of us even knew, a woman with the gifts of both life and death" he whispered making all the vampires in the room snap their heads to her making her frown
"Her future seeing is a gift of life, I can see it swirling around her, both life and death coexisting inside of her, not fighting just spinning, she can and will bring life but she can so easily take it away. The immortal queen" Eleazar whispered
Her mates looked down at her and held her tighter "what does this legend say" she whispered
Aro looked at his mate with slightly fear in his eyes but also full of pride "long ago there had been a vampire could predict every single outcome in life, he had predicted many timeless to her all, he has told of us many people but one person stood out the most. A woman who would have so much power that she could kill every single human or supernatural creature in the world and then simply just bring them back" Aro whispered
"he had predicted that she would rule along side us, the immortal queen, we never thought she'd be our mate" Caius mumbled
"The queen who can gift life and then so easily rid the world of it" Marcus mumbled
She looked at her mates and frowned "I..is this a bad thing" she mumbled
"No..you are and will be absolutely amazing" Caius whispered
"She'll be able to see death, all of the people you have killed if she wishes to, but she'll definitely be able to see the mill you are most ashamed and guilty of. It's written in the legends" Eleazar whispered
As they stood there staring at the new queen they realised just how powerful this sweet human would be when she turns, and jush how bad it would be to get on her bad side.
Roselia Monroe Swan was Death but she was also life.

This is a side-adventure I've written during the pandemic, as I've been having a lot of trouble getting into the correct head-space for writing my main series (The Last Science). Expect some rougher bits. Schedule is sporadic, but this will be a shorter one (closer to Snipe or Epilogue in length). I hope you enjoy it!
