《》Chapter 36

After waking up in Sam's arms i needed to pee super badly, but i was so comfortable, i had an internal battle and decided that i would have to go (lol i know right 'genius') so i slipped out of his Armes and went into the bathroom. The bathroom was black tiled with red drapes and decor. Very vampire male bathroom ever so stariotipical, once i was done i decided that whils i was here i might aswell have a shower figuring that he wouldn't mind, i got into the shower washing of the blood and grime from my two fights with water then went on my search for soap, realising that there was only his shampoo so i used that cleaning myself, lathering my long hair. Once i was done i stole one of his towels to wrap around my body. Once i stepped out Sam was sitting on his bed looking amused.
"What?"
"You smell like me" he laughed i blush like crazy and wit on the bed next to him resting my head on his shoulder, i was glad he was here because with light him or Ross i would have gone crazy long ago. "You'll need some clothes" he said whilst chuckling, so he chucked me a pair of jeans that were female i look at him comfused "the boys bought me them, i wor them all day wondering why they were so uncomfortable the a,ex bursted out laughing and said they were girls ment for the survent" he explained blushing, i giggled and then he chucked me a pair of MY NICKERS but befor i could even ask his explanation came in a sing,e word that explained everything "Alex" and to finish the look he through me a top of his with a band i never heard n the back "sorry Alex didn't provide me a bra on my head aswell" we both giggle i slap his arm
"Thank you, you perv" i then walked into his bathroom once more and got dressed, once i came out he smiled
"I'm so sorry but I'm on duty today so i can't hang with you today but i will find you once my shift is over" he smiled apologetically
"It's ok i was planing on seeing Chris today anyway" he walked up to me hugging me then kissing my forehead and went into the bathroom.
I walked to the study expecting Chris to be their and bugger me dead he was. He looked up at me from the book he was reading, and placed it down realising my nervous state.
"What has happened? Is something wrong?" he asked.
"I'm afraid that something might be" i answered.

Chris took a seat at a small table, he indicated for me to sit in front of him.
"What is the matter?" he asked, wasting no time.
So i told him everything well leaving out the small deatails of my run in with whoever possessed Alex
"What aren't you telling me Darcy?"
"Ugh promise me you won't tell anyone"
"I promise Darcy pleas tell me you are making me nervous"
"Apparently there is something out their worse then Sebastian and he is my second mate"
"Hmm well that's interesting I'll research if the ashen angle legend says anything about another man"
"Chris what do you mean i was like you, you said that the other day"
"Oh i meant that you can sense that something was going to happen i didn't realise the severity of it all"
"Why did Daisy look like she was alive?"
Alright, Darcy, I must request that you remain serene, because this is going to sound much worse than it actually is" Chris explained.
"What is wrong with me?" I asked, panicked somewhat.
He quickly shook his head "Nothing is wrong with you, I promise. The power that you are possibly showing signs of is just a rare gift that is not commonly associated with regular vampires"
Regular vampires?
"I'm sorry, but I am lost" I said.
"Necromancy is a power that involves the dead. With it you have the ability to communicate with the dead and it can sometimes even further into something much more. However, it is considered a dark power, because of those it originally started with" he explained.
He walked over to a large bookshelf and pulled out a small book, resembling a diary and a larger book "We document our kind and those that can threaten our existence. We also keep track of different powers, because at one point, normal powers such as telepathy and empathy were a strange new wonder to all of us" he explained, taking a seat once more "Necromancy is one of those abilities that tends to leave us wondering what all it holds and could amount to"
I sat back as he handed me a book.
"This is a book, almost a history of our kind. I had planned on letting you read it once you had a chance to adjust better, but considering what you may be going through, I believe there is no better time than the present"
I looked down at the book, wondering what all it held.
"Now this is a diary that I created. No one else in the house has read it, because though there are threats, they are not as severe as they once more" he said, handing me the diary.

I looked at it, opening the cover "What is is that word?"
"That is Dëcrãvo' vampire" he spoke.
"And what exactly does that mean?" I asked.
He looked at me "It means bringer of darkness"
"What?" I asked, more confused than assured.
He pointed to a picture on one of the pages, a drawling he had made "They are an ancient form of vampires who were said to be the original form of vampires, there were two types, the ones that have shorter tallens, have up to two powers they are weaker, and have bad hearing and the other type the Dëcrãvo' vampires are the opposite they can have up to 4 powers and they can't drink human blood only other night creatures However, once they realized that their own line would be destroyed by the desmans as well, they went against everyone and created their own rules.
"But what kind of vampire kills other vampires?" I asked.
"The kind that is pure evil" he answered.
I pulled the book closer to me "What does this have to do with necromancy?"
"Well, you see, so far in history, necromancy has only been seen in them. Once they rebelled against their creators, their own powers evolved and instead of one or two, each one of them has three powers. They may be more powerful, but they shrank in size" he continued.
"How did that happen?" I asked.
"They started burning in the sunlight and would soon become the stereotype that the world now has for vampires. The things you thought you knew about vampires are all because of them, otherwise humans would continue to have little knowledge that vampires were even a concept" he explained, trying to make it as easy for me to understand as he could.
"Does that put me in danger, because of the necromancy" I asked.
He rested his head against his hand "It is difficult to say, because at this time we cannot for certain say you possess this power. Also, not many vampires now know of the Dëcrãvo' vampire. Those that do, they are aware of the danger, but we know you are the standard vampire, so we know you are not here to harm us"
I nodded "What should I do?"
"I advise you to keep this a secret, just until you have some control over it" he suggested. "If you must tell someone about it, you need to be sure that you can fully trust them"
I nodded once more "So I am not going mad?"
He stood up, placing his hand on the table "no you are normal"
I stood up and leaned against the chair "Thank you for speaking to me, it helps with whatever this may be"
He nodded "If you need to speak about anything else, just know that I am here to help, in any way that I can"
"Thank you, Chris" I said, feeling a little better.
"I suggest you relax in some way. Showing signs of a new power can be quite exhausting and the best thing to do is rest" he said, walking towards the door and opening it.
"I will, thank you" I said
. I walked back out to the hallway, making my way back to my bedroom.
What would I say to Samuel or Ross. Perhaps I can imply that it could be a new power, without speaking of the extremes that it could be.
I looked down at the diary, wondering why I was the only one else that would be reading it.
Vampires that drink from other vampires seems like something that all vampires should know of.
What would this power mean for me?
I saw that Samuel was standing by his window, anxiously waiting for my arrival.
I carefully slipped the diary under my clothes folded on the floor, knowing that Chris only wanted me to read it.
"I've returned" I spoke, getting his attention.
He quickly turned around, rushing to me "What did he say? Are you alright?"
I nodded "It just might be signs of a new power, not entirely sure. He said that I should get some rest"
He looked down at me "I feel like you're not telling me something"
I looked down "I'm just a bit shaken up. That is all"
He nodded and wrapped his arms around me, hugging me tightly "The last time that I heard you scream like that you were being attacked by daisy or Sebastian"
I closed my eyes, forgetting that I had screamed when I had been in that situation"I'm sorry that I worried you"
"I just care very much for you and I can't stand you enduring any more tragedy than you have already come across" he whispered.
"I am going to be okay, do not worry too much" I requested.
"I will try, but I cannot guarantee it" he said.
I pulled away and sat down on my bed "Would you stay with me awhile more. I'm just a little frightened about being alone again"
He smiled warmly at me "Of course"
He took a seat beside me and we laid down on the bed.
All I wanted was to tell Samuel everything, but I was following Chris's request and once this was better controlled then maybe he can know.
Until then, I hate keeping secrets from not only him, but everyone that cared for me.
