9 O'clock in the morning, a girl was seen to be moving to and fro near the doctor's cabin. She was very anxious about the test report.

Dr Reena: Hi, Good morning, please be seated.

Ishanvi: Thank u dr, report ready hai kya?

Dr Reena: Ha, see, u need to be very strong now, aab main jo bolne wali Hoon woh aapke liye bohot tough hoga but apko calm rehna hoga. Taking a deep breath, she continued, "You are diagnosed with breast cancer and I'm sorry to inform you that it's your final stage".

Ishanvi : Aur main jo pregnant hu, uska kya, agar main survive nahi kar paungi to mera baby ka kya hoga?

Dr Reena: Nhi agar, hum pre delivery karwayenge, to usko kuch nhi hoga. Aur agar apka proper treatment hoga to shayad aap kuch aur months survive kar payenge aur apka baby bhi safe rahega.

A couple of conversations later, Ishanvi left the place. A confident, bubbly girl just received a devastating cancer diagnosis! 26 year old pregnant Ishanvi suddenly was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her whole world got crushed by a single news, her dreams shattered within a second.

She was completely broken when she got the news. It's not something any person would want, but life can be taken away from you by cancer at any age and you really can't help it. Basically, in the last few months, she was indeed facing some complications but she ignored it. When Dr.Reena, her friend's doctor advised her to take a test, she unwillingly did it and rest we know.

Ishanvi ,while roaming on the road, stopped near a temple: Kyu bhagwaan, bachpan mein maa- baap ko aapne mujhse chin lia, aur aab jab khud ek maa hone ka ehsaas maisus karna suru kia, wo bhi aap mujse le rahe ho. Aur mera Shiva, wo kitna khush tha, uska kya hoga.

Flashback scene

Ishanvi, wearing a cute t-shirt, with "to-be mother" written on it, came to Shiva and slowly removed the coat over the t- shirt.

Shiva: With teary eyed face, he asked, "Kya, main sach mein papa banne wala hoon?" Ishanvi nodded positively and for Shiva, his happiness knew no bounds. He smiled through his tears and hugged her tightly. Then he lifted her and twirled her. At that very moment, he considered himself as the luckiest guy of the world. Then he exclaimed, "Thank you Ishanvi meri zindagi ki sabse bari khush khabri dene ke liye, thank you so much, I love u". Kissing on her forehead and cheeks, he said, "Dekh lena hum duniya ke sabse best parents banenge, best papa to main banunga hi, aur haa, hamara baby to mere team mein hi rahega. He then smirked and said in amusement, "Hum ek sath milke tumhe bohot pareshaan karenge".

Ishanvi : "Achha ji, kaun kisko pareshaan karega wo to waqt hi baatayega, aur Mr Pandya, humara baby to mere team mein hi rahega". Like this, after a funny argument session, they both started laughing and then hugged each other while dreaming of a beautiful future.

Flashback scene ends.

Ishanvi : "Humara kitna sapna tha aapne future lekar, but sab adhura reh gaya", then with a little hopeful face, she said "par atleast meri baby ko world ka best father to milega "

Shiva's pov

Aaj valentine's day hai, Shiva Pandya jo ye sab chiz se dur bhagta tha, aaj wahi plan kar raha hai, kitna badal gaya hu Ishanvi ke sath rishte mein jodne ke baad, sach kahu to ye baadlao mujhe bohot pasand hai, baas Somnath sab aise hi acha rakhna, main, mera Ishanvi or humara aane wala baby. Aaj ye surprise date dekkar Ishanvi pura chauk jayegi, haar saal to wohi mujhe surprise deti hai, isbar meri bari, meri zindagi ko itna pyara jo banayi usne. Baas clinic se ekbar ghar aa jaye, but aaj clinic mein achanak kyu gayi?, regular check up ka bhi to date nhi hai, aate hi puchna hoga. Tabhiyaat to thik hai na uski? Thori weak to lagti hai aajkal, meri to baat hi nhi manti, is waqt agar apne tabhiyaat thik nhi rakhegi to kaise chalega. Baas, ane to ek bar. Surprise ke sath sath uski class bhi lunga.

Raavi : Kuch bhi mazaak karti hai tu, shaadi to mujhe karni hi nhi hai aur main to Adopt kar lungi, waise bhi kitna orphan bachha hai jo ek ghar ke lie, mummy papa ke liye taraste hai, unka humdard banungi. Mera bhi to papa nhi hai, main bhi unka dard samajhti hoon.

Priya : Ye to bohot achhi baat boli tune, par dekh kismat mein kya likha hota hai, ye humein kya pata!

Raavi : Bahut kismat kismat kar liya, aab agar class nhi jayenge, to wo khadoos principal salary kaat legi , aur sach mein hi kismat futegi. Baas, bohot hogaya gappe marna, chal aab.

Note : Ishanvi is the 3rd lead after Shivi. So, she will also have scenes. She is a positive character. And Don't worry, there will be no cringe love triangle. Shivi scenes will be there in the upcoming chapters.
