It's sunday night, the night we all leave to Florida.
"You guys ready?" Corey yelled out
"YEAAAHHH!" Everyone cheered
"It's about to be 9pm. Don't we board at 10pm???" I asked Sam
"Oh shit! Let's go now! It's an hour to get to the airport! AGH! SOMEONE ORDER A UBER!!" He said as he panicked
"I'm on it"!!! Y/N said as she got her phone out of her purse
"Colby let's get all the luggage outside so when the uber comes we don't have to be coming inside constantly" Jake said as i nodded
Carrying everyone's belongings outside while half of us panicked cause we might miss our flight

We got to the airport literally at 10pm, the time we were suppose to be boarding.
"I'll ask if our flight is still here" Jake said as Sam went to go print out plane tickets
Jake came back with a huge smile on his face
"Doesn't leave until 10:40pm...." He said
"AGGGHHH!" We all said
"We were so worried about missing the plane. But atleast we're here! Waiting for 20-30 min isn't bad" Tara said as we all agreed

"C'mon Colby, we have to board now" I said as i shook him a bit so he can wake up
"Mmmhm" He said as he stretched, grabbed his luggage and held my hand as we made our way to board the plane

It's a mix of elements from survival horror, zombie apocalypses, ancient mythologies, supernatural stories, and harem anime. It contains semi-descriptive sex scenes (traditional and non-traditional), descriptions of gore, profanity, and adult situations, so I recommend it for mature and open-minded audiences only.

Others took the opportunity to gain unimaginable power and prestige as a new age began. Chaos reigned as per the prophecies foretold in the past. Those who did not believe knew the signs were actual; these prophecies were no longer popular folk tales. Such titles, the Breaking, the Rapture, the Malhama, and many others, came at a high cost. After all, every city or densely populated area had been hit with natural disasters that encompassed tsunamis, Earthquakes, Firestorms, Typhoons, and hurricanes. Power, food, infrastructure. All of it was gone and what came after was worse as humans were no longer top of the food chain. Yet the imminent destruction of the 21st century re-opened a veil that had kept the world safe from hidden dangers, or maybe it was the other way around. Time will tell. In our story, the Protagonist rises from the ashes of the apocalypse. A desert child soldier nurtured by tragedy and death looking for an escape to fill the void in his heart. By chance, in his hand, he held a blade with immense possibilities. The 'gods' might actually be incompetent, uncaring, downright malicious, or all three. His power is constantly three steps behind those who chose the quick path to power. There's also the antisocial tendencies he's brought with him from earth. Can he trust the 'god' who seems to be taking him under their wing? Will he be able to catch up to his fellow earthlings who're ever increasing in power? Is it possible he may just break out of his shell along the way?*** What to expect ***The initial start will be quite slow, building the setting, history, and individuals involved. There is a small bit of progression in these early chapters for the MC, but more along the lines of figuring out how their systemless power works. though once the story gains traction it won't stop.*** Don't tell Elliot, but ***Elliot hates to admit it but he's very clearly antisocial.
