I heard a knock on my door

"Come in!" I yelled out

I see the door being opened and in walks in Corey

"Hey bro, can we talk?" He asked me as he closed the door behind him

"Yeah, what is it?" I asked him as i motioned him to sit on the couch with me

"I just want to apologize man.... If i ever said something bad that hurt your feelings, i am truly sorry bro.... I really am" He said as he looked down, playing with a thread coming from his jeans.

I didn't say anything. I just wanted to take in on what he just said.

"You don't have to say anything, just know i'm truly sorry man. I don't know what you're going through but i am positive that you'll pull through it, trust me" He said as he patted my back

"Thank you Corey... Thank you.. I am going through a lot right now. It's tough but i hope i get past it. I want to be happy again..." I said as he gave me a hug

"I'm here for you man. If you need to talk, come to my room downstairs. We're brothers, i'll always have your back man. It's been like that since day 1. Like i said before, i am truly sorry if i ever said anything rude"

"Corey, don't worry. You didn't say anything bad, yeah you laughed at the jokes but it's fine. I know you're not like them. You don't have to apologize cause i know your a great person" I said as he smiled
