I decided to wait the day out in my room, thankfully it has a tv. So I've not been too bored sat in here. Its about 10pm when I hear foot steps on the floor outside. I quickly sit up right waiting to hear where they go, seeing a shadow form at the other side of the door I hold my breath wanting to know if they will go or stay.

I get my answer shortly after with a quick rasp on the door. Debating whether to answer the door or not. Who knows what side of Rafael will greet me on the other side, I'm pulled out of my thoughts once more when another knock on the door sounds.

"Amor, I know you're awake. Can you open the door please?" I walk to the door and open it slightly. The sight in front of me is not the Rafael I am use to seeing. Usually he's very kempt, not one piece of hair out of place but now he looks like he has just been pulled through a bush. His hair is wild, he has actually got leaves and small twigs in it. I cant help but let out a small chuckle at his dishevelled look.

If he notices he doesn't say anything but continues to look at me staring straight into my eyes.

"I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry."

We both say at the same time.

"Look Rafael, I think we got off on the wrong foot. Like I said before I don't know how any of this works but I would like to find out.?" Seeming more of a question than a statement as I'm not 100% on how I feel about all of this still.

"And I want to teach you. You have so much to learn and I want to take it easy on you. Its going to be a lot harder for me as I can already feel the mate bond, as you have no wolf you wont feel much of the bond." He says looking down at me.

"Ok, so clean slate? I can venture outside of this room, go shopping and get to know you aswell? I ask cautiously.

"Clean slate." He nods

"I can allow you to go shopping but you have to have a guard or myself present with you." Well suppose it's the best I'm going to get. Not going to argue.

"Deal. Can I go tomorrow? I need some clothes and I need to pick up my stuff from the hotel" I look up at him pleadingly.

"Yeah, I can move some things around and take you." Shifting his weight from foot to foot. Something tells me this is not something he would do for just anyone which does make me a little bit happy.

"Thanks. Well good night. I'll see you in the morning." With that I close the door and walk back to the bed turning the tv off and settling in under the covers.
