It comes to the end of my shift and I can see that there is only the two guys out of the five who first came in this afternoon. I'm about ready to leave when the bell goes above the door again.

When I look up I see Lucas and Yasmin come through the door.

"Lily, we need to talk." Lucas says as he comes over to me and gives me a hug. This clearly wasn't a good idea as the guy who held me before comes rushing to my side.

"MINE!" he lets out in an angry tone.

Lucas doesn't seem fazed by his stone but is more stunned about what he said, like he couldn't believe someone was saying this. Actually neither can I.

"What is going on here. How did you find me? And what do you mean 'mine' what does that mean" I look at the pair of them confusion evident on their faces.

"Lily I really need to talk with you and explain things." Lucas says.

I'm so confused right now. I tell Lucas and Yasmin to take a seat at a table and I will be there in a minute. Big brute guy wont leave me alone either. He doesn't sit at the table but stands to my side.

"We haven't been completely honest with you. This will be a lot of information to digest so if you want me to stop you have to tell me. Ok?" Worry and guilt is on Lucas's face.

"As per you parents wishes we have raised you as human. Your parents and pack were helping our pack in one of the biggest wars we have ever come across. They said if anything was to happen to them that we would take you in and make sure you were none the wiser of who you truly are."

"What do you mean who I truly am? I'm human you know this. I don't have a wolf. Are you saying my parents are dead because of you?" My voices raises with every word spoken. I feel as though I am about to be sick.

"I am so sorry Liliana. I never meant for your parents to die. I know you probably won't believe me." He continues never once looking at Yasmin or the man stood to the side of me.

"I got a witch to cast a spell to hide your wolf, make her dormant shall we say. Once Aiden took you as his chosen mate it would break the spell and you would be able to shift, hear your wolf. Everything."

A loud growl comes across the table as the man slams his fists down.

"Lily is mine and is my true mate and will not be someone's chosen mate." With that he picks me up and runs out of the diner while holding me close to him. Without noticing there was a car parked up ahead and that the second guy who stayed behind is now sat in the drivers seat ready to go.
