Everyone turned around to face me. "You alright y/n?" Boden asked me.
"Yeah...I think I need to go home."
"Of course, Gabby can take you and-" Casey started.
"No, I mean I have to go back to Florida." I clarified. I saw the shocked and disappointed expressions on everyone's faces.
"What-" Otis stepped closer to me.
"I'm sorry guys, you have all been amazing to me and I promise you that this is not me giving up it's just I need to get away from here, from him. I think I need to go back home to remember once again why I left." I explained to them all.
I could start to see some of the guys were starting to comprehend a little more. There was silence for a couple of minutes. "Will you promise to check in every day?" Kelly finally spoke.
"Of course I will." I stepped forward to give Kelly a massive hug. "If he asks can you guys please not tell him where I am," I asked them after I hugged everyone.
"Of course, this information stays here." Hermann winked.
"Well thank you guys, I'll take a cab to get my car." I started walking away.
"Please text one of us when you're in Florida," Cruz shouted before I was too far.
Gabby and Shay walked with me all the way to the driveway. "I don't think I'll ever be able to thank you enough for everything you've done for me." I hugged them.
"We're the lucky ones to have met you," Gabby said.
"51 won't be the same without you." Shay sniffled a little.
"I'll miss you girls, I love you." I hugged them one more time before walking to the street.

"Hey! If you're ever in any trouble just say the word ok?" Gabby yelled.
"Yeah just say...Pouch and we'll come to get you." Shay shouted after.
I laughed at them both before hopping into a cab I had stopped.

I was on the road. Driving was actually starting to be very therapeutic, being alone, listening to music. I really thought I had made the right choice. Luckily it was still pretty early so I thought I'd drive for as long as I could, then I would stop at a motel and drive the rest of the way early in the morning.
I had been driving for a couple of hours definitely feeling calmer when I heard my phone buzz on the seat next to me. I pulled over at a truck stop to check it. It was Jay calling me. I rolled my eyes and ignored it and set it back down on the passenger seat.
I started the car again and when I checked the rearview mirror I noticed someone get out of their car and start speed walking to mine and something was in their pocket. I started to get really nervous. I grabbed my phone and with hesitation, I answered Jay.
"y/n, please I need to talk to you where are you?" I heard urgency in his voice.
I set the phone on my lap and started driving. I kept checking my rearview mirror and I saw the man run back to his car and follow me "Jay I need you to listen to me, I'm on the highway, I'm on the way to Florida, I think there is a man following me in his car-" my phone started losing signal. "Hello? Jay?"
"y/n...wh...he..:" I couldn't hear Jay anymore.
"Sh*t" trying my best to keep an eye on the road I clicked on another contact.
"Hey y/n, I knew you'd miss me too much-" I heard Shay's voice.
"Shay! I need help." I screamed. I could hear her voice getting cut off too.
"What?" I could make out.
"Shay Pouch! Pouch!" I repeated.
The connection was lost.

Tempest Rogue
This story follows Auron, a man who has been plagued with vivid nightmares his entire life. While running away from a beating, a splitting headache causes him to fall to his knees. Once again his nightmares bleed into reality. The next "episode" he has brings him from the scene of his nightmare, to a posionous swamp. To make matters worse his memories from earth are fading, and these nightmares that plagued his childhood, filled with darkness and a red coocoon, are back and worse than ever. As he clings to the only memories he has left, he is forced to fight through a world of brutal blood thirsty monsters, dungeons, and a complex magic system governed by an ancient agreement. First time writing any sort of story. Everything is still a work in progress. As I improve on my writing I will go back and edit parts. Early chapters are subject to change as I grow my ability. I am going to try my best to write this world and improve as I go. My goal is to make my dream come to life through the medium of text. This is why I wanted to post it here. Feel free to comment, and bring constructive criticism. Hope you enjoy! More info (Spoiler warning): only read if you are picky, read a lot, and want to waste no time with a story you may not want read. This book is a litrpg. This means it contains stat tables, and other game elements. (Which you may gloss over if you would like) It is written in a fantasy world, in the style of a progression fantasy. The main character grows in power as the story plays out. My characters are written to my best ability, but you may find them immature. The MC has to adjust to fighting, and killing which he struggles with for a while. His partner is a magical salamander who is a friend and mentor. The world building, monsters, and descriptions are also low tier. (I am working hard to change that!) If you are okay reading something by someone who is just getting started then welcome! I am doing my best, and incrementally improving as I go.

The Make-Up Game. | larry stylinson
"Go on Lou, just give it a go." ; in other words, Louis' older sister Jade dared him to put on make up and Louis ends up loving it._Larry Stylinson_•I do just wanna day that this book isn't short. When I say that I mean the chapters are long and things don't happen straight away. When writing this book, I wanted to develop the characters before jumping straight in to relationships and drama. I tried to make it as realistic as I could (I was young when I started this book). Just please give it a chance as I'm really proud of this book and really enjoy writing it!!

Getting Hard (Journey of a Tank)
Herald Stone always built tank characters in every MMORPG he played. To be immortal—that was his first Goal, a simple childhood dream. However, the turbulent realities of life put an end to his gaming days. Years passed, and Herald Stone, now having attained success and stability, was presented with the opportunity to redeem himself...to fulfill his first Goal. Trivial? Childish? Others might think so. But Herald Stone always fulfilled his Goals—every single one. No matter what. Immortality beckoned in Mother Core Online, and this time Herald Stone would answer. Choosing a long-forgotten race, hidden away in an unknown region, the journey of an immortal tank begins. This is the tale of Herald Stone...getting hard. Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri ~1.8k-2.3k words per chapter. Also published on Scribblehub. My other ongoing story: REND | Royal Road Expect a focus on building a true tank in MMORPGs. Heavy game elements and numbers are present. But actual math will take a backseat to strategies involving skill builds and synergies that steadily become more complex while remaining understandable. The main character is atypical in LitRPGs or web novels as a whole. He might take some getting used to. Character arcs will develop over a long period. What you see now will be different as the main character changes. The start of Getting Hard is slow-paced (more so than others of the genre) and includes world-building and character development before focusing on the LitRPG.
