A/N: Alright, I'm hoping this was worth the wait. I am very tired so I think I'm going to head to bed, but I hope you all enjoy this! The song is Oh Ana by Mother Mother because I've been saving that one and I felt like it fit here. Have a good night or day everyone!

Logan stood on his porch waiting for Oliver to get there. He was dressed in a knitted striped sweater that was a bit too big for him, black jeans, and converses. He considered it nice enough to wear to a restaurant. He wasn't sure how he planned to not eat at a restaurant, but he'd figure it out. He just wanted to see Oliver and hang out with him for a full evening. They'd gone to a cafe once over the week, but other than that, he hadn't seen him much outside of school and he was starting to miss him as stupid as that sounded considering he saw him pretty much every day.

Oliver's car pulled in and Logan smiled, watching his boyfriend step out as he got up to walk over to him, wrapping his arms around his neck and leaning up on his toes to kiss him. Oliver grinned, his hands falling to Logan's waist. They stayed like this for a moment, Oliver tilting his head to the side to bring Logan closer. Logan bit Oliver's lip gently as he pulled away and Oliver cocked an eyebrow with a smirk.

"I'm glad to see you too." He whispered and Logan giggled. "You ready to go?"

"Yeah, they already have our table and stuff, so they're just waiting for us to get there." Logan said. Oliver got off work about twenty minutes after the time the reservation was set for, so Logan's dads decided to leave sooner to hang out for a bit and Oliver could just drive Logan there later.

"Wonderful, let's not leave them waiting too much longer." Oliver said and Logan nodded.

Once they'd both gotten in and buckled their seatbelts, Oliver looked over at Logan and smiled softly.

"That sweater looks cute on you." He said and Logan couldn't help but smile brighter, glancing out the window.

"My dads said I had to wear something semi-nice, this was the first thing I saw, so I wasn't trying to look cute or anything."

"Yeah, I don't care if you were trying to look cute or not, you look cute, end of story." Oliver said and Logan giggled.

"What if I don't want to look cute?"

"Just the way it is, you can't always have what you want." Oliver said with a grin and Logan laughed quietly.

"Dick."

"How am I a dick? I just called you cute."

"I didn't wanna be called cute, therefore, you're a dick."

"That's how it works?"

"That's how it works" Logan said with a little nod and Oliver snickered.

"Well you clearly wanted to be called cute, you think you can hide that little smile and how red your face gets?"

"Well that's just...you're an asshole." Logan murmured and Oliver grinned, pulling his car to a stop at a redlight and leaning over to kiss Logan's head.

"So Valentine's Day is coming up next weekend, right?" Oliver said more as a rhetorical question and Logan nodded.

"I was thinking we both take off work, assuming you have work, and spend the entire weekend together, you know, because we've got the house all weekend, might as well make the most of our time, so anyways, Friday night we go to the art museum, then we go back to your house, have some hot chocolate or something and watch a movie, or five." Oliver said with a grin and Logan giggled. "Then on Saturday we go out for a an actual date, maybe a picnic, maybe some coffee or something, I dunno, we've got the day to decide, but either way, we do shit together, then come home, lay around for a long time, and Sunday is undetermined, so we could paint our nails and make friendship bracelets or we could hop a train and travel halfway across the country, I've just got nothing booked."

"When did you have time to plan this all out?" Logan asked with a smile on his face.

"Irrelevant, what do you think?"

"I think it sounds like the best Valentine's weekend ever." Logan said with a grin and Oliver smiled.

"I'm glad you think so." Oliver said with a small smile as he pulled into the restaurant parking lot.

It wasn't long before they were walking in together, Logan pulling his sleeves over his hands from the cold. Once they were in and standing at the front, a hostess stared them both down like they didn't look old enough or rich enough to eat there.

"We're part of a four person reservation, it should be under either Matthew or Allen Pierce." Logan said softly and the lady sighed and tapped the screen in front of her a few times before nodding.

"I'll take you to your table." She said, walking out from behind the desk to a table on the outside deck where Logan's dads were sitting. Matthew smiled when he saw Logan and Oliver, waving a little.

"Hey, we already ordered for ourselves and got you both waters, but you can order whatever you'd like." Matthew said as Logan took his seat next to Oliver and nodded with a small smile.

"Thanks, Dad." He said, picking up his menu.

It was a nice restaurant, not huge, but well furnished. The outdoor seating looked out onto a small garden with trees and string lights drooped down just about everywhere. The seating area itself had, likely fake, ivy hanging down around the wooden posts that held up the ceiling and candles at every table.

"Thank you both for paying for dinner, this place is..gorgeous." Oliver said slightly in awe and Matthew smiled warmly.

"Isn't it? We love it here, and the food is amazing." Matthew said and Oliver nodded.

Logan looked over his menu for a long time, trying to decide what the best way to go about this was. Everything has so many calories. How the fuck am I supposed to keep from eating with everyone watching me?

"What are you planning to get, bear?" Oliver asked, glancing over at Logan's menu and Logan shrugged.

"I might just get a salad, they've got really good salads here." He glanced over at Oliver who looked slightly hesitant to order anything. "Don't look at the price tag, just order." He said softly and Oliver glanced over his menu again.

"I might..get the steak then, if that's alright?" Oliver asked and Allen smiled a bit, nodding.

The waiter came back over a few moments later and took their orders, assuring them that it wouldn't be long and then walking off quickly. Allen folded his hands, seeming to stare down Oliver and Logan already felt bad for his poor boyfriend who had to face up to his father.

"So you two have been going out for a few weeks now." Allen started and Oliver nodded, taking a sip of his water before he cleared his throat.

"Yes, Sir, it's been almost a month now." Oliver said and Logan took a breath.

"Am I really so old that kids feel like they have to call me Sir now?" Allen asked his husband and Matthew rolled his eyes while Oliver sat there seeming to panic a little bit so Logan took his hand under the table and he could see the small smile tugging at his boyfriend's lips.

"Anyways, I guess I should ask the big question, what are your longterm plans for this relationship? Given you have any, which you may not, but whatever they may be, I'd like to know them." Allen said and Oliver paused for a moment.

"Well, if I'm honest, I'm not entirely sure, not that I don't have longterm plans, I'm just not sure what they are yet. If we're talking years down the road then we'd have to figure out how to make long distance work with college, assuming we go to different colleges, but I know Logan has bigger academic goals than I do and I wouldn't want him to sacrifice his education for me." Oliver said, taking a breath. "But I do very much admire Logan and if it would work out, I'd like to have him in my life in one way or another for a long time." Oliver finished, looking to Allen and Logan could tell his father was at least a little impressed by that.

"Good answer." Matthew said quietly and Oliver seemed to ease up a bit.

"What do you plan to do with your life?" Allen asked, his eyes a bit softer than they had been.

"Photography if I can, I already do it as a sort of side job."

"Very few photographers make a living off of their craft." Allen said, taking a sip of his drink.

"I know, and if it doesn't work I'll find something else, but I'd like to try." Oliver said, running his fingers through his hair and Allen nodded.

The waiter set down plates, Oliver's steak, Logan's salad, and Allen and Matthew's shared dish whatever it was, something with meat and potatoes and other vegetables, Logan wasn't quite sure, but it looked like too many calories to think about.

The conversation lightened up a bit with Allen talking about a new employee at work and that somehow ending up with Matthew telling their entire love story over again. It was probably the thousandth time Logan had heard it, but Oliver seemed to like hearing the story so he didn't complain. Logan just stared at his salad (590), playing with his sweater sleeves. Everyone was eating so easily, he could barely pick up his fork. He thought maybe he could put most of it in napkins and throw it out later. Yeah, that couldn't be so hard, he'd just put it in his pockets and cover that up with his sweater or maybe hide it in his sweater sleeves...

"-And here we are today, still happily married." Matthew said with a giggle and Allen gave a small smile.

"You have to tell that story every time, don't you?" Allen asked teasingly.

"I do." Matthew said as if he was completely serious and his husband just chuckled.

Logan spent most of dinner moving his salad around his place, sipping his water, and transferring forkfuls into napkins to be stuffed into his sleeve. It wasn't as noticeable as it seemed like it would be, considering his sleeves were puffed out anyways. He considered it a success when he only had to take one real bite because Oliver was looking at him when he was stabbing lettuce onto the fork.

"Don't you want dressing on that?" Matthew asked and Logan shook his head.

"I don't really like the taste." He said and his dad nodded.

"As long as you're eating I suppose that's fine." He said and Logan could swear he felt his stomach drop, weighed down with guilt. He just nodded a bit and took a sip of his water. His salad was almost finished, he wasn't known to finish his food anyways though.

"Hey, I gotta use the bathroom, I'll be right back though." He said and Allen nodded, taking a sip of his drink.

As Logan walked off he could already hear his father starting to talk about his most recent business meeting and Matthew telling him he wasn't allowed to talk about work when they were eating.

Logan got into the bathroom and sighed in relief when there was no one in any of the stalls, quickly pulling napkins of food out of his sleeves. Thankfully there wasn't any food stuck to his sweater, it was just a bit wet from the water on the lettuce and tomatoes. He was pulling out the last napkin of uneaten salad when the door opened and he jumped, his breath catching. Oliver looked down at him confused, glancing from Logan to the trash bin before recognition flashed in his eyes and Logan could feel his face burning red.

"Logan-"

"I-I just wasn't hungry and I didn't want anyone to fight so I-"

"Don't lie to me." Oliver said and Logan stood where he was, curling his fingers into fists so his hands would stop shaking so much, he felt nauseous. "Logan, this isn't just you not being hungry, you never eat, you're too thin-"

"Can we not talk about this now?"

"Then when?"

"Later." Logan said, trying not to cry and Oliver sighed softly, cupping Logan's cheek, but the boy just pulled away, glancing up at Oliver before he walked out. That's it, everything's fucking ruined. You're such an idiot, you can't even keep one little secret. They'regoingtosendyouawayOliverwillneverlookatyouthesamewayagainhowcouldyoubesostupid?Maybeyoushouldjustfucking die.

He sat down at his seat again, a small smile on his face as he watched Oliver walk back out of the bathroom.

"Oh, dad, I was just telling Oliver, you gotta tell him that one story about the time you shot fireworks out of a beer bottle."

"If I can even remember it, god, it was so long ago. I think I was a sophomore in college, a couple of buddies and I went out to the rooftop of our dorm building..."

Logan looked up at a clock on the wall. 8:40. They couldn't stay out much later. He listened along to the story, laughing when it was appropriate, his lips remaining in a small smile the whole time, slightly lopsided, natural, believable.
