Eddie finally left after reassurance that Steve was coming and Steve and Robin started to close up the store. "So are we just, not going to talk about it the rest of our lives or are you eventually going to realize that I'm your best friend and that you love me. Because if I have to go through what I just went through everyday with no explanation, I will be quitting this job." Steve laughed, "honestly Rob there's not even that much to tell you. We haven't even kissed yet." She raised both of her eyebrows at the man, "really because it seemed like you did a lot more than that while he was here."
Steve blushed and a sweet smile came to him. "No I promise we haven't. It's not like we don't want to. At least I know I want to. And he's been acting like he wants to." Robin scoffed, "please, that man wants to do a lot more than kiss you." Steve's face grew a deeper red and he finished putting the rest of the vhs's away walking with Robin out the door. "Well, I guess we'll find out tonight won't we?" Robin laughed, relieving some of Steve's nerves. "Oh, I won't be finding out. That is all you Steve-o. After today, I've seen more guy action than girl, and that is not my goal in life."
Steve dropped off Robin, the woman winking and telling him to have fun before getting out. He got up to his room and sat on his bed. What the hell do I wear?
He picked out a black large crewneck and a loose pair of jeans. He was about to leave before he saw a flash of blue next to his bed. Steve walked over to the bed and found Eddie's vest lying on the ground. Huh, he must've forgot it here. Steve grabbed it and put it on over his sweatshirt, running out the door and into his car.

He could feel his nerves bundling up in his stomach and he felt like he couldn't breath. His hands started shaking and he honestly felt like throwing up. He pulled up to Eddie's trailer and saw his Uncle's car was gone so he walked right in. "Eddie? Hey, I'm here!" He walked back to his room and was shoved against the wall, lips attacking his.
He was frozen for a second but melted into the kiss, his hands finding their way into Eddie's hair and tugged, a grunt leaving his lips. Eddie had a tight grip on his hips and hoisted him up, Steve wrapping his legs around his waist. Eddie put one of his hands on his cheek rubbing circles on it as they seperated for air. He chuckled, "perfect." Steve leaned in and kissed him again, "you better be talking about me and not the kiss." Eddie laughed, "if you were perfect-" Kissing him again, "I would've gotten this sooner."
Steve let his legs fall back to the ground and crossed his arms over his chest. "You're so not blaming that on me Munson." Eddie scoffed and stepped back, "you're not saying it's my fault!" The other man raised both of his eyebrows at him, "well if you didn't act like you were so uncomfortable around me last night maybe it would've happened sooner!" Eddie's arms flew up in the air, "you're unbelievable. Uncomfortable? I cuddled with you on the couch!" Steve rolled his eyes at the man's words, "oh so now it's you cuddled me? I'm pretty sure when you were talking to Robin earlier, I was the one forcing myself on you!"
"Steve you barely would even let me touch you, let alone be near you." Eddie had a more serious tone now, like Steve had somehow hurt his feelings. "Hey, come on. I'm sorry alright? I didn't know you wanted to. I wasn't sure you even wanted to be around me Eddie." Steve walked up to Eddie and put both of his hands on his cheeks, making the slightly shorter boy look up at him. "You'll forgive me though, won't you? Because it's going to be kind of a shitty night if you're upset the entire time."

Eddie rolled his eyes and sighed, "I don't know, I might have to think about it for a while." Steve smile and shook his head at him, "what can I possibly do to make you feel better?" Eddie looked down, "are- are you wearing my vest?" Steve froze, forgetting about the thing he meant to return. "Uh, yeah. I uhm, you left it next to my bed and I wanted to bring it to you." Eddie looked back up with a smirk on his face, standing up straighter. "But you're wearing it." His hands ran up Steve's sides and grabbed his hips. "Well yeah I- I don't know. I just did- I am." Eddie began to rub his sides with his thumbs, "do you like it?" Steve's eyebrows turned down, "I mean, yeah I guess. It's comfortable and it's yours so-" Eddie kissed him and pulled back, "you can have it."
Steve's eyebrows shot up, "what? No Eddie it's yours, I'm not taking it." He started to take it off but Eddie pulled them closer, their bodies pressed together. "It wouldn't be the first thing you've taken of mine Harrington, and I want you to have it. You look good."
