"Ah? W-what?" Loki listlessly open his eyes wide when the car stopped abruptly.

Kristoff on the back and Keith.

Del taps on the steering wheel.

"A blockage?"

He frowns.

"What's happening?" Loki looks infront.

There are people blocking the road.

"What are we going to do?" Loki asks.

Kristoff scowls.

"Ditch the car and hide."

"What? Ditch the car? Are you crazy?" Loki looks at Kristoff confuse like he gone mad.

Kristoff points ahead of the blockage.

"They will get all our food and force us to stay with their group if we dont we will get killed." Kristoff said.

"That sounds insane." Loki shivers.

Del didnt think twice and remove the seat belt.

"Let's hurry. Make sure nobody notice us." Kristoff said and pats on Keith's shoulder. "Be extremely quiet."

"Hey, where are you going?" The owner of the car behind also get down the car and asks.

Kristoff looks at him.

"None of your fucking business."

The guy can't say a thing as they all run away fast disappearing in the abandoned city.

"Kristoff, you really have it in you... that's so scary." Loki chuckles.

"He will get us in trouble. He really should mind his own busi---"

"Ah!" Keith covers his ears in panic.

They all look at the same direction.

"Someone refused to give their food supply." Kristoff said. "Let's go. From now on we will go on foot till we leave their stronghold."

"Sigh...They are good for absorbing weak people but that is so oppressive not to let others choose."

Loki said.

Del kisses his head.

"They only absorb people to use as meat shield."

Loki looks horrid.

"Del, you shouldnt say that."

"He wont say ot but that is true. Then you just have to get used to the truth." Kristoff said.

Loki angrily bite his lower lip.

"Human scums!"

He said stopping from running.

Kristoff stops too and looks at Loki.

"This is not our destination, do not stop."

Loki looks at Kristoff.

"How did you know about them?"

"Cause they look like it."

"Do you know them Kristoff?"

Kristoff nods.

Kristoff remembers.

The woman that pushes him out of the van. The people that get their family's supply to save him.

Del pulls his lover.

Keith runs as fast as he can. Kristoff didnt look back.

People like those will live a longer time in apocalypse. In a way, its people who easily trust others for convenience is the fool. Nobody can say they are the victim in apocalypse. Its live or die in this era.

That is why Kristoff doesnt hate them.

The man looks bloody as hell.

"D-don't kill me. I will join you. I will join."

"This guy is useless, what should we do Chief?"

"What else? Take all his belongings and kill him."

"Wait! I saw four kids...they are carrying lots of food with them. I know where they run to."

"Which direction?" The guy carrying a crossbow kicks the man and asks.

"I...will tell only if you dont kill me."

"Of course." The chief smiles happily.

The man smiles despite all his muscle in pain.

"They gone that wa---urppp."

The guy look down and see his chest full of his own blood.

The chief smiles.

"Thank you. Good bye."

The other two men laughs

"That's nasty Chief."

The one called Chief sneers.

"If he just join I wouldnt have to do that and instead of begging he wanted to talk about negotiation. What a foolish man."

"Let's stay here. Keith, search for highways."

Keith nods.

Loki is looking around when Del pulls him.

"You think Kristoff knows too much about apocalypse?"

Loki giggles.

"Because he is the mc."

"Main Character. It means this is his story." Loki said.

Del smiles and flicks his forehead.

"You read too much novel your head is muddled."

"I also read a lot but Kristoff is the one who looks more like an MC than me."

Del whispers and kisses his hand.

Loki chuckles and also grasps Del's hand to kiss it.

"If I am a cannon fodder...and you are a second male lead...I will snatch you from the main charactee no matter what the cost."

Kristoff smacks the map on Loki's head.

"Stop your little soap opera and go back to work."

"Kristoff, dont be jealous." Loki rubs his hurt head.

The chief smiles and get out of his bedroom.

A woman is lying on the bed trembling.

It was always been like this so the subordinate didnt even glance at the woman.

"So, do they have lots of supplies with them?"

"They dont have that much." The guy shakes his head.

"Three teenagers with nice pretty faces and a small kid."

The Chief licks his lips.

"Is it a girl?"

"They are all men, Chief."

"What?" The guy snorts and tap on his seat.

"Well, they are young so they will be good for our force. They can carry food and water."

"So we will raid them?"

The Chief smiles.

"We dont need the small kid so just the three teenagers. And tell the boys not to hurt them too much since they will be our servants."

"Yes Chief."

The guy chuckles.

Kristoff didnt plan to stay in their hidding place.

"Dont act surprise. I think they found us." Del said without much emotion.

Loki is about to eat the bread then pause and looks at his lover.

Kristoff nods.

"I see. If we have abilities, others too. Maybe they have tracker ability." Kristoff said also without emotion.

Keith trembles as he reach for the bread trying to act normal.

"What should we do?" Del asks

"We are being watched."

"......" Loki bury his face to Del's shoulder.

"I'm scared." He whispers.

Zombie is terrifying but human are really the most dangerous enemies.

"If we cant run....we fight." Kristoff takes out his lucky dice.

Rolls.

"100!" Loki exclaimed.

Kristoff looks at the dice bewildered. His eyes stares at it intimately as tears slowly fell down.

"Kristoff?" Keith tugs on his clothes.
