《The life of Riley. (Teacherxstudent)(GxG) (COMPLETED)》Chapter 27

I woke up to Yasmin shouting "Riley!". I shot up off the sofa. "Yes, Yas?"
"Oh, there you are" she laughed.
I smiled. I couldn't t stay mad at her no matter how many mini heart attacks she gave me. "What do you want?"
She crept over to me with an innocent grin plastered onto her face. "I wanted to know if I could stay over Jacobs tonight? I said id ask you because it's Sunday and we've got school tomorrow."
I thought about it for a second pretending to actually debate the answer knowing full well I'd let her do what she wanted. "Is Jacob your boyfriend?"
She laughed. "Future boyfriend, yes?"
I smirked. "Then don't let me stand in the way of love, just text me letting me know where you are and if you don't feel right, okay?"
She walked over and hugged me. "Thanks sis, you're the best!" She packed a bag and ran out the door before I could say goodbye.
I walked over to the window peeping through the nets with a nerdy looking boy in a rundown car parked outside smiling at Yas. I laughed at the pair because he wasn't Yasmin's usual type.
I made myself something to eat, not that I was hungry, I needed something to strengthen me up. I walked into the bathroom and I showered. I felt clean and I could feel myself getting calmer by the minute.
I got into bed I checked my phone. I had 6 texts of Alexa.
"Riley, I need to speak to you. Text me when you can
Riley, please
I'm sorry
Pleeeeseeeee don't think less of e
Ril plse Help"
I rung Alexa and she picked up straight away. "Alexa, are you okay?"

I asked. "Y-eah" her breathing was heavy.
"Alexa? What's wrong, speak to me?"
"Riley, I can't do this anymore. I- I need to go."
I started to panic my instincts were trying to kick in but I couldn't let that happen. "Alexa, just breath through it."
"There's not enough air, in here I - need to get out."
"Alexa, go to the tap and put your wrists under the water. Then open some windows. You'll be okay."
"Riley, please come over. I need y-you."
I nodded. "Okay, what's your address?"
She gave me her address. I grabbed my car keys and I drove there. It was a couple of blocks away from the bar I work at.
I got there, and jumped out of the car. I knocked on the door and I got no answer. I opened it to find it was unlocked. I walked in and Alexa was on the floor. There was a bottle of Disarrono on the floor. I groaned. "Really?" She was steaming.
I walked over. "Alexa?"
I clicked my fingers into her face and she groaned. When she saw my face she tried stroking it, I let her. Her touch sent butterflies through my body. I couldn't stay mad at her.
"You're very drunk, Miss Scarlett." Smiling, then biting my lip innocently.
She smiled sheepishly. "No, I'm fine."
I laughed "Yes, youuu are."
I shut up straightaway after saying that. I should not have said that. The woman in front of me tried getting up but struggled.
I offered her a hand and some support, and we started walked walking through the living room which was furnished like an English cottage, it was cosy and comforting nothing like my apartment.
We walked ahead, and I spotted a bedroom. I put Alexa onto it, stripping her of her clothes, she fell asleep instantly which meant I had the struggle of trying to tuck her in. I went and filled a glass of water and got her some pain killers and sat next to her doorway watching her sleep for a moment.

Alexa stirred and shouted, "I'm going to vomit."
I darted into the kitchen, searching frantically in her cupboard's until I found a big bowl. I handed it to her which she them vomited, and surprisingly it didn't go everywhere, or we would both have our heads in that bowl because I havent got the stomach for that.
I stroked her hair "Get it all up, you'll feel better tomorrow" she looked at me. There was something in her eyes that I've never seen in anyone else before.
She smiled. "You're a good person, Riley."
"I'm really not" I admitted. Smiling shyly.
She stared at me puzzled. "Alexa, sleep it off. I'll wash this bowl and put in on the bedside for you."
She smiled. "I meant it, you really are a good person. You're beautiful, your intelligent, you're mature. When I'm with you I forget that you're my student. The worst thing is. I don't care if I get sacked. I'd rather wake up to you everyday than go to work without you in my life."
I stared at her never breaking eye contact. I gave her a weak smile and I could tell she'd sobered up a lot even though she was still abit tipsy. I kissed her forehead and I looked away. I let a tear roll down my cheek because I was sad, I was happy too, but I didn't want her to give up something she loved because of me. She was an amazing teacher, she always wants the best for her students. I chewed on my lip not knowing whether to leave or stay for a while.
"Riley?"
"Yes?"
"Can you lie with me for a while?"
I smiled "Of course."
I got into bed with her pulling the sheets on top of us. I put my arm around her, she tucked herself into me. Her head rested on my chest. I sat there thinking about the raven haired who was currently sleeping in my arms.
Could we ever be a real couple or are we just too messed up for each other?

Kathy With A K's Song
"Oh my darling, when you smile, it is like a song"-"Obviously," She started. There was a nervous shake in her voice that made me tilt my head in her hands. Her thumbs grazed my cheeks and heat rose on my skin where she touched. I couldn't tell if this was just Sophia being caring or if she was maybe feeling more.
