Alexa's P.O.V

My hand was stinging. I felt every nerve on it throb sending shooting pains all around it. I wanted to scream out and Riley gently took care of it. She has fast reflex's, she darted across the room before I could shout "Shit." It felt so good having her attention, She looked at me:

"How is the pain?"

I looked at her. "Um, a lot?" she laughed.

"Okay, on the pain scale?"

I blushed "Probably an 8."

"Keep it here for another 7 minutes and we'll have a look at it and see what we should do."

We waited. The pain subsided a little bit and I could see it starting to blister. I panicked. "Riley."

She walked over to me. "It's okay. It's swollen for now. It will properly come out tomorrow. For now, though it doesn't seem very serious but rub this on it when it gets dry." She gave me a small bottle of pure Aloe Vera cream and she passed me some pain killers.

"Here, take these." I necked the tablets. Riley started to prepare some food. "Do you like corn on the cob, southern fried chicken and fries? Usually I'd prepare vegetables but because Yas isn't here, so It would be nice to indulge."

I smiled. "Sounds amazing!"
