My eyes scurried around my Office. I dragged my hands into my face towards my hair.
I am so frustrated about the things that are happening right now. My knuckles turned white when my office's door swung open and revealed John, my Uncle.
He walked inside and my breath stuck at my throat and I found pure anger and atrocity blistering into his eyes.
"You think I wouldn't have known?" He slammed the door and shoot me a murderous glare.
"I don't know what you are talking about." I snort, he thinks he can frighten me? He scoffed and grimaced.
"Do you think the news would never come across to me? So where is she?" His roar echoed throughout my room, I shoot him a glare and punch the table, makes some dent on it.
"I told you, I don't have any idea what you're talking about. I informed you before, we can't find any lead where is she." I retorted. He come closer to me and look straight to my eyes.
"I'll give you a deadline my dear Nephew, if you didn't find her in a week, you will never see her again." he said through gritted teeth. Lucas, my wolf want to kill him now, but I suppressed him as we can't or else, we will never find her location.
"Do that and you will never see the sun again." I snarled, while he dashed out of my room. I quickly pulled out my phone and dial a number.
"Paul, what the hell! I told you to keep anything to my Uncle. So. why he's asking me about her? I will kill you!" I yelled out loudly on the mouthpiece.
"Boss, I didn't say anything and nobody have the balls to betray you." he replied in quavered voice.
"So, tell me, how come he's asking me now about her?" I said in firm voice.
"Boss, we kidnapped a Luna. Of course, his mate will call all the packs, the news spreads like virus. He's just assuming because the news said, that the kidnapper was an assassin." I try to calm and take all in. He has a point but if I found out that they betray me, better they wish they never been born.

"Paul, if I found out that some one of yours betray me, I will end all your bloodline in the face of the Earth." Silence fell on the other line.
"One more thing, did you find anyone came back to Blood Moon?" I asked, hoping my instinct proved something.
"Oh, yes, it's a man." He said calmly.
"No one else?" I asked while raising my brows.
"We're certain Boss that it was only a man because only him get out from the vehicle." He said while disappointment erupted inside of me.
My mate, where are you? Struck by longing, I just gave a soulful sigh...
"Ok, Paul, still check the area until I order you to stop. Goodbye." I ordered and cut the line. I stood up and went to my sports car. I open the door and drive to my hide out. The place where she's currently staying.
I don't know what time or day now. There's nothing here aside from the chair in front of my cell. It was like I'm in a mental asylum. I tried to talk to Althea, but she's still unreachable.
I feel helpless, but I will not let him to win. Soon, I heard some clashes of keys and the door swung open, and the scent of him filled my nostrils again, the sounds of his footsteps echoed throughout the room, how long I stood frozen here, I cannot say.
He stops in front of my cell. The silence so thick and you can cut it with a knife.
His eyes roam the entire cell before falling to me.
"Good Day to you Luna." He said in casually calm manner.
"So, it's been 2 days since I've been abducted then." I mumbled. He pulls the chair and sit, he then takes out something from his pocket.
A syringe, but not only one, more.
"See Luna, I am not planning to hurt you, but it seems you're not very cooperative. I understand that you're afraid, but first let me tell you this." He showed me the 5 syringes. He looked at me while I looked at those things.
"This injection, can cause your wolf again incapacitated. So, here's the deal. I will not inject these to you for as long as you will cooperate and won't try to contact your mate. Anyway, let me tell you this, this place where nowhere to find. I placed an especial radar around this area and if someone step, one of my planted bombs will explode." I looked at him and my lips trembled.

"Ok, I will not contact my mate, Derrick." I said while swallowed audibly. He smiles and nodded his head. He put it back those things on his pocket, before looking at me again.
"Good, now I will send a person here to give you food and some clothes." he said calmly. I gone silent.
Am I hearing it correctly?
"Thanks, I don't know, but why would you care?" He just looked and then start to walk towards the door. I immediately sit on my bed. I fiddled my necklace, and I feel that Althea is getting stronger but I have to warn her not to contact Zack or else all hell will break loose.
After a few minutes, I heard that door was opened. New scent greeted my nostrils. The Footsteps are small and slow, like the person is carrying something, soon a young girl with auburn hair appeared in front of me holding a tray of foods and carrying a bag on her shoulder.
"Hi Luna, the Alpha ask me to give you these, I hope the clothes fit you. and if you need anything else you can push that button behind your bed." She smiled at me while I just nod my head. She placed the food on the chair and unlocked my cell.
"Luna, please don't hurt me, I just asked by the Alpha, please don't try to run or he will kill me." her lips are trembling and I understood. I cannot let him do anything bad at this young girl.
"Don't worry, what is your name?" I quickly grabbed the tray from her hand as she put down the bag on my bed.
"I'm Anna." She then walked out and locked my cell.
"Luna, I will come back later to collect your things, I hope you like the food, I'm the one who cook that." She chirped and I find her so charming. I smiled at her and nod my heard.
"Ok Anna and thank you." I wait for her to exit the room before I can start to eat as I'm famished and need to take shower.
Another hours have past, but I dont know how many, as I am not so sure.
But I felt good. I ate all the food that Anna brought and Althea was so happy. She can speaks to me again but I warned her about Zander,I told her we need to wait, I think Derrick is planning something.
Soon, the doors swung open and revealed the scent of Derrick. I can hear his boots' stomping on the floor. I sit beside my bed and wait for him as I know that he will ask me again another questions.
"Luna."
"Derrick." I replied, I looked at him and noticed that his face looked even more lugubrious than usual.
I shouldn't feel anything.
He kidnapped me, but why I'm affected by the melancholy that surrounded him.
"Hey, are you alright?" I asked him, sounds preposterous but I feel the need to know.
He gave me a long sigh.
"I am good Luna and thank you for asking." I know he doesn't want to tell me.
I stood up and walked a little to the door. In a seconds, I raised my hand and looked straight at his eyes.
." I command him. I know this is wrong as he can punish me by putting him under my command but I have to do it. My instinct tells me to do it.
He stood up and walked towards in front me. My eyes never breaks staring at him. In a second, I put my hand and touched his forehead. After a few minutes, my eyes got widen at what I saw.
"Y-you.."

Starlight Antiquities
There is a place in the galaxy that deals in antiquities of all kinds, human and non-human alike. Its inventory of artifacts is colossal as is its inventory of mercs who they hire to acquire any artifact a client may wish that is yet to come into their possession. The ill-reputable business is constantly rubbing against the changing tolerance of the Union's government, and there are many security officers who would love nothing better than to vaporize the whole place with its owners inside. Yet, there are many tasks that nobody can do better, especially in the vastness of deep space where Union law is worth less than the energy needed to display it. One of its jobs involves finding an artifact that may not only hold the future of the human race but may also disturb the balance of the whole galaxy. *** While waiting for the next season of Mandalorian and the Witcher, and rewatching Firefly for the gazillionth of time, I decided to write this space-based series. The series has some litRPG elements in it, but it does not read like one. So, you won't run into any blue screens here. Yet, I wanted to use litRPG to give another dimension to this whole story and make it as unique as possible. This is a work-in-progress. Hope to keep on improving and fixing my mistakes as I go along.
