Two weeks went by in a blur. My parents were due back tomorrow. I spent my time with mostly Brennan and then the odd weekend me and the girls hung out. Brennan said to me we'd go on another date on Friday. It's Wednesday now and my parents will be back tomorrow. I just know that if Brennan doesn't ask me the big question, I'm going to ask him on Saturday. Like this could be another normal date. We've had so many dates over the last two weeks. He could've asked me then.

School was boring today. I was just glad to get home and do my work quickly before I had dinner. Brennan was buying me take out for dinner so I wanted to get my work done before he came over. By the time I got everything done, it was 5:30. The door opened the minute I finished packing up my school stuff.

Brennan waltzed into the kitchen where I was sitting at the island. I told him a few days ago to stop ringing the bell and just come in. It was easier for me. I'm super lazy and I'd prefer it if he could just come in instead of me opening the door every time he comes over.

"Hey. I got your favourite. Chinese." Brennan said coming up to give me a kiss. "Honestly, you're the best. Thank you so much." I gave him a quick peck on the lips and then went to take out some plates for our food. We went into the living room and put on a movie and ate our food there. We talked about absolutely nothing.

"So... your parents will be home tomorrow?" Brennan asked me when we were lying in bed, about to go to sleep. "Yeah they are. Why?" "Oh I was just wondering." Something seemed off so I just left it. I fell asleep pretty quickly after that.

Next thing I know is I'm being shaken awake. "Come on Livy. We're gonna be late to school if you don't get up now." With those words being said, I shot up so quickly from my bed and went to find something to wear. I couldn't be bothered today so I just needed up throwing on a tracksuit and threw my hair up in a bun.

After I got dressed, I ran downstairs to see Brennan had made me breakfast already, waffles and a glass of orange juice. I scoffed the food down and walked hand in hand with Brennan out to his car.

School went by slowly, with nothing too extreme happening. Unfortunately though, Alex is back in school. Thankfully she hasn't hassled me. Yet. I heard that if she does anything to me or anybody else again, she'll be expelled. Karmas a bitch.

When we got to my house, I saw my parents car in the driveway. Before the car even stopped, I jumped out of the car and ran inside. I was so excited to see my parents. When I burst through the front door, I heard more than two voices. It was Brennan's mom. I ran up to my parents and pulled the two of them into a hug together. "I missed ye soooo much. Pleas don't leave me for that long again." I said to my parents nearly crying. "Aw sweetie. We're back now and we don't have to go anywhere for a couple of months." My mom said back to me. I didn't notice Brennan walking in. He went up to his mom and whispered something to her. "Olivia, sweetie. Would you mind coming over to my house. I need your help with something." Ashley said to me. I turned to look at my parents. "It won't take long dear. I need a young girls opinion." She said to me. My parents nodded so I said yes to her and walked with her to her house.

I had everything planned out. On Friday, I'm taking Livy on a date. I'm bringing her to the best restaurant in town and then I'm bringing her for ice cream at Benny's ice cream parlour. After that, we're gonna go for a nice walk in the park and that's when I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend.

But first, I want her parents permission. I know you're probably thinking why do you want their permission when it's only to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but I want to do this right. I know this is going to last so I want to do it properly.

I had asked my mom if she could get Livy out of the house so I could ask her parents. "So, I asked my mom if she could get Livy out of the house because I want to ask ye something." "Go on Brennan. You know you can ask us anything." Nick said to me. "Well uh. I was wondering would it be ok if I asked Livy to be my girlfriend? I just want to do things right between us." I was rambling now. I was so nervous. "Brennan. Relax. Of course you have our permission." Sasha said to me. Thank fuck for that. I went around the island and hugged the two of them.

Ten minutes later, the front door opened and in walked Livy and my mom.

"So, did you get the right opinion Ash?" My mom asked Ashley. She wanted me to help pick out an outfit for her. Her and Liam were going on a date on Saturday and she wanted the perfect outfit. I want a relationship like that when I'm older. Hopefully with Brennan.

"Well Sash, you have a beautiful daughter here and she helped me pick out the perfect outfit for the date I have with Liam on Saturday." Ashley said to my mom. "I'm glad Ash." "Why don't you two kids go upstairs and do some homework. We'll all have dinner here when your father and sister are finished up." Ashley said to the two of us.

The two of us walked up to my room to finish up on our homework. We both had a free period and got to start on some homework. When we finished up we just lay around and talked about random stuff.

"So what's the plan tomorrow??" I asked Brennan after a few minutes of silence. "Now Livy. You know I can't be telling you that." Brennan said to me. "Aw B come on. Why can't you at least give me a hint. Like I need help on what to wear on the date." I whined back to him. "Ok ok. Dress fancy. Is that good enough for you." "Brennan. I told you. Nothing expensive." I hate when he spends money on me. "Too bad Livy." "LIVY. BRENNAN. COME ON DOWN. DINNERS READY." My mom shouted from the kitchen.

In the dining room, there was my parents, Brennan's parents and Amanda. We got Mexican. We had loads of laughs. It was the best night I've had in a long time. At around 11, Amanda was knocked out so Ashley thought it would be a good idea to go home and get her to bed. The three of us did have school in the morning.

"I'll see you tomorrow Livy." Brennan gave me a kiss in the lips and left with his parents. I turned around, blushing that my parents seen the intimate moment between me and Brennan. "Goodnight you guys." I said running up the stairs. Not wanting to hear my parents skitting me.
