I woke up in the nurses office with a pounding headache. I can't believe that bitch. I tried sitting up but I got dizzy really fast. Someone helped me lie back down. And that someone was Brennan. "Hey Livy. Be careful. Here. Have some water." I thanked him and drank the water. "I was so worried about you." He whispered to me.

I opened my mouth to say something, but the door slammed open and in walked in Emma, Brielle, Stephanie, Zeke and the principal, Mr. Lee.

"Oli.... We were so worried about you." "Hey it's ok. Ok fine now." "Ms. Gray, if I may interrupt here. I would like to talk to you in my office about the incident." "Uh yeah. Can I just have a few minutes before I come to your office?" I asked him. "Yes that's fine. I'll be in my office when you're ready."

He walked out of the nurses office with the nurse leaving behind the six of us behind. "Guys if you don't mind. I'm just going to go the bathroom and freshen up before I go talk to the principal." "Yeah Oli, go ahead. We have to get back to class anyone. Mr. Lee isn't giving us a free pass. See you later and feel better soon." Emma, Stephanie, Brielle and Zeke left the room. Leaving just me and Brennan behind.

"I'm coming with you." Brennan demanded. "No B it's fine. Honestly. I'll be ok." "No. I'm coming with you. No need to argue with me." He is so damn pushy. "Ok fine. But you can stand outside the bathroom when I go in."

We walked down the hall to the bathroom with Brennan's hand searing heat on my back. His hand was rested on my very lower back. This shit brought butterflies, wait more like a damn zoo in my stomach.

We stopped walking when we reached the bathroom. "You stay here. I'll be 2 minutes tops." "Hurry up Livy. Don't want to keep Mr. Lee waiting." He teased me. When I went into the bathroom, I went to the toilet then washed my face with cold water. I looked awful. I had a black eye and a big bump on my head. I looked awful.

Pushing my tears back, I headed out of the toilet to see Brennan leaning up against the lockers across from the bathroom door. Walking hand and hand down to the principals office, I saw my parents sitting in the waiting room along with Alex's parents too. My mom came rushing up to me telling me how worried she was about me. Mr. Lee came out and said that I could go in first and tell him what happened.

He tried to get Brennan to go back to class, but he wasn't having any of it. In the end he gave up and let Brennan sit in the office with us as I told my side of the story. After 20 minutes of telling him what had happened, it was Alex's turn to go on. She came out of his office with tears rolling down her face. Acting the victim as always.

"Ok so I've decided that Alex will be suspended for 2 weeks. Olivia, you will not be punished but I would recommend you stay at home for the rest of the week." Mr. Lee told us after he called all of us back into the office. I was glad she was suspended but I didn't really want to stay home for the next 2 days. I don't want to miss out on anything big in school.

Alex ran out of the office with the biggest and ugliest crocodile tears running down her face. Her parents apologised for her behaviour on behalf of her. Mr. Lee told me I could take the rest of the day off since there was only 1 hour left.

Brennan went back to class while I went home. He promised me he'd call over when he came back from school. "Sweetie, you just love to attract trouble don't you?" My dad questioned me teasingly as we got home. "It's not my fault that she was an obsessed bitch. Sorry for my language but it's the truth." "We know honey. Why don't you go upstairs, showers and then come downstairs for a snack before Brennan gets here." My mom was always good at knowing what the right thing to do is. And this was one of these moments.

"Yeah that's actually a good idea. If he gets here in the meantime, tell him I'm showering and I'll be down as quick as I can."

I ran upstairs and had a nice long shower. I didn't bother bringing my clothes with me into the bathroom because what's the point? Yano.

I nearly shit myself though when I saw Brennan lying on my bed smirking at me. I mean I was only in a skimpy towel. "Brennan. What the hell are you doing up here." I all buy shrieked at him. "My my Livy. I knew you grew up but damn this sure is a different story. "Brennan get the hell out." "Uh fine Livy. Be a party pooper. I'll be downstairs waiting for you." He walked out of the room so confidently and annoyingly.

I know for sure I'll be walking downstairs in 5 minutes with bright red cheeks.

I walked downstairs hearing laughter coming from the kitchen. I walked in seeing my mom and Brennan sitting at the island. "Hey. Where's dad?" I questioned walking into the kitchen. "Oh sweetie. He had to go back into work. You know how he always says the place won't run by itself. I'll need to go back in too soon enough. I have a meeting in an hour." She said checking her watch. "Oh mom go. I don't want to make you late for your meeting. Me and Brennan will be fine here. And thank you for the food as well." She didn't make me much but still it's the thought that counts.

She made me a fruit salad with Greek yoghurt on the side. She made one for Brennan too. "Alrighty then my lovelies. I'll leave you two to it. Olivia, I'll see you at dinner."

Now it's just me and Brennan left in the house. I sat down at the island across from him and ate my fruit salad. "You sure you don't mind staying with me? You don't have work to do for tomorrow?" "Livy relax. It's fine. Before I came over, I got my work done. I had a free last period so I left." He told me.

"What do you wanna do then? Maybe watch a movie?" "Yeah I don't mind. I'll do anything you want." He winked at me. "Ok. Come on. We'll go up to my room and watch something on Netflix." I said while getting up and putting my dish and Brennan's in the dishwasher. "Livy. You cheeky girl. Trying to get me in bed with you already?" He said to me cheekily. "Shut up you oof. Let's go."
