I was standing in the balcony, enjoying the cool morning breeze when I felt small hands wrap around my torso.

"Good morning Keira" I said turning around and holding her close

"Good molnin' Abhi" she said in a sleepy voice and rested her head on my chest. We stayed like that until she broke the silence

"You are missing grandpa, right. Today is the day"

"Hmm...." Today is the day grandpa left us four years ago

Flashback

Me and kiu were standing in front of grandpa's bed. His condition has gone downhill specially after knowing about Sanjay uncle. He doesn't have much time now.

"Doll thank you so much for everything you have done for us. I'm glad that my decision to marry you to Abhiman was successful" grandpa's voice was weak and almost inaudible

"Grandpa you should rest. Don't overexert yourself" I said

"Abhi take care of Keira and everyone else okay. You are the new head of the family" he held my hands and stroked it. It's so difficult to see him in this condition

"Doll, will you complete my last wish" he said looking at Keira, whom I know is in worse condition than I am

"A-Anything f-for y-you g-grandpa" I held her to my chest and try to calm her down

"Take care of this family, don't let them break apart alright. I know only you are the one who can keep them all together" grandpa held her hand and kissed her forehead as she bend down

"Ofcourse grandpa" she kissed grandpa's cheeks in return "you always fullfill my every wish, so will you fullfill my last wish to you too "

"Yes my doll what is it" he said with a small smile

"You have to forgive Vijay dad, he still thinks you are disappointed with him for choosing a different career" Oh Keira, still thinking about everyone else. How can she be so selfless

"I was never disappointed in him, mere angry. Can you send him in I want to talk to my son before leaving this world" grandpa said and we both hugged him before leaving and telling dad to meet him

This is day dad and grandpa's ignorance ended and this is also the day grandpa left us forever

Dhruv joined the marketing department after completing his college and I cleaned up all the traitors from the Empire. Now it has reached new heights.

"I miss him too" Keira's voice bought my attention back "Everyone is getting ready for visiting the temple. I also want to go" she said looking at me

"Sorry sweetheart you know you can't go. The doctor has said you need bed rest. C'ommon you shouldn't stay on your feet for too long" I said and took her back to bed

"But I'm bored laying down all the time Abhi. This is all your child's fault, he's giving me so much trouble" Keira said with a pout. She looks so cute with a round tummy and that silly pout.

"Harsh will be here to accompany you, you'll not get bored" I said

Harsh is Aarav and Jasmine's two year old son. Aarav and Jasmine's marriage was under the conception of pregnancy.

She was pregnant before marriage so our family have to agree for their marriage, but unfortunately they lost their first child. Which was also the reason for their destroying relationship.

Kamini aunty's state also improved with harsh's presence. She is still attending the psychiatrist sessions and mom accompany her everytime.

Both of their relationship also improved. With the whole families support and Keira's stubbornness, Kamini aunty's state started improving.

Keira has literally made our broken family a joint family. She even talked me out of moving back to America. So now Luca is incharge of the business there. Luca and Aria also had a baby boy.

"Liam and Divya will also go with my family, do tell mom I forgot to inform her" Keira said as I helped her laying down

"Ofcourse" how can I forget that rascal. Anyways Keira apparently set them up for a date without their knowledge and so with quite a slow progress they both are engaged now but they can't have their marriage because Keira has literally threatened them to keep their marriage after her delivery because she doesn't want to appear fat in her best friends marriage.

"Stay here I'll get you something to eat, you need to take your medicines" I lay a soft kiss on her forehead and went back. On my way I informed mom of Liam and Divya's visit

"Lay with me Abhi" Keira said patting the bed. I sat beside her and scooped her in my arms

"What are you thinking sweetheart" I said lightly massaging her waist and back

"How things changed so much. You were such an ice block when we first met and now all soft cotton candy" Keira said

"Huh! You were the one who ignored my presence on our first meeting dear" I said as she giggled

"Oh hush! Don't forget about how you glared daggers at Liam when he gave me chocolates" Keira said

"Right..... For a girl who wasn't even able to spell chocolate correctly, choco" she hit me on my chest

"What about you, calling me during work and flirting with me after work hours in your office" she said

"What about the complains you did to mom and grandpa about me, huh" I said as we both started laughing remembering all the time and sweet moments we shared.

When she changed me in this time period I wasn't even able to understand. But the best thing that happened in my life is that grandpa didn't listen to my tantrums rather arranged our marriage.

"Remember the day you confessed your feelings" she said

"And you reciprocated it, that was the day I'll never forget in my whole life" I said

"I love you Keira and my little bundle of joy too" I rubbed small circles on her protruding belly

"We love you too, what do you want it to be" she looked at me

"I want it to be a girl, there are too many boys in our family" I said

"True, I don't know how will I manage if we have a son and he has your personality. Oh god I love you a lot but please don't provide that combination in our baby"

'Keira and her dramatic self' I thought as I chuckled at her

"A little baby girl is all we need to complete our short family" I said and kissed her

"Yes; you, me and our baby against the whole world" Keira said and kissed me back
