It's been two weeks since I have joined Rajvansh Empire. So far I have already memorized the inside out of the whole empire. Also I have gotten in touch with the marketing departments head, getting information out of him won't be so difficult.

As I went downstairs I heard the loud noise of mom and Kamini aunty shouting at each other. I have also came to understand about the working of Rajvanshi's and that is the decision in this family is made by grandpa Raj or Abhi and no one else.

Everyone has to follow their instructions and commands. Kamini aunty and mom took turns at alternate weeks to prepare food as the food is always made by the family rather than the maids or cook.

But Kamini aunty slept in late and thus no breakfast was prepared. Both of them are shouting so loud, I swear if we had neighbours they would surely file a complaint against us.

"Why does mom and Kamini aunty have to create such a big fuss about it" I said to jasmine di as she was near me

"This is a regular thing, nothing new. Mom doesn't like anything about Rajvanshi's and she had literally gone mad after dad's accident" she wispered back to me

"Can you elaborate it a bit more Di" maybe I can get some useful information as Kamini aunty is related to the clause of the contract.

"Hm...... When mom and dad married things were fine but within a year of their marriage mom started having temper tantrums which they mostly ignored. After that her behaviour started degrading but all of them overlooked it thinking it's just her mood swings as she was pregnant"

"But the situation worsened after Aarav's birth. Mom wanted to separate from the Rajvanshi's but she had a talk with dad and he somehow calmed her down. Then the following few years were peaceful except that she never interacted with anyone."

"But after Dhruv's birth she proposed to get a divorce with dad but the Rajvanshi's never have divorce so she had to stay here, her voice of shouting and fighting with dad on a regular basis was clear to everyone"

"When dad had an accident she again asked for divorce but was still rejected and started to stay away from dad. That's why they both stay in separate rooms. To calm her anger down grandpa gave her the Empire's marketing contracts so that both of them could work together on it".

"When Aarav and I married, due to me belonging to a lower class family their were a lot of troubles and when they finally excepted me it was like, her last straw of patience broke and she accused the whole family for destroying her life."

"Since then she never likes anyone of the Rajvanshi's near her and fight with badi mom whenever she gets the chance. She even fought with grandpa for making her live this sort of life"

After jasmine di narrated the whole story it's like Kamini aunty hates this family and wants to destroy it, maybe that's why she made that clause. I need to find more about it.

"Enough" Abhiman's voice boomed in the dining area and their was a pin drop silence. It would be difficult to guess that their was a fight going on just a minute ago.

"All of you back to your work. Kamini aunty go and prepare the breakfast, those who want to have breakfast can stay. I am leaving for the office." Saying this he went outside and I ran behind him as he is my ride ofcourse.

I like to go with him to the office but no one in the office saw us together so they don't know anything and Abhi is fine giving me a ride.

"Abhi I want to ask you a question" I said turning to look at him

"You can ask anything" he said

"Why Kamini aunty handles the marketing department, she doesn't know anything about it then....?" I said making a confused face

"Sanjay uncle helps her in maintaining the marketing department. It was an apology gift from grandpa to her after Sanjay uncle's accident, so she doesn't feel left out by us" he told me, but his voice was cold.

Then he drove to a nearby restaurant. I looked at him confused. Why are we here, shouldn't we be going to the office.

"Let's have breakfast first I don't want you to stay empty stomach. You are already too thin and look malnourished" he said helping me out of the car and we went inside the restaurant holding hands together. This brings old memories back.

After having breakfast we left for office. The whole day was spent just working on the presentation for the upcoming meeting with the clients. This will be my first presentation of interior designing. I just hope they like my designs or I'm doomed.

Aarav bhai said my designs are good and according to the wishes the clients have mentioned, but I'm still worried I don't want to disappoint Abhi and Aarav bhai with my lack of information in this field.

After finishing everything up, I called Liam and asked him to find out about the relation between Kamini aunty and the head of the marketing department. Also to get all the information about her maternal family.

With everything finished I layed on the bed to sleep. When Abhi joined me I snuggled into him. I could feel him getting tensed then he relaxed and hugged me back, burying his face in my hair. It's not wrong he's my husband so what if I'm acting bold, he's too comfy to reject.
