I woke up to the sound of shuffling around me. I looked up to see Abhiman dressed in a suit. I turned to look at the time to see it's already eight.

'Oh sh*t! How can I sleep till now'. It's not like I wake up early or something but I was specifically told to wake up early today by mumma

"Why didn't you wake me up?" I said to Abhiman while rushing in the closet to get my clothes for today

"You were tired yesterday and were sleeping soundly so I didn't wanted to disturb you" that's the last thing I heard before dashing into the bathroom to get ready

I wore an anarkali suit and some light accesories along with my mangalsutra and vermillion.

After getting ready I went outside the room and saw one of the maid and asked her the way to the living room. This is a huge mansion I'll need time to get used to it.

I reached the living room and saw grandpa and Vijay uncle sitting there but still their was a complete silence. I took both their blessings. Siya mom saw me while entering the room and asked me to come to the kitchen with her.

"Kiu for your first day today you need to cook breakfast for everyone" mom said

"Mom... I-" before I could say further she cut me off

"I know you don't know how to cook, that's why just prepare a sweet dish. How about kheer it's the easiest one" she said

"Yes kiu, we will prepare the breakfast and you can make the dessert" jasmine di said

"I know how to bake so can I make cookies or muffins" I said with an embraced smile. I really don't know how to cook even to save my life but I used to bake with mumma.

They both laughed at me and mom said "okay, you can make them but prepare the kheer also as per tradition. We will help you out"

I agreed and with the help of mom and Di, I made the kheer. After that they both got busy in making the breakfast and I made some muffins for everyone.

Soon everyone was called for breakfast. I sat down on the seat beside Abhi. Everyone served themselves and started eating. I don't know why but the atmosphere seems quite gloomy.

No one was even talking to each other, but seems like it's normal as they all had the breakfast without any notice of this. I didn't feel comfortable with this silence but kept my mouth shut.

After breakfast the maids served the kheer to everyone. Now I was quite anxious as I know my cooking skills might even be worst than an amature.

"What is this? Do you want us to die because of so much sugar" came Kamini aunty's loud scolding "you don't even know how to cook a single thing and think you can learn Rajvansh's customs and want to be a part of this family" she started mocking me. I don't know what her problem really is, why does she hate me so much.

"She doesn't need to be a part of this family" Abhi suddenly spoke in a deadly cold voice which even send a shiver down my spine "because she is a part of this family"

Grandpa Raj also supported Abhi's words and said "she already is Mrs. Abhiman Rajvansh, I hope you know it's meaning. Doll the kheer is very nice just a little bit more sweet. Also you didn't marry as cook for this family, so don't need to make anything else in the future too"

"Okay grandpa but I made my famous muffins and also your favourite Mint tea" I said smiling at them and bought the muffins and tea out, so that this horrible breakfast can be over with atleast a small smile on their faces.

Everyone liked my muffins and Aarav bhai and Dhruv even started to fight for them, but Luca took the whole tray with him. When breakfast was over, Luca asked Abhiman about his returning time, I almost forgot that Abhi doesn't stay here.

This is not good if we'll go how will I get the information about Rajvansh Empire. I made eye contact with grandpa but he blinked reassuring at me.

"I'm not going back for now" Abhi said and I can see the happiness in mom and dad's face. Even Aarav bhai and Dhruv looks happy about it. Kamini aunty's frown was even prominent now. Sanjay uncle gave a small smile.

After their discussion Abhi was getting ready to go to his office. This is my opportunity to enter into the empire. So I spoke up "Grandpa can I also start working"

He looked at me with confusion while I winked at him secretly and he got the idea. "Why are you asking this to me of course you can, there's no need to ask"

"Where do you work kiu?" Jasmine di asked

"I work at MCD Corporation as an interior designer" I said smiling at her

"Why don't you work at our Empire doll I asked this before but that time you rejected. Now you are a part of Rajvansh you should be aware of your property" grandpa Raj said taking a step ahead of our plan

"Yeah kiu, I have seen the designing of your house, they were amazing. You will be a powerful asset for our Empire" Aarav bhai added. Good the plan is going smoothly

"Yes that way you will be with Abhi and Aarav. I will also be at ease. Abhi what do you think" mom said taking everyone's attention towards Abhi.

"But-" before I could say anything else Abhi cut me off

"Alright, I am fine with it"

"Good, then kiu you can start working in Rajvansh Empire after three days" grandpa said

"Okay grandpa" I said. Yes, the first step of entering into Rajvansh Empire is successful, now I can increase my pace to find out the mastermind behind all this.

"Now enough of this business talk, Abhi drop kiu back to her house for the ritual and don't forget to bring her back the next morning, you can stay there too" mom said and Abhi nodded while asking me to get ready

I quickly kissed grandpa's Cheek for helping me and went back to our room. Me and Abhi both went to my house in his car. He dropped me off at the front door and said he'll pick me up tomorrow and went back after bidding me bye.
