Have you ever experienced the situation where you want the event to never happen but still you are forced to be a part of it. I'm experiencing something familiar, well not entirely similarly but still.

Keira is crying and I just want to wipe those tears away but I can't do anything except to stand and give her a silent support.

The reason she is crying because she have to leave her family today. Some of these events I just don't want to be a part off.

We were moving towards the entrance of the house with Keira throwing the rice grains to her back. When we reached the door she hugged her family and cried miserably.

Even her family was having tears in their eyes. They exchanged some words with each other and then we moved out of the house. My parents consoled her family while I made her sit inside the car.

After some words with the Singhania's I went inside the car to see Keira still sobbing and having hiccups in between. All her kajal and makeup was smeared. But she still looks beautiful and even more delicate.

The car started moving out of the Singhania residence and she kept on seeing backward. After sometime I grabbed her hand to stop her from looking back.

"Keira it's okay, you will see them again. I know you love your family a lot but please stop crying or you will get sick. You're immune system is weak and you know that" I said while wiping her tears with my thumb

"Plus I don't want your family to accuse me of making you sick in just the beginning of our marriage. No, you should not get sick ever" I said in a mischievous tone

She chuckled softly and gave me a small smile "thank you"

"Always" saying this I kissed her forehead

Then she wiped out her face with wet tissue and drank some water. After ten minutes or so she fell asleep on my shoulder. Must be tired after so much crying.

I let her sleep until we reached the Rajvansh mansion. I woke her up softly so that she doesn't jerk up. She fixed herself a bit and we got out of the car and moved towards the entrance where mom was waiting.

Mom did both of our Aarti and asked Keira to kick the kalash (pot) filled with rice. Then we moved inside and Keira put her feet in the Alta (red colour) and walked forward leaving a trail of her footprints.

We both sat on the couch for some other rituals. "Mom can't we do it some other time, I'm tired"

"Shut up, you can go after this ritual." Mom scolded me

"Oh common badi mom, bhai must be getting restless to be with kiu alone" Aarav teased us to which everyone around us laughed and Keira's ears and cheeks turned red.

I rolled my eyes at him and gave him a look to 'shut up'. Jasmine bought the dish filled with milk and rose petals and then dropped a ring inside it.

"Whoever will find this ring first will have an upper hand in the marriage" Mom said and we both dipped our hands in the milk.

"It doesn't matter who will win, upper hand will always be of Keira" Aria said and everyone agreed with her.

"So nice family and friends I have, they don't even take my side" I said as everyone again laughed and even Keira giggled and took out her hand from the milk showing the ring to everyone which caused them to dubbed in laughter.

I narrowed my eyes at her to which she gave me her famous smile. We both dipped our hands again and this time I took hold of her hand. She looked at me with wide eyes while trying to get her hand out of my hold.

I was enjoying seeing her struggle like this when suddenly she digged her nails in my palm, causing me to loosen my hold as she freed her palm. Before I can grab it again she removed it from the milk and showed the ring.

"Ha.... Keira won anyway. You will be having a hard time Abhiman. We choose the right party" Luca said giving a high five to Aarav. Such good friends I have indeed

Then jasmine and aria took Keira to my room while I instructed the staff to keep her luggage in my room. Then I went to my room but was stopped by aria and Jasmine.

"Bhai you don't have a sister so you have to give both of us something before you can enter" jasmine said forward her palm with a mischievous smile

"Like you even need it, anyway common I have something for you both" I said and took them to my study. I have already bought gifts for them as I don't have any sister and mom agreed to it.

"Here you go" I said forwarding the gift

"You already bought something for us" jasmine said

"Wow! It's so beautiful and it's the limited addition. Thank you so much Abhi" Aria said hugging me

"Thank you bhai" jasmine said and hugged me too

"Well I don't really have any sister and you both were the one who did those rituals so" I shrugged my shoulders. I'm just happy they liked it

I went back to my room and saw Keira half sitting and half sleeping on the bed. She looks so beautiful and this view is making her look enchanting. When I closed the door she looked up at me and smiled

"You should go and get changed, your luggage has already arrived" I helped her up

"You can go and get changed it'll take time for me to remove these jewelry" she said walking towards her luggage

"Alright, the door on the right side is the closet" I said while entering the bathroom to fresh up

When I came outside I didn't find Keira in the bedroom so I went to the closet and saw her sleeping with her head on the dressing table.

I gently shook her awake "why are you sleeping here"

"Sorry, I was taking these pins out of my hair but then my hands started to hurt so I rested a bit and don't know when I fell asleep" she said while rubbing her eyes with her fist.

"Hmm....." I stopped her from rubbing her eyes and helped in removing the pins.

She went to the bathroom to get fresh and came back in a huge plain top and sweatpants. She looks cute in it.

"I can sleep on the couch and you can take the bed" I said as I don't want her to be uncomfortable

"No need we can both sleep on the bed it's big enough" she said while settling on the right side of the bed.

"You sure" I just want to be double sure on this

She nodded her head and then we both went to sleep. It was a tiring day and many more will come.
