He is the head of the family and Keira's father. He was a lawyer and after retirement; started to teach law students. He loves his little princess the most. She is always his top priority. He loves his wife and children very much. Appears to be strict but is a big teddy bear for his daughter.

She is Keira's mother; a housewife and the only one who can make Keira listen to her. Always worries about her wellbeing and health. Scolds Keira a lot but when saw Keira's sad pout her anger melts into a puddle.

(29y/o) He is Keira's older brother and a cardiologist by profession. He chose to become a doctor to cure his baby sister. Loves his family and have a special place in his heart for Keira.

(27y/o) Keira's sister in law and Krish Singhania's wife. She is a professor at H.D. University. She loves Keira like her own sister. They both share a friendly relationship. Mostly scolds Keira for not taking her medication on time.

Or Adi is a cute little 3 year old boy. He is Krish and Drishti's son and the cutest little thing ever. Mostly sticks with his aunt and loves her a lot. She is his favourite after sweets. Has a sweet tooth.

A 25 year old sweet and beautiful girl, who has a very big heart. She is a pride and joy of her family. Her family members are overprotective of her because she has a weak heart and gets sick quite often. She loves her family a lot and can do anything to make them happy.
