We managed to get inside without Britney and Alpha Dylan noticing.

After an hour of talking to many Alphas from various packs, we sat down.

That's when Britney came," Alpha Blake, we are honoured to have you here."

Blake shook her hand," It's an honour to be here"

I turned around to face her, it was time I faced them. Blake wrapped his arm around my waist introducing," Luna Britney, This is my mate, Alexandra. Lexi..."

She was shocked and hugged me, "Alex!"

I hugged her back and exclaimed, "Britney!"

She had tears in her eyes," I missed you so much! Why did you not inform me you were back? I missed you like crazy sis"

I said as I myself had tears in my eyes, "I missed you too sis... You know the reason...But I don't blame you "

We pulled away from the hug and we sat down. Blake whispered to me," You need to talk with her, it's been three years Lexi... I'll be with Aiden and Landon. Okay?"

I nodded and kissed his cheek.

Britney smiled at us and nodded at Blake who nodded back. Britney started talking," I'm extremely sorry Alex... For what happened three years ago... I don't know what to say..."

I stopped her," Don't Brit... It was not your fault. It was our fate. For you to love Dylan and be his mate. And for me to find myself. Actually, I'm glad I left the pack or in a way that Dylan rejected me. If I didn't leave, I wouldn't have found my biological family or Blake."

Britney asked," How is he your mate? Is he your second chance mate? "

I nodded. She continued," I was Dylan's second chance mate too. We found out when I turned eighteen. But I have to ask, your biological family?"

I said," Yes, I found my biological family. Alpha Aiden is my brother."

She was shocked," I didn't know... Wow."

Our conversation was stopped when Dylan came. He didn't notice me, he started to talk to Britney," Babe? We have to make the speech in five"

She nodded at him and then she said," Dylan... We have a very important guest. Alex is here."

I smiled at him and said," Hey Dylan. How have you been?"

He was surprised, he hugged me," Oh my god! Alex."

He pulled away and apologized," I'm extremely sorry Alex... For what happened three years ago... How are you? – and how did you come back to the pack, I mean I would have known if you entered the pack"

I said," I have a different last name. You wouldn't have noticed, I'm Alpha Blake's mate, and I go by the name Alexandra Grey"

He asked," Grey? As in Alpha Aiden-"

I cut him," Yes... He is my biological brother."

He was surprised himself, he sighed and Britney said," See the rumours are false"

Her eyes widened and then she said to me," Oh my! Sorry Alex"

I laughed and said," Don't worry, I know the rumour"

They both sighed. I felt an arm wrap around my waist.

He said," Alpha Dylan"

Dylan replied," Alpha Blake. I have been waiting to meet you, I have heard a lot about you and congratulations for the restaurant. Alex, sorry about it, Aiden said it was your parent's death anniversary"

I smiled sadly and said," It's okay... Jason and Elliott are there to take care."

They excused themselves to go to the stage.

Blake said," I assume, things are good"

I smiled and said," Yes"

He kissed my forehead. Aiden and Elina joined us. Aiden asked," Why were you talking to him?"

I said as I shrugged my shoulders," Why can't I? He and Britney apologized and I forgave them"

He said," Forgave them? So easily!"

I warned him," Aiden! Things are over, and it was in the past. Why are you not understanding Aiden? "

He continued," Alex! I understand... Fine?"

I hugged him," Thank you"

Our moment was cut off when Dylan started giving his speech. It lasted for around three minutes. Well, he knew how to keep it interesting.

Surprisingly Britney also talked," I would like to thank you all for coming to our pack. Leaving all the work for a week, leaving your Betas in charge of the pack for this meeting. Even though everyone is here for work, I would like everyone to enjoy this week as vacation and enjoy."

Then she looked at me in the eyes and continued," Also, I'm thankful to my friend and sister, Alexandra, who returned to this pack despite the reason she left and forgave us. Also her brother Alpha Aiden, her mate Alpha Blake who brought her to this pack for this event. I again thank you all for being here today."

There was loud applause for their speeches and many whispers broke throughout the crowd.

I hugged Britney and whispered," I knew you did it to clear the rumours Brit"

She whispered back," You always catch me Alex. I wanted everyone to know the rumour was false and Diana to face consequences for creating a false rumour involving two powerful Alphas and my sister."

We both laughed and pulled away.

Blake and I left around midnight. The next day, Blake was gone before I woke up. He left a note saying he left for the meeting and that Britney asked me to meet her near the lake at noon, where all the Luna were planning to meet.

It was already eleven. I groaned.

I took my time and got ready. It was twelve now. I heard the room bell ring, I opened the door to come face to face with AL and Elina.

Before I could close the door both of them pushed me inside and closed the door. I rolled my eyes and said," Are we going or not?"

AL and Elina looked at me like I was crazy and Lina said," Alex! What are you wearing?"

I looked at myself, I was wearing jeans and a hoodie, so I asked," What's wrong with this?"

AL said," Do you know that it's a brunch right?"

I shook my head for a no.

She continued," All of them are dressing up like they are going to a party. Thank god, Lina noticed this before and informed me or we would also be like you. So, now go and change"

I sighed and changed into a one-shoulder black dress that ended mid-thigh and wore my black platforms.

I asked them," Is this okay?"

They grinned and said," You look beautiful... Now come we are already late."

When we were in the lobby, Lina asked," Do you know how to go?"

AL stared at her and said," You didn't know?"

Lina said," How would I know? This is my first time in this pack... It was said that Luna Britney will be taking us with her at twelve. We are late... So I think... they left"

AL huffed," You think?"

Then Lina continued," You know that right...All other Lunas are very ..."

AL said," There are no words to describe them"

I knew the way to the lake. It was another place where Britney and I usually went when I was shouted by her father.

I said," Both of you stop. I know the way, remember I lived in this pack for more than fifteen years."

I led the way, it was a walking distance, a five-minute walk from the hotel.

When we reached the pond, everyone was in groups. As soon as we entered, Britney hugged me and said," Thank god! You came... Do you know how much I have to suffer? Thank the heaven that Emma was with me."

Then Emma hugged me," It's good to see you again Alex... I'm sorry for what happened yesterday in the elevator."

I replied," Why are you sorry? It was nothing"

Then I introduced them," AL, Lina. This is Britney, Dylan's mate and this is Emma, Alpha Cade's mate. Brit, Emma. This is Blake's sister, Alpha Landon's mate, AL and this is Aiden's mate Elina"

They all nodded at each other and we all sat in an empty table. We all started talking about many things, well you can consider gossiping.

Then suddenly Britney said," Do you guys know that there is a female Alpha?"

Emma said," Yes, I met her. She is really nice and beautiful."

I asked," Her mate?"

Britney answered," She hasn't found him yet. I hope she finds soon so that he can help her."

Emma said," I heard it from Cade that many Alphas' don't want to accept her as an Alpha. I mean it's the first time in history, that there is a female Alpha."

I said," I want to meet her"

Everyone replied," Same"

Lina asked," What's her name?"

Britney answered," Hazel Darlington. I asked her to join us after the meeting."

Our conversation was cut short when we heard a howl. I looked at the forest and saw the wolves.

Britney said," Rogues... The pack border has been breached."

She yelled," Everyone, kindly return to the hotel. Now!"

A grey wolf jumped in the middle, a series of screaming were heard.

Britney said," Guys ... return to the hotel."

I said," I'm going to help you...AL! You can't shift ... You are going to return to the hotel... I won't forgive myself if something bad happens to the baby... Please return to the pack"

Emma said," I will help you"

Lina said," I'll go with AL. "

I nodded my head. Around twenty wolves surrounded us after AL and Lina escaped, I shifted into my wolf. Ava was eager to be in her form now.

Britney and Emma were shocked. Emma said," You're a white wolf."

Britney asked," You can shift?"

The wolves started attacking us, simultaneously Britney and Emma shifted into their wolves.

The thing I hated the most in this world is Rogues. They were part of the reason my parents died, part of the reason me being kidnapped as a kid, part of the reason to have some hell in my past, part of the reason I locked myself in my room for a few months in the white moon pack.

There were three wolves surrounding me, ready to attack me. The brown wolf jumped on me ready to bite me. I moved away, letting it fall on the ground. I growled loudly.

I bit the neck and legs of the wolves making it not possible for it to move. I then growled at the other two wolves. Both attacked me at the same time.

Even though I haven't trained for a few days doesn't mean I lose my touch.

There was a secret no one knew other than Aiden

It isn't a weapon. I hate violence because it hurts people. On the contrary, I cure people.
