Today is the day I'm joining the pack. Exactly a week from my 18th birthday. Yesterday, I shifted into a beautiful white wolf. White wolves are rare , but Aiden said that our mom and Aunt Zoey are white wolves. It was in their blood. Aunt Zoey said that a few centuries ago the moon goddess blessed our bloodline saying that every female born in this bloodline will be a white wolf. Aunt Zoey also said that she does not know why the moon goddess blessed our bloodline but she said that our ancestors helped the moon goddess, in return the moon goddess blessed us.

Now I'm getting ready for the ceremony. Its 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The ceremony starts at 5. I have 2 hours to get ready. Aunt Zoey said she wants to do my make-up. I took a bath and wore my robe. After an hour and a half I changed into my dress. I put on the heels and went to see myself in the mirror. I was wearing a high low white and rose coloured dress and white heels and my make up was natural.

while I was in crescent moon I never attended any ceremony. I was always a maid there. So I never had chance to dress up.

I turned around and saw Aunt Zoey in a beautiful knee length red coloured dress. "You look beautiful Aunty" I said.

She said "Thank you sweetheart. You look gorgeous in that dress of yours. I'm proud that my hard work really paid ( Aunt Zoey did Alex's makeup and hairstyle so she is proud that Alex looked beautiful ) Now come on Alex the boys are waiting downstairs" I blushed at her compliment and followed her.

I walked down the stairs. Aiden, Jason, Uncle Nathan and a guy and a beautiful girl dressed in a blue colour dress were standing.

At the sound of our heels they turned up. Aiden came towards me and said "You look beautiful sis. Aunty you too look beautiful"

I blushed ad said "Thank you Aid" Jason came to me "Wow sis! Mom really did a good work. Now I want you to meet the pack's gamma and my best friend Andrew or in short Drew and his mate Sophie"

Andrew said" Jason I said I'll introduce myself.Okay. Alex as he introduced I'm Drew, and this is my beautiful mate Sophie. It was pleasure to finally meet you. I was at Sophie 's parents house which is in another pack and I returned just 3hrs before so that's why I was not able to meet you when you came. "

I replied" it's okay. Atleast I finally got to meet the gamma and his mate. "

Sophie came and hugged me" Atlast I have a girl of my age to talk. You know with these three i can never talk about fashion, boys and other girl stuff. Now I have you, you are gonna be my bestie "

I replied" of course, i never had a best friend to talk about my problems. But now I have you " And I found out me and Sophie have a lot in common.

After talking for some time we went to the pack hall. There were more than two hundred people here. I asked Aiden in a whisper" How many people are there in this pack? " He smiled and replied" 350. Now come let's start the ceremony "

After the rituals got over, many people came and introduced themselves to me. Many hugged me and many told that I looked like my mom.

It was now 10 o'clock at night. Everyone finished our dinner and was talking. Someone tapped my shoulder, I turned around and saw no one. It was weird. Then again someone tapped, the next instant I smacked them. The person was none other than Jason.

"Jason!! Why are you doing this? If you want to talk you can come and talk. Why are u tapping and going?" I asked

Jason replied " What! I just now tapped your shoulder asking whether you want a drink. I didn't tap your shoulder before."

I asked "Then who would it be? Now leave it let's enjoy"

Jason too agreed and we both went inside and danced, talked and a few minutes later Aiden, Sophie and Drew joined.

After dancing some more, I changed into my pyjama and went to bed. Suddenly, I felt a pain in my neck, the place where my mark would be. I started screaming. I heard my bedroom door opening, " Alex are u alright?" I heard the voice of Aiden. Then I heard Jason's voice " I mind linked the pack doctor she would be here."

I heard a female voice now " Alex. I'm Emma, the pack doctor. Now tell me where is it paining?"

I tried to speak but a scream escaped my mouth. I lifted my hand to the place where my mark will be.

She spoke now" Have you found your mate? "

Instead of me Aiden spoke" she found her mate " , Jason continued" but that as***le rejected her "

From their voice I cam tell that they both were angry. Now I heard uncle Nathan and Aunt Zoey' voice" What!!? "

I heard Drew's voice now" what is happening to her doc? "

I didn't hear a reply, I slowly opened my eyes and saw a panicked Sophie, who spoke now," Her mate is marking another person"

I felt myself fall into a deep slumber.
