Chapter 16

When Rocky had awoken he had discovered he was in a dark room, laying on a smelly, dirty and rickety cot. He tried sitting up but found his wrists and ankles were tied together. He tried with all his strength to struggle free but he was weak and had a very big migraine forming.

It was quiet all around him and the room didn't have much light or a window for that matter. He was trying to control all the emotions running through his mind.

What happened to him? Where is he and why is he tied up for?! Where was Aiden?! Is he in the house tied up somewhere? Is she safe?

The questions in his mind made him start stirring side to side.

The bed rocked and the sounds of his chains rattled against the quiet air, making him feel horrified.

Just then he heard the familiar screams of Aiden outside the door but it sounded like it was further down the hall.

"No, please l-let me and Rocky go! Please, what do you want from me?" Rocky felt anger and worry rise in his body and adrenaline rushed through him to go to Aiden and protect her.

He fought hard against his restraints to get free despite having a bad headache.

What was going on and why was Aiden trapped here too? What was this person going to do with her?

Rocky didn't know and he didn't want to find out, he just wanted to save them both.

He yanked on the rope that were tied around his wrists, causing his hands to become red and numb for a few moments. The rope work was well done, so he couldn't get it loose no matter what he tried.

What was going on? How in the world did the man know that the two of them where spying on them?

Just then the door slammed open and Rocky turned over to see the same man who broke into grandpas cabin earlier enter the room, pulling Aiden by her hair and dragging her harshly across the floor into the bedroom.

Rocky's breathe deepened and he was beginning to panic.

Aidens face was red with pain and filled with tears blanketing her cheeks.

"Please, please let Rocky go!" Aiden pleaded with the tall man he has a horrible stench and his clothes where tattered and torn, lots of different stains on them Rocky felt disgusted just looking at the man.

"Shut up, you twit." The man then threw Aiden harshly into the floor and spat right on her. He kicked her a few times and then turned around.

"I'll let you out when you agree to do what I want." The man said he then closed the door and locked it behind him.

Aiden was laying sprawled out on the floor, crying softly to herself. When she managed to get herself together she stood up and turned to face Rocky who was tied up on the bed.

She crawled towards him and used what strength she has left to take off his cloth around his mouth and un tangle his wrists free.

The moment he was loose Rocky got up and hugged Aiden tightly, holding her as close as he could to his body. He was trembling in fear on the inside but wanted to keep it a secret from her. He wanted to be brave for her.

"Aiden, are you alright? Wh-what's going on!?" Rocky kept her in his embrace tightly she wrapped her arms around him and tried to calm down with long breathes.

"R-Rocky I kn-know who that m-man is and I know who....I am now." Aiden mumbled she started petting his soft brunette hair and she pulled away looking deeply into his eyes.

"Huh? What do you mean, Aiden? Did you get your memory back!" Rocky asked he put a hand gently over her head and stared deeply into her eyes, he was almost getting lost within them. His eyes were filled with excitement and fear as well.

Aiden didn't respond right away she sniffles and nodded her head lightly.

Rocky beams with excitement and he hugged her even harder.

"Wow, really? That's ama-"

Aiden stopped him by holding her hand to tell him to be quiet. Rocky got confused and cocked his head to the side in question, waiting for Aiden to continue.

"That man told me...everything. He is my...step father, Rocky." She choked out, she could barely looked at him.

Rocky's mouth widen and he was also speechless. He didn't know what to say.

"Those girls, from my dream are my sisters. I met them too. They tried to explain to me what happened but my step father wouldn't let them finish so he dragged me into here with you. I'm actually happy i can be with you I'll be able to know your safe." Aiden explained.

Rocky felt warmth and love from Aidens words on the inside. Butterflies where brushing against his stomach and soaring into his throat, despite their situation.

"That's really sweet Aiden, thank you. How are we going to get out of here?" Rocky asked out loud. He searched the room to find anything they could use as a weapon to escape.

He then remembered about his walky talkies and went to reach for it but it wasn't their.

"The walky talkie is gone! I can't call colt for help!" Rocky said, panicked.

Aiden was staying silent.

"But wait, if we are here long enough I know my brothers will come looking for us anyway. They will know something is wrong." Rocky said he was reassured by his own words that they were going to be rescued no matter what.

Just then the door flung open and Aidens step father stormed into the room. Rocky held Aiden to his chest and glared up at the tall man at the open door with pure anger.

"Who do you think you are? Coming around my house and sneaking around like some burglar. You have no right being anywhere near here or my daughter." The man growled and spat on the floor towards Rocky and a shaking Aiden.

Rocky build up his courage and stood on his feet getting his ninja pose ready and his fist clenched, he stand in front of Aiden.

"Where is Aidens sisters? You have no right to treat them this way and they belong to a better home."

"You think you can take them away from

Me? All by your lonesome, pathetic self? Where are your brothers? Your all alone and can't fight me. Your a weakling little mule." Rocky was disgusted at this mans appearance and the smell of alcohol was pouring out of his mouth with every word it made Rocky want to vomit.

Before challenging the elder, Rocky glances around the room to look for any kind of useful material he can use as a weapon of protection.

On the floor he found an old mop and bucket. Not sure if it would be any good. He hoped there would be some kind of other item in the room he can use.

Just then Rocky looks past the elder man and saw two younger girls cowering at the doorway. They had dirt clots everywhere and cuts and bruises all over them. It made Rocky's blood boiled.

He wonders if Aiden had escaped somehow and been trying to find help to rescue her siblings?

"Yes, I do. You have no right keeping them here any longer, hurting and abusing them

the way you do and god knows what else you do! You have no right calling yourself a father, either. Your nothing but an alcoholic, anusive old bastard." Rocky screamed he had the angriest eyes Aiden has ever seen. She was almost scared of him herself.

She turns to look at her father who was glaring right back at Rocky equally. Rocky gulped as the elder man was towering over him.

In a blink of an eye Rocky was pulled up off the floor by his shirt collar and before he knew it the man was slapping and punching him constantly until Rocky was spitting out blood!

"No daddy, stop! Don't hurt him!l" Aiden tried she tried desperately to shake the man off Rocky but it was no use, she was thrown to the hard, cold floor herself. She hit the ground with a loud bang.

Seeing Aiden hurt brought Rocky more fury and anguish. When the man was finally finished he tossed Rocky harshly aside, spat on him directly and stormed out of the door without exchanging anyone words, only the slam or the door.

At this point Aiden was in tears she heard her father lock the door on the other side. She crawled over to Rocky and hugged him.

"Rocky, are you ok!? I'm so sorry! I never should have got us to come here! This is the whole reason why I ran away in the first place!"

Aiden said in between sobs. She was shaking again and Rocky places her head gently on his shoulder trying to comfort her. He didn't care if his face was scratched and bruised. He had to find a way to get them and her sisters away from this man!

Well my friends, here is another new update!! Yay!

I got some good news! I am getting my second vaccine tomorrow! I am a little nervous and it's also Max Elliot Slades birthday as well tomorrow! I will be having a 3 Ninjas marathon this weekend in celebration lol even though Rocky is my favourite!
