"How could you put Winter through this," Mary Margaret asks, angry that Regina has spilled the innocent's name. "Well, excuse me, but I wasn't left much choice when being electrocuded! Also, I didn't think that a name would matter but then I forgot that Neal was in a relationship with that bitch." David and Mary Margaret both shush her. "Don't say that! Emma has just lost him.." Snow mutters.
They tell Regina that she can stay in bed and rest while they would go and get Henry, who was still being cared for by Granny. They take Emma, drive to the park and were just too late to see Gold's attempted murder on his grandson. Mary Margaret tells her daughter to talk to Henry while they stay with Gold to tell him the horrible news. He didn't want to hear them at first, but when they tell him that he was shot his whole demeanor changes.
They tell him the whole story of the portal and the wound while Mr Gold gasps for breath. "That's not all, Mr Gold," Mary Margaret says, looking uncomfortably at her husband. "What could possibly be put on top of that," he asks. The princess takes a deep breath and looks at Henry, who was receiving the news from his mother. She then looks him in the eye. "Tamara and Greg have escaped. They were looking.. looking for Winter. The two of them might have found her already."
They then tell him about the self-destruct, how they will all die from it, and ask Gold for help, but he declines and walks off. David asks him if he didn't want to stop the people that killed Baelfire and are threatening his daughter. But Mr Gold was a man grieving. He told him how Neal's death was his fault, as he brought magic here and that it killed him. He tells them how he has made peace with dying and walks away.
In the mines, Greg, Tamara and Hook are searching for something. The pickaxes of the dwarves. They explain that when they hit the trigger with the pickaxe, it will activate it and everyone of Storybrooke will die, including them and Hook. Including Rumplestiltskin. Mendell explains how they are willing to die for their cause and ask if Hook does so to, to which he answers yes. Tamara lays the trigger on a rock so that Greg could smash it and activates it.
It flies up in the air and sends a flash of blue around. They quickly leave the mines as the whole town starts to shake. "Now we need to get the girl," Tamara whispers to her boyfriend. They nod at each other and leave.
When the Charmings, now added Henry, return to their condo, they find Regina back on her feet. The boy hugs his second mother when an earthquake hits. Regina confirms it was a sign that the trigger was activated. Henry asks if they will all die now, but his adoptive mother explains that he will live as he's from this world.
Emma tells Regina to fix it as it was her fault, but the latter tells her she knows no way out. As the two scream at each other, Henry comes in between and asks for unity as he didn't want to lose anyone else after his dad. At that moment a certain someone walks in, saying that 'the lad has a point'. The new visitor was served with a punch to the nose from David.
Prince Charming orders for him to tell why he's there before he would use his gun, from which he just removed the safety to prove his point. Emma asks why he was even there if he worked with Tamara and Greg for his revenge. Hook explains quite frankly that they didn't tell him before that he would die to get it. The blonde sheriff says that they don't have time. Regina tells them all that there is no way to stop the trigger, but that she could slow it down. Not that it would help, in her opinion, as she only slows down the inevitable.

David comes up with a plan to take the beans back from Greg and Tamara and that they could portal everyone back to the Enchanted Forest. Emma was not certain it would work as they don't know where the two are, but Hook buts in and tells them that he knows where the two are hiding and offers to help.
It was then decided that the captain and David, just to make sure he holds up his end of the bargain, go find the beans, Emma and Regina would slow down the diamond and Mary Margaret and Henry will gather everyone so they are ready to leave. Before Henry leaves with his grandmother, Regina tells him how sorry she is for everything that's happened and that she did.
While the two share a moment, Hook pulls Emma and Snow White aside. "Make sure to get everyone out of Storybrooke.." "Why, what's in it for you," the blonde asks him. She didn't trust the pirate for as far as she could throw him. "I made a deal when I let Aurora go. I want to see Winter." Both the women's eyebrows shoot high up.
"Why would you," Mary Margaret wants to know. Hook sighs. "I had Winter on my ship when I took her back to the Enchanted Forest. She is a good lass who doesn't deserve whatever that island and it's inhabitants did to her. All I want is to see if she's gotten over it." Mother and daughter look at each other, trying to find a way to let it down on him easily.
"I'm afraid that talking to her might be impossible.." the princess starts. "She's under a Sleeping Curse," Emma adds when Hook looks confused. A blank look spreads over the pirate's face when he hears that. "The poor thing," he sighs. Before he can say more, Henry walks up to Mary Margaret so they can leave. He looks a little numb and they can see he had looked forward to meeting Winter again. The group part ways, each on their own mission.
Mr Gold walks from the back of his shop to the front when he heard multiple people there. It were the dwarves that were searching for Sneezy's stein. Apparently the Blue Fairy found a way to make a potion which returns the memories lost when he crossed the town border. Grumpy explains how she's found the missing ingredient when she turned August back into a boy.
Grumpy tells the other dwarves to take Sneezy back to the diner and walks up to Rumplestiltskin. He tells him about the second dose that Mother Superior made for Belle and gives the vial to Gold. He tells him not to let her die as Lacey. Grumpy leaves and Lacey appears from the back, thinking that Mr Gold had been gone for a while. He denies that something was going on.
Hook and David find Greg burning some files in a haste and going back inside the building. They follow after him. The two of them find Greg and order him to give them the beans while holding him under shot. They didn't see Tamara, who shoots at them. David runs after her while Hook and Greg fight for the beans. Tamara stumbles and loses her weapon, but David couldn't do anything to her as he was tackled to the ground.
Greg and Tamara get away. Prince Charming wanted to go after them, but Hook holds him back and reveals he got a hand on one of them. David takes the bean from him and tells the captain he 'isn't his mate' before leaving. The pirate goes after him. In the mines Regina and Emma found the diamond. Only there the Queen reveals that containing the destruction will take all her energy: she won't be going with them.

Emma begs her not to do it, but Regina was sure. She created this, now she will put an end to it. It's only fitting that it takes her life. This will be her redemption. Regina raises her hands and she spells the diamond. Emma didn't want to leave her here, but the others needed her.
Lacey and Gold drink to the end of the world, hoping the alcohol would numb the pain. Mr Gold sighs. He had lost his son and was on the brink of losing Winter as well. But, he was certain, no magical power will get through the shield around her. Lacey spills the beverage and tries to clean it with Bae's shawl. Mr Gold stops her immediately and realises something. He doesn't want Belle, his lovely Belle, to die as the horrid persona of Lacey. He doesn't want to spend his last minutes with a fake of the person he loves. He takes the shattered cup and repairs it with magic. The potion was poured inside it and offered to Lacey, who drinks it without knowing what it was.
She gasps when she sees Rumple, her beloved. Belle kisses him while he mutters his excuses for waking her up, only to die. He tells her that he needs her and they hug while pouring their hearts out.
Emma, David and Hook go to the diner, where everyone is grouping to leave. They show the bean that was saved by the two guys, but Henry asks how Regina would get through. When he mentions the Wraith they saved her from, Mary Margaret comes with the idea to send the self-destruct to a portal like they've done with that thing. Emma tells them that no one will go for a plan with so many failure possibilities. Jiminy steps forward, telling her that they will, because it's the right thing to do. After some convincing, Emma gets on.
David throws her the bean, but Hook snatches it. Emma convinces him to join their cause, be a part of something, instead if going on on his own. He asks her why she really does this and Emma tells him about Henry's father's, Neal's, death. He was shocked to hear Baelfire is dead.
They all go to the mines with the satchel. The plan was explained to Regina and David tells them all to step aside while Emma would throw the bean, but she finds the satchel.. empty? She then knows that Hook has betrayed them. The Charmings hug, knowing these will be their last moments when Emma realises something. She has magic too..
Together they attack the self-destruct with magic and de-activate it. Everyone in the mines was knocked down, but when they woke up they couldn't find Henry. They run through the mines to find him, but all they find it his bag. Greg and Tamara took him.
The two walk through the harbor with Henry, stopping at their base one more time. Tamara stays out with Henry in her grip while Greg goes inside. Not much time later he returns with a figure hanging over his shoulder, dressed in a white cotton nightshirt with ruffled cap sleeves and a pair of knee-length, matching pants.
"Winter," Henry yells when he recognises her. "How did you get through Gold's barrier," he asks them angrily. Greg and Tamara grin at each other. "That 'magical barrier' was supposed to keep the magical out of her way, not two ordinairy humans with a plan. Only that damned dalmatian of them bit me quite hard," Mendell tells him smugly, proud of his accomplishment.
They pull Henry with them, but were found by the Charmings and Regina. With Winter draped over his shoulder, Greg throws the magic bean as hard as he can into the water. A portal opens and Tamara and Greg force Henry to jump with them. The heroes run up to them, but none are as fast as the black and white figure that sprints past them.
He was just too late to jump into the portal, after his good friend, and begins to whine. Pongo had seen Winter being kidnapped by Greg and bitten him in the leg, but he had kicked the dog knocked-out. He had only awoken just now and had tracked Winter's scent, but was too late. He barks after it from the shore, but then lays down on his front paws and whines.
Emma had to be held back from jumping into the cold water. Regina tells her that they can't follow without a bean or a clue to where they got. Emma yells at her that they can't just take Henry and Winter. Mr Gold appears behind them with Belle and overheard them. His heart shattered into a million pieces when he hears that. He wasn't even able to protect his last child in this world..
They beg him to help, but he can't help without a portal, no matter how much he wants to. Belle pushes past them and sees a figure of shadows sailing closer. Hook has returned with the bean and tells them he wants to help. Emma holds the bean in her hand, still quite in shock that Hook came back. Regina reminds them not to waste time.
Hook was confused as asks if they wouldn't save town, but David tells him they already did. Emma adds what happened with Greg, Tamara Henry and Winter. Hook offers his ship and services to go after them. Regina asks how they are supposed to track them, but Rumplestiltskin promises he can do that. Pongo barks.
"I guess he wants to save his friend too," Emma says and she scratches him behind his ear. "Won't Archie complain we take his dog," Charming asks. His wife shakes her head. "He will understand. Come, we need to hurry."
They board the Jolly Roger, but Rumple stays back to say goodbye to Belle. She tells him she wants to help get their daughter back, but Rumplestiltskin needs her to help protect town with a spell. He gives her a piecd of paper with a cloaking spell.
She asks him how he will find her back with Winter and Henry, but she guesses soon enough that he won't be coming back. Henry would be his undoing, the prophecy said so. He will go to honour Baelfire. Belle kisses him goodbye and knows that she will see him again.
He will come back, Winter at his side, and she will be waiting there like she did before when her girl returned on the same ship with the same captain.
They find out through Rumplestiltskin's magic globe that Greg and Tamara went to Neverland with them. While they sail away into the portal to find the two missing children, in another realm one 'child' was found. Philip, Aurora and Mulan find a body, stranded on the beach and dressed in strange clothes. They take them back to their palace.

The Grey Realm, an Erebus Story.
Written by: Staugroan and The Inklets. Edited by: Claudia Adams. In the beginning there was a god, who watched over and made one world his own. Soon after the god grew restless, but happened to stumble on a small world filled with life. This world was named Erebus by its peoples; humanity. The god was so fascinated with this new world that he started to copy it back home, creating oceans, forests, deserts, and so forth. Then the god created life and eventually his favored creations who would be immortals and be the better of mankind in every way-the elves. So often the god had traveled to Erebus that the two worlds became linked by magic and their inhabitants could cross at will. Relations between the races flourished, and a great empire was born in the Grey Realm, home of the elves. But the god once again grew restless, and set loose great beasts that stood at the top of any food chain, the apex. At first the elves met the challenge and fought them head on. But mankind was not so lucky, they died in droves to push back even a single apex. Something had to be done. Elves and man worked together to begin sealing off the worlds to protect mankind, to limit the ways in and out to better fight the apex off and keep their fellows safe. The ritual had adverse effects the likes of which neither the elves nor man could predict; the sealing of the worlds started slow, but the magic had never been done before, and in their ignorance it spread to completely cut the two worlds off from one another. It ejected the apex, and other magical being back into the Grey Realm, saving Erebus. At first the elves were content, they would find a way back once the apex were dead and gone. But the seal had done more than keep Erebus locked away. The powersource of the seal was magic itself, from both worlds, and it consumed it all greedily. The elves, weakened without their magic, crumbled into ruin, and the apex were free to hunt the other races of the Grey Realm. Two-thousand years later a strange phenomena is occurring and magic is slowly returning to the Grey Realm, and tears open that allow passage to Erebus. Thu'lain and a few elves must make the journey to fallen kingdom of the elves Anosora, in the hopes of reclaiming what was once theirs. They must face their nemesis the apex, and survive not only the species that have turned against them, but a terrible being left behind by the god to kill even the apex. Uch'l'thein, the faceless terror.

How The Weak Live
This was a rough draft. Quite a meh one. The newer version is These Games of Ours. ---------- Lucious is deserter among many, living by dagger and beggary. Argento’s thirst for knowledge is endless, as is his belly. Kora is the perfect soldier, yet her sword grows dull in monotony. Formally known as the Empire's legend, the Captain is now stuck in stagnation. The Gods, grown weary of human deeds, have decided to indulge themselves in a different way. -------------- THE 7 REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF Clichés shall be avoided like the cancerous tumors they are. The world shall not spread its pink butt cheeks for the main character’s convenience. No character shall be thinner than one slice of white American cheese. No female character shall serve to highlight how overpowered and fabulous the main character is. No villain shall serve to highlight how overpowered and fabulous the main characters are. Grammar laws shall be upheld sometimes. I, the author, swear not to be a prick. I, the author, swear not to go away without warning. If other LitRPGs are like Skyrim, then this is going to be a combination of Dark Souls and Total War. Don't expect action for the sake of action. Be warned, this is a slow novel. Read the reviews to see if this novel is a decent fit for you. Disclaimer: I do not own that gorgeous cover art.
