A/N - For Ali's caps, I just looked up how many caps she currently has before just adding some to it, same with Ash.

- Paige's POV - Oct. 23rd -
We just got to the stadium for our game day against Canada, and right now is the retirement ceremonies.
Carli's just finished.
"Now, we want to also give thanks and congratulate defender Ali Krieger on her career with the US Women's National Team. Ali has 114 caps, now 115 once she steps onto the pitch for game time tonight. She also has one goal with many assists. She has brought great defending for this team and we all say thank you, Ali." The announcer person says as Mama stands by the frame that has her jersey in it, and there's another one that has how many caps she has. "Now presenting her flowers, her wife but also teammate Ashlyn Harris, oldest daughter Paige Krieger Harris, daughter Oakley Krieger Harris, and in her heart, Oakley's twin Maya."
Mom, Oakley, and I all three walk down the center line with small things of flowers for her, and to get pictures along with Uncle Kyle.
Once those are over, Kyle and Oakley head to their seats and we head back to the locker room.
"Love you Mama." I say and hug her. "Love you too, kiddo." She says and hugs me back and kisses my head.
I then sit in my locker.
"Lineup is posted." HAO says. I already know I'm benched today, except I might go on as a reliever but I don't know yet.
We head out for anthems after a little bit, then I go to the bench after the team huddle.
Kelley picked up a slight injury in training yesterday, and she's in the seat next to the last seat on the edge so I head down to it.
"PK." I hear from behind me before I sit down, so I move to where I can see the stands. I see my girlfriend, which surprises me. She smiles and waves, which I return before sitting down.
"Who did you just wave and smile to, because I know it wasn't fans." Kelley says as she looks over at me. "It was too, fans. Well a fan." I say and she raises a brow. "Oh look, kick off." I say, escaping the conversation.

Canada is keeping the pressure and keeping possession mostly. Mom is making the saves like they're nothing though.
I watch as Christen intercepts a pass that was meant for Fleming and she breaks away, Alex following quickly.
"C'mon Pressy!" A few of us yell as we stand up. It's one on one with her and Sheridan. Christen gets into the box and plants before booting the ball towards the upper right ninety, and Sheridan went to the left.
"YES!" We cheer.
That was around the thirtieth minute, and now it's stoppage time for the first half and we've been pressing a lot more than we were before.
I watch as the team passes the ball around the box then I lose sight of the ball before I hear tons of cheering and see the team running towards Carli. Ugh.
Soon after, the whistle blows, so I stand up and follow the girls into the locker room.
HAO talks about how we were doing and that we need to improve on some things.
"Alright..." She then rattles off the subs. "Paige, you're in for Christen." I hear causing me to look up. "Huh?" I say. "You're in for Christen." She says again. "Well yeah, but as a forward?" I ask in shock. "Hell yeah." The team says. "Oh, wow, okay then." I say and they all laugh.
We head back out to the pitch and I warm up a little bit before we head to positions after a small conversation.
Okay, first national team game playing as a forward. You've got this, you're not gonna fuck it up.
After my small thought to myself, I clear my head before we kick off.
We're immediately able to start pressing because Canada starts to suddenly fall apart.
I run with the ball up towards the box but start to get shut down. Mama runs up, and she's the only open teammate so I pass to her where she immediately boots it.
We all stop and watch as it heads towards the goal and it makes it past the keeper.
"AYYYYY." I yell and jump on Mama.
"You scored!" I say. "I did thanks to you kiddo." She says with a smile. I then get down so we can go back to positions. "Let's go." She says.

In about the 74th minute, I think, I get a cross from JJ and I break away from the Canadians, them underestimating my speed.
I quickly get to the box from our half and come one on one with Sheridan.
I do a step over before acting like I'm going right before booting the ball to the left in which she dives the opposite way. The ball hits the back of the net before I celebrate.
"YEAH." I say and jump up in the air with my hands up.
That's my first international goal, since I've always been a keeper.
"YES KID." Tobin says as she gets to me. "Good job!" Sam says, and some of my other teammates congratulations. "Thanks." I say to them before we head back to positions.
Nothing much happens in the rest of the game, except for a few chances we missed.
The final score was 4-0, in which we obviously won.
We walk around and sign some things, and I wind up where Jade is, and see she has one of my jerseys on.
"Want that signed?" I ask with a smirk. "Sure." She says with a laugh. I stand on a chair and sign it for her.
"Paigey, let's go!" I hear. "Talk later?" She asks. "Yeah. But it probably won't be until later, later." I say. "That's fine. See ya boo." She says and I smile. "Bye." I say before hopping down and jogging towards the tunnel.
- Two Days Later -
"Today we say thank you and congratulations to goalkeeper Ashlyn Harris. Ashlyn has 40 caps including today's as she starts for the National Team against Mexico today. She has brought great keeping to this team in the matter of saving the ball. She's being presented flowers as well by her wife, Ali Krieger, daughters Paige and Oakley, and joined by Maya in her heart. Thank you, Ashlyn." The announcer says as we get to Mom. We then do the pictures and all before heading to the locker room.
I've already been told that I'm last on the sub list, so I'm not gonna be playing. I'm not gonna change out of my USWNT sweats and pull over.
_____
Well, we won 2-0, which is great and Mom made all of the saves nicely.
Now we just finished eating dinner, and I've got to head to the airport to catch my flight with Chris and Tobs. Sam and Rose have a later flight apparently.
"I don't want you to go." Oakley says as she's wrapped around me. "I know Oak, but I have to." I say. "I know." She says, and we hug for a little bit longer before she pulls away.
Mama then pulls me in for a hug.
"Love you, sweetie." She says and kisses my head. "Love you, too." I say and take in the feeling of the last hug I'll have from my Mama for a while. Then Mom pulls me in when I pull away from Mama.
"I love you as well." She says. "Love you, too, Mom." I say and give a soft laugh. "Now, you be careful, and don't do anything dumb. Also, we're always a call away no matter how long the plane ride is." She says when I pull away from her. "I know, I know." I say. "Okay." She says with a laugh.
"Bye, everyone." I say loud enough for everyone in here. Christen and Tobin are already waiting for me.
"See ya." "Bye!" Is heard around the room before I leave to head outside.
Guess I gotta head back to England.

The Dao of Magic
Here I am, sitting on a mountain so far away from civilisation it might as well be the godforsaken arse of the world, about to ascend. Can't wait to leave this crapfest of a planet... Turns out that the higher ups decided that an unaffiliated rogue like me is too big of a risk to let run around free. Seems like this entire cultivation world is a late stage capitalist money making machine for the powers that be in the higher realms, and me stealing the good loot in front of their descendants and sect disciples noses finally pissed them off enough to take action. First, they sent all the sect masters and hidden dao protectors to off me - which failed, obviously. Heh, afterwards they simply bitch slapped me out of their universe though. That is interesting and all, but I just woke up in a valley watching some critters murder each other while trying not to freak out about how bad it smells here.Soo… where the fuck am I? Why is that deer fighting a feathery squirrel? Why am I teaching this baby rabbit saved from a cannibalistic mother how to kick beings in the face with the power of qi?Releases a couple of times a week!
