《Kiribakukami》Chapter 6 - Bakugou's House

*Bakugou's POV*
Me and Kirishima shared one look. Concerned. Kaminari wasn't the kind to be all depressed and secretive, he was always open and honest and an all around fun guy. We all headed to my house hand in hand.
When we entered the house of course the old hag had to just go and piss me off.
"So these are the guys you wouldn't stop talking about~?" she teased me.
"I'm surprised they can put up with that shitty temper of yours!" she laughed.
"SHUT IT YOU OLD HAG!!" exclaiming that cased her to slap the back of my head, I huffed in response.
"Kaminari is staying the night." I said blankly
"Oh, alright. Take them up to your room then" and I did, we all headed to my room. We all lay in bed, Kaminari in between me and Kirishima, he was still sobbing quietly. Kirishima pet his head while I rubbed his back in small circles. This soothed him and he calmed down.
I asked him in a calm tone "Kami what happened?" He looked up at me and shook his head.
"You can tell us baby, you're safe here" Kirishima said in the same tone. Kaminari sighed a little before speaking.
"Remember what I told you about my dad..?" We both nodded, I got a sick feeling, I felt like I knew what he was going to say next.
"W-well he did it again.." He sat up lifting his top to reveal several dark bruises over his torso. We both held him tightly as he began to sob again, Kirishima grabbed some ointment and bandages and gently put it on him while I comforted him and calmed him down. Once Kirishima had finished, I rubbed his back softly and Kirishima pet his head. He became quiet.

*Kaminari's POV*
I thought to myself, don't do it, not here, not in front of them. I held them both tight as they continued to rub my back and pet my head. It was going to happen and I couldn't do anything about it, I didn't have my fidget toy to keep me occupied and all my other things were back home.... If I did it here, they'll make fun of me, they'll leave me... I'll be alone, please God don't let this happen... Then it did happen, I slipped and not lightly, I slipped deep, extremely deep into my head space, no one knew about it! No one can ever know!

Necromancer and Co.
In a time before the existence of the present, the gods decided to create a plane of existence where all their creations could exist in the same place. In it, all would be fair, and all gaps between races and technological advancements could be crossed with a single system that the gods had created. Every year, the gods would choose a new race to put in their land, and in this new group of beautifully unlucky people, Alen, his friends, and a few people from Earth have finally met their turn to be tossed into the playground of the gods. Unfortunately though, Alen was thrust into a forest of corpse-eating bears and horribly smelly undead on his first day, one of the many danger-zones of the continent the gods had chosen to throw them in. It would be easy to say that he simply died within the first day, or that he'd starved to death or whatever, but let's be honest... That story would be no fun to tell, yes? (Re-write of my first fiction with the same name.)

Continuity
I’m writing this all down because I don’t know what else to do with it. This whole experience has been so completely insane that I must record it so people in the future can understand what is going on. Maybe someday someone else can make sense of it. Maybe that person is you, I have no idea. JR awakens from a dream to find that he is late for work! When he tries to call in, he realizes that something is not right. That’s when his friend and co-worker, Frank, calls him and informs him of what just happened to their workplace. JR finds himself in a world that grows increasingly surreal with every passing day. There are basic facts about himself are missing from his memory. When was his birthday again? Taking place in Chicago in the near future, strange buildings, strange events and stranger people populate this world on the other side of the looking glass. JR is left to struggle with his new job and new surroundings, but luckily his old friend Frank is still there to help guide him. He makes many friends who have interesting takes on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. First alerted by Frank, JR slowly becomes aware of a danger lurking in the background that is gradually spreading despite the fact that no one else seems to notice it or acknowledge that he might be on to something. All of this combines to make the novel Continuity about fear, anxiety and paranoia in a perplexing world that seems to be both real and not real at the same time. Rumored to be about 15 chapters and less than 200 pages the novel is written in a first person perspective that breaks the forth wall and will either leave you laughing with delight or scratching your head in confusion, or maybe both!? The one thing it won’t be is boring!
