Cole's POV
"Hey, who's in charge here?" Y/n shouts as we burst through the doors. We just used the realm crystal to get to Cloud Kingdom, and now we're in a hall filled with people writing stuff down.
"Y/n, we can't just barge in here unannounced demanding things," I warn. "Especially when these are the guys who control our destinies."
"Of course we can," she argues. "It's not like they're going to do anything about it."
"Are you sure about that?" I ask, hiding behind her. She's a lot shorter than me, so I have to crouch down.
"Seriously Cole?" She says, her arms crossed. "You're starting to act like Jay."
"Hey!" Jay shouts.
"Heh, heh," I laugh nervously, and stand up straight again.
"Would you mind doing us a favour?" Y/n asks one of the people.
"Yeah, we're from—" Kai says, but is interrupted by the man.
"Ninjago, I know. Welcome! We've been expecting you."
"You've been... expecting us?" Lloyd asks.
"Of course! Everything that happens in any of the 16 realms is predetermined by us."
"Hold on—does that mean you planned for the Preeminent to attack Earth?" Y/n demanded.
"Erm... kind of."
Y/n looks as if she's about to start beating one of the writer people up.
"Uh, you guys might want to explain before she hurts someone," I say.
"Well, um, we never intended for Morro to escape the cursed realm, but we did intend for the Preeminent to emerge from the surface."
"How could you?!" Y/n cries, lunging towards the man speaking. If it weren't for Lloyd grabbing onto her waist, she would have had him on the ground right now.
"Wait, wait! I wasn't finished!" The man said, waving his arms. "We intended for it to happen, but we didn't mean for it to cause that much damage. You see, we had planned for this whole ghost thing to happen later on in Ninjago's timeline."

"Is this what you meant by 'things are happening out of order?'" Zane asks y/n, and she nods.
"Nya was supposed to already have her water powers by the time the Preeminent arrived, but things escalated so quickly that nobody was ready for the battle, and things got a little out of hand."
"A little?" Everyone mutters in unison.
"Well, considering that you already screwed up so badly—"
"Y/n! Manners," Sensei scolds, interrupting her sentence.
"—how about you assist in the clean up? Earth is in a really terrible state, and since everything you write down comes true, why don't you return the neighborhood back to its original state?"
The man in front of us thought about that for a moment, and finally came up with a decision. "Yes, I believe we can grant you that."
"Good. And once you've done that, can you store this somewhere safe?" Y/n asks, handing the man the realm crystal. "I'm not quite sure who's supposed to be looking after it right now, but I'm guessing you guys are more than qualified."
"As you wish," the man says with a bow. "We will proceed with your requests immediately."
Everybody thanked the writers and exited the building.
"Uh, guys?" Jay asks. "If they have the realm crystal, how are we going to get back?"
Everyone pauses.
"Good point," y/n says, then turns right back around to ask the writers to send us back to Ninjago.
