Y/n's POV
"Lloyd!" I exclaim, then I bend down to be at the same level as him.
He looks up at me, but his eyes are no longer green. Instead, they're black, the same colour as the stormy sky.
We're both sitting on our knees now, and I take Lloyd's hand to let him know I'm still here, even if Morro is trying to take over.
"Don't give in, Lloyd! Fight him!"
He shakes his head, and his eyes flash back to what they used to be. For a moment, I thought he'd won the battle, but then he blinked, and the darkness returned.
Lloyd's hair turned black, just as my teammates joined us, confused at what was going on.
"Who the heck is that?!?!" Jay cries, confused at Lloyd's new appearance, then jumps back to hide behind Zane. His outburst distracted me, and I didn't notice that Lloyd had stood up.
I turn back to him, but then have to cover my head as he sends a gust of wind towards me. Still with my arms in front of my face, I stand up as best I can with the wind blowing intensely. When I'm finally standing straight, I remove my hands from my head and use one of them to block the wind from going into my eyes.
"This isn't you, Lloyd!" I shout.
Evil laughter rings in my ears, but it takes me a moment to realize the sound is coming from Lloyd.
"You're right. It's not."
I stare at the person in front of me, who no longer looks like my boyfriend. Sure, the face is the same, but the hateful expression is not one that Lloyd would ever have.
"Morro, let him go!" I order, my hands in fists at my side.

"I don't take orders from you," he growls, then conjures up another blast of wind, sending it spiralling around all of us.
"What's happened to him?" Kai asks, stepping towards me so he can here my answer.
"He's being possessed!" I shout. "I talked him through it last time, but Morro's gotten stronger!"
"On the count of three, we jump on him," Kai instructs, just as Morro raises his hands to the sky. I don't question his idea, since I have none of my own.
"One, two, three!"
Kai and I push off the ground into a flying kick towards Morro, trying to tackle him to the ground. But before we can make contact, the wind sweeps us away.
I grab onto the nearest thing I can to prevent flying away; the chain connected to the bounty. Unfortunately, the flying ship doesn't look like it will say in one place for long.
"It is unwise to stand under the tallest object in the area during a thunderstorm," Zane yells.
"Does it look like I care?!" I shout back, my feet above the ground. "Now's not the time for a safety lesson!"
The wind becomes stronger, and I look towards Morro to see that he's trying to conjure a tornado.
"Guys! Get away from him!" I order. "He's too dangerous!"
"Don't worry, we can take him," Cole says confidently, winding up his fists.
"No," I reply, swinging my legs around and using the momentum to send me flying towards the group. "You can't," I finish, landing on top of Cole.
"Hey, what was that for?" He protests, still underneath me.
"We have to get out of here!"
"But what about Lloyd?" Jay asks.
"I'll handle it! Now head up to the bounty!" I instruct. "Kai, stay here."

"Why me?"
"You made a promise," I explain, still focused on coming up plan. "You said you'd protect Lloyd, and now's not the time to break your word."
"Wait... how'd you know about that?"
My eyes widen as I remember that Kai made the promise to Lloyd in private. The only reason I know is because of the show, but Kai doesn't know about my knowledge of the future yet.
"I—uh—never mind!" I say. "But here's the plan!"
————-Morro's POV—————
Let me go!
Never.
What do you want with me?
Stop talking.
Argh, this annoying brat is stronger than I thought. He's fighting my control, but I'm holding on, and I won't let go. I'm destined to be the green ninja, so I should be stronger than this phoney one I'm possessing.
But one thing's for sure: Lloyd would be helpless without his little girlfriend y/n. She's the only thing on his mind, and if she hadn't been there telling him to fight me off, I would be in full control right now.
Get out of my head!
Shut up Lloyd.
"Morro!" I hear someone say. I turn to face her.
"Stop the storm, and handle this like a man," y/n says, throwing me a katana. "Or are you afraid to be bested by a girl?"
Despite being surprised, I catch the katana midair. I narrow my eyes at y/n. Why would she want to fight me? She should know she can't win.
"Fine," I say. "Have it your way."
I swing the sword and get into a ready position. She does the same, her expression as fierce as an animal.
We battle, and I have to admit, she's pretty good. There were a few times I thought she actually might be close to winning, but I never lost my overconfident smirk.
"Really?" I tease, just as I dodge out of y/n's way when she charges towards me. "Loosing your touch?"
"Nope," she grins, putting a hand on her hip. "But you've lost your spacial awareness."
I frown, confused.
"Yahhhh!" I hear someone yell, and I turn around to see the ninja in red jumping on top of me.
——————Lloyd's POV—————-
Yes! I cry, although the only person who can hear me is Morro.
"Get off me, you fool!" Morro shouts in annoyance.
No! I try to scream. Stay on him Kai!
Kai's grip doesn't loosen, and Morro is beginning to become annoyed with me, probably for distracting him with my cheers.
'Shut up, you stupid-ass green ninja' Morro thinks.
No way!
"Uh, Y/n? I could use a little help!" Kai says, now struggling to keep Morro within his hold.
Y/n runs towards us and knocks me/Morro to the ground, while Kai keeps us pinned.
"I know you're still in there Lloyd," Kai says firmly, shaking Morro while y/n grabs Morro's hands to prevent him from using his power.
I'm here! I try to say, but Morro growls at me.
"You can't let him take over!"
"Too late," Morro says, which makes Kai even angrier.
"Let. Him. Go!" he shouts.
Kai! I try to say. "Kai!"
"Lloyd?"
"Help me!"
